The young attendant approached and I said no thank you, I'm sick, I don't want a conversation right now. I was trying to pay for my wash and he kept asking the same question over and over. Then he started with I'm just doing my job, no need to be disrespectful. I had already asked him to back off and step away, and I said that again, and that he was the one being disrespectful when I asked him to step away and he didn't. Then he pointed to the camera and said this is all being recorded so they can see and hear me. I said good, a$$hole, let them listen to you, and drive off. I get to the wash and he's now crying to his boss and his boss says he's going to ban me from the car wash. I repeated again to him, that I was sick, and I was not going to argue with him too. He kept egging me on, and absolutely I used some very colorful language. I'll never go back to this place or ANY SUPERSTAR CAR WASH. They are more persistent than the extended car warranty people. Never again.

When I don't have the time to wash it myself, Boss Car Wash is the only place I have taken it to--and they exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely careful with my vehicle. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat your car like it's their own. The pricing is also very reasonable for the level of detail and care they provide. My car came out looking absolutely flawless--deep shine, spotless finish, and perfectly detailed. You can really see how glossy and clean it looked right after the wash. Another great perk is their rewards program: after ten washes, your next one is free, which is a huge bonus. As usual, we were in and out within 1.5 hours. Above and beyond service as I suspect they were able to fix my driver-side window that was causing me issues over the past six months. We typically use synthetic for this vehicle. Earlier in the year we were able to do an oil change with Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Baseline near the 202 Extension (new location). We were charged synthetic prices but our oil change sensor had us at 10% within three months with limited mileage - more or less, we weren't given synthetic, but charged as if we were. This has never been the case with the shop at Super Star who we've been using for at least 5 years.

I asked the attendants before each car wash at two different locations and they confirmed this but nonetheless, at the end of the wash I had to ask why they didnt vacuum, or even wipe down anything with a simple wet rag and not even conditioner. The manager lied and said he watched them do it. Lol i was speechless. There was literally crumbs on my door rail, on the floor, and still smudges on my dash and around the outside of the cupholder. He said that needs a full detail. Something that two attendants confirmed were included in the service they just sold me a day prior actually needs a full detail... amazing. I tipped the attendants but I regret it. Anyway, they are a complete scam. They also won't give you the online price so beware of that when shopping around. The prices are actually $15 a month more than advertised. Also, if you're the customer service team and you're reading this. Please don't comment to email in. We all know that takes forever and the person who replies doesn't care.

HIRE SCOTT!!! I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure.
