They have the most terrible Management specifically the Service Manager. Customer service isn't the greatest either. So my husband bought a F350 duly truck and you would think they would take care of him on the scheduled maintenance days. Anyways we had to drive down to Winslow to get good service, over there we heard that Winslow already have like 10 customers from Showlow that's how bad Showlow Ford is. And becareful what extra warranty they sell you it's not Ford warranty, and that Zeirech warranty is no good. Good Luck! read more

The owner Guy Hatch and their Finance Mgr. Mark do not operate in good faith. I bought a bumper to bumper warranty from Mark but when I had problems with the front hubs I had to pay out over $600.00 for the repair. When I contacted Mark he said that wasn't right and he would check into it. I had to call him back a week and a half later and he advised he had just talked with the warranty co. and they advised when a part goes out and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered and there was nothing he could do. I then emailed Guy Hatch explaining that his finance Mgr. had sold me a warranty that he himself did not understand and I felt they should take care of it. Hatch never answered so I sent the same email as a second request. I did rec. and answer saying he tried to call me three times but could not get me and wanted to know what I expected him to do. In my third email I advised I had rec'd no calls or voice messages from him but what I hoped he would do is realize that I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty by Mark and that Mark had admitted he did not know the warranty worked that way. I further added that having had my own business for years and sold extended warranties I had never heard of a clause saying if one part fails and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered. I explained to him that I felt it was in the best interest of his business to do the right thing. That was weeks ago and I have not heard back from him. I gave them 2 stars as they have some good people there but Guy and Mark aren't two of them. I won't be doing anymore business with them. read more

Unbelievable, Show Low Ford with their certified technicians, declined to replace my brake switch on my 2002 F350 today, 7/21/2026, which I purchased new and is in pristine condition. Thomas, the service advisor, said it was their policy because " parts become hard to find and plastic parts tend to break. " Wow, so much for wanting to maintain your vehicle with qualified and genuine parts! Henry would be disappointed in Show Low Ford as I am, and my Raytheon friends will be as well. We had to get an oil change and basic service on our Ford pickup so made an appointment at Show Low Ford. We showed up for our appointment early. You drive up to the service entrance which is wide enough for one vehicle. As you enter you drive up to the service desks (designed for when the weather is rainy or snowy) and you see it opens up to many service bays inside. We were greeted by a service writer and our service written up. We went to the customer lounge-waiting area which had a narrow room and another small area up stairs. They had coffee/tea and donuts. The coffee worked well enough-even for a coffee snob like me. I don't eat donuts often so it had to be good for me to eat it...and it was. The donuts were soft pillows that surprisingly weren't too sweet. It took more time than they figured but I went across the street to Hopeful Treasure's Resale shop which was very cool and a great cause. We were kept up on the service by a service writer that came to the customer lounge to talk to us. We saw our truck being pulled around to where we would meet it. We were given the details on what they found and did. A day or so later, Ford called to see if all was good. And a week (or so) later, we receive a letter from Ford thanking us for choosing Show Low Ford. It was nice to get the letter. It may be a standard issue letter but they go the extra step to make you feel they care. We will definitely bring our truck back to Show Low Ford and recommend their service. read more

Bad business practices - Be aware of the pattern you see in the reviews, this one included. Show low Ford will sell a vehicle to someone else while in the middle of negotiating with you. We had completed the financing application with Show Low Ford, had an approved contract and we had put down money on a credit card to "hold" the vehicle until we could come in. Then they called us and told us they'd sold it to someone else. What?!? We went to another dealership and bought a truck. I'll be buying another car in the next 6 months and will not consider Show Low Ford. So although they sold one vehicle now, they lost out on selling two. (Plus whoever else reads these reviews, hopefully.) If they have a car you want - be prepared to go in and pay cash immediately, because they will not honor negotiations. read more

My significant other (Steven) and I went to Show Low, Ford. They took us out in a very nice USED Escape which I fell in love with. As we were waiting, a family came in and began looking at the vehicle we where in the process of buying this car. Right in front of us they had that family fighting for the same vehicle. We asked them numbers of time why this was happing we got NOTHING from our salesman. When family got into the car I was told to, "not worry about it, it will be fine." They then tried to put me into a 2018 Eco-sport with 26 miles on it (Which I did not like it at all). I told them NO I want the vehicle that I looked at and test drove, I offered them $5,000 down (CASH). I was annoyed by this behavior and lack of respect to me as a loyal customer. So I let them know and I began walking the parking lot. Steven told me the manager said (To His Face), "It is a matter of who was willing to give more money at this point." I was pissed and walked out. I do not want to deal with a company that is going to treat their loyal customers in this manner. I have had Fords since I was 19 (now 45) (except when I was married because he made the choices) My current Significant other is a loyal Chevy man and I still wanted a Ford. Yet being a loyal customer to Ford, a customer who has accesses to a Ford A Plan (my grandfather worked for Ford until he died of a brain aneurysm) and yet I was treated like this. In Addition, I have EXTRAORDINARY credit with Ford Motor Company and they want to treat their loyal customers in this manner. I have now filed 6 different reviews/complaints against this company for the lack of customer service and the unprofessionalism. I will continue to file more complaints as my 3 generation Ford Family finds more places to file these complaints. I would like to thank Matt Williams and the rudest most cold hearted sales manager Tyler Laird for selling the vehicle we got approved for from under us. We came all the way from Overgaard with an approval and to get the truck and they sold it to someone else. Matt let my husband take it for a test drive even and Tyler lied and said we didn't even get the numbers for the approval which we did in fact get even before we drove down. We would not have come down there and driven almost 1 hour with our kids for no reason. I made sure to get the numbers from Matt directly. These people are really the worst kind of people and I truly believe in karma, you reap what you sow. How you treat people determines your karma. Will never understand how people can be so cruel and act like what they are doing is ok. No compassion from Tyler, not even a little bit. A salesman then called us later on and said they had something for us. Are you kidding me? After being horrible people you have the audacity to try and sell us something? You would think instead of sending out notices on a recall item that when you called to follow up that when you ask a person what their second quarter is, they would be able to tell you but no. When I had to have a recall item fix on my other vehicle it took five calls and that was over serval months and finally had to call the Ford Motor company to get it fixed. You would think that with the way the economy is that they would want to keep business, but it seems just the opposite. Would not reamend this dealership to anyone. read more

Watch out if you need service work. They don't always tighten up the bolts like "oil filters or drain plugs," but don't worry, I was told that they would make you a good deal on a new vehicle if yours is damaged or you can save over 10k by taking your money to the valley. Nice people. read more

I can only speak for my own experiences on this, but this dealership, along with its outstanding service dept. and mechanics have diagnosed my 2000 F350, 7.3 with a severe engine issues..so bad in fact, from taking it to a 'mechanic behind the ELK HORN RV PARK IN LAKESIDE,AZ,' that it has 6 cracked pistons and a host of other fuel injection issues along with multiple oil leaks that this 'unnamed shop' never fixed properly. And I had been going to this other place nearly 8 solid years..so again, a word to the wise...go to the people who built the unit, if ya want things done correctly....Show Low Ford is even going to give a discount for some of the costs, off the replacement cost of the new engine that is going in. thumbs high, for Show Low Ford and its people....thanks to McKinsey, is service , and Carlos, the head mechanic in the diesel dept, I will enjoy several more years of trouble free driving a truck with over 406,000 miles on it...Ford Builds a tough darn pick up truck... read more

I try to leave only positive reviews, but people need to be warned about this shady place. I bought a 1 year old ford in 2020 and have had issues since day 1. Thankfully we bought the best extended warranty they offered. After moving up here we had to switch our service to show low ford and it's been horrible ever since. My transmission has been going out for almost a year and they always told me it was in perfect condition and nothing was wrong even though I had videos of the gears constantly slipping and everything going crazy. So FINALLY I convinced them to just take apart the transmission and figure out which gears were faulty. They informed me at that time I was a couple thousand miles out of warranty (about 2 months of driving even though I've been trying to get this issue fixed for 6+ months) and they said my extended warranty didn't cover transmission issues. I looked at my warranty and it clearly stated all power terrain and transmission was covered. I called another ford dealership and they pulled everything up and said it's 100% covered. Even when I showed show low ford and brought up the other conversation they still denied it and said I would have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. As an older woman whose husband is now in a nursing home, I was filled with tremendous anxiety at going into a car dealership by myself. Dealing with car salesmen is my husband's job, not mine! But, I badly needed to trade in our 24-yr-old conversion van, since it was way too big for my current needs. So, with great trepidation, I made an appt. at Show Low Ford to view their new Escape SUVs. The next day, I dragged my grown daughter along for moral support, having warned her that car dealers, typically, treat female buyers very poorly and try to cheat them...well, at least in my limited experience and from hearing anecdotal stories from my female friends. To keep this story short, we were pleasantly greeted outside the entrance to the dealership by our assigned salesman, Frank Crockett, who listened to my requirements for a new car and patiently ushered us all over their lot until I found exactly what I wanted. (He was very solicitous, and I really put him through his paces!) Next, the dreaded 'negotiations,' which in the past, my husband always handled. But again, Frank listened to me patiently as I told him exactly what I expected. I said, "I want to put so much down, finance the rest at a small interest rate, and this is how much I want for my trade-in." I'll admit that I probably behaved a bit aggressively, since I was expecting them to try and take advantage of me. (Sorry about that, Frank...heh heh.) However, nothing could be further from the truth! To my astonishment, Frank and the finance manager, Mark, cobbled together a a deal which was almost exactly what I wanted! (I'd wanted more for my ancient van, but I'll admit that sentimentality made me a bit delusional.) Anyway, I drove out of Show Low Ford in my gorgeous new Escape as a very, VERY happy camper, and though this happened almost 4 mos. ago, I still sing Frank's praises to all my single and widowed lady friends, telling them that Frank & Show Low Ford offer a caring 'safe place' for us ladies to venture out to buy a car and have no fear of being hornswoggled. :0) So, my advice to potential car buyers is to call ahead and make an appt. specifically with Frank, and he'll make sure that you're treated like royalty! read more

We were traveling and started leaking coolant. Pulled in to Ford to have them take a look. Wouldn't even consider looking for 4 days! Went to a little repair shop 100 yards away, replaced a clamp an were on our way. We are die hard Ford owners but will not recommend this dealer to anyone. Terrible customer service. read more

The service department is top notch! I had all 5 of my kiddos, driving around town. My Explorer told me that my tire was flat. 10 min before the department closed, I showed up with a flat. Without any complaints, the service department helped get me back on the road. While they worked, my kids enjoyed the family friendly waiting room, popcorn and coloring books. Bad service department! I brought my 2001 Ford Excursion in for service since a check engine light had come on and I was experiencing power loss in my 7.3 Diesel engine. I told the device advisor it was not running at full power. He told me it would be $225 just to look at it to see what was wrong. I thought this was pretty high so I asked why it was so much. He told me the technician has over 20 years experience and will go over everything. I picked the truck up and paid the $650 bill for replacing the injector control pressure sensor and an exhaust sensor that are both unplug a wire unscrew and replace parts. I asked the advisor what else they found was wrong with my truck and he said "nothing, it runs great". I asked him about my dirty air filter that was due for replacement and my shocks that are pretty bad... He just said "that is to be expected". So what they actually look at for $250 is unclear. I left the dealer at around closing time and my truck still had the exact same problems of poor performance and now after they apparently "reprogrammed the truck" my transmission shifts strangely. Not good service at all. It is worth driving to Phoenix before wasting money here... read more

Update: after they finished the "repair" it was still making a clunking noise now worse. So I decided to take a drive to Winslow Ford who within a few hours said the strut was dangerously loose and could have popped off and killed me any second. Show Low Ford paid for the service and rental because it was their fault. I took it to them again recently (I have a Ford ESP and have to use Ford dealer) because there were 4 warning lights that came on after I drove over a metal plate on the road. They had my car for 7 days(without a rental) on day 7 I needed a comparable car as my SUV and they gave me grief (called Ford esp and verified $30 a day accures so $210 saved over the 7 days played the call back to service manager who said he doesn't care what they said) they wanted an additional $45 for the 6 hours I had the rental mentioned reimbursement if Ford esp paid them ok. I get there and there were marks on the inside of my window and chips in my window tint so I inform manager who took it back and cleaned it up. Then he brings it back out and all of the warning lights come back before I put it in drive. So they take it back and ~30 minutes later come tell me they didn't repair it properly and they need to put me in a rental again, I say no thanks I'll take a ride home. A hour or so later the owner Guy Hatch called and says "what is my BIG problem with you" and goes on a rant about my YELP post and another local Facebook post his company blackmailed me to remove by threatening not to repair my car if I didn't remove it. I do not lie ever, I record all calls and have the entire conversation recorded. Now he is refusing to service my SUV because his company is so incompetent they can not repair it properly. I am a 70% USMC disabled veteran and have PTSD so if you verbally attack me for your short comings I will snap and I surely did. Ford corporate has been contacted as has BBB.org please take your business elsewhere, their service department is full of cars and it is no wonder why. read more

I bought a used vehicle at a Ford dealership in Phoenix. When I purchased the vehicle they said the first oil change would be on them at any Ford dealership. I called the one in Showlow to schedule this. I was told all I had to do was give them the VIN number when I schedule. When I called the service department in Showlow I could tell from the way the guy answered the phone that this probably wouldn't go well. He didn't answer professionally like you would expect at a dealership. After explaining the situation he said I would have to call the dealership in Phoenix to find out how this would be paid for. The experience in Phoenix was a nightmare so I don't want to call and deal with them ever again. I will not pay for an oil change at the Showlow dealership. I will never do business at a Ford dealership ever for any reason after the two experiences I have had! read more

I gave Show Low Ford 2 stars because there lot and show room was clean. As for Parts department, they would not warranty my 4 year warranty batteries after 2 years. They argue with me saying that both of my battles were not under warranty. I had a receipt to prove both batteries were replaced at the same time two years prior. But the two gentlemen in parts department proceeded to argue with me and tell me I did not. They wouldn't even look under the hood to check the batteries date or put them on there battery tester. I had to stop in Apache Junction AZ where I purchase the batteries. There they tested and they replaced both batteries. read more

Horrible customer service from the top down. I took my 2017 F250 in for an engine light, front suspension issue and some electronic bugs. I setup an appointment and brought it in at that time. When I showed up, the SVC rep didn't know who I was and had to repeat what my issues were. They kept the vehicle all day and didn't fix a thing and just barely figured out what the engine light was coming on for. They said they needed it a few more days. I could not be without it so I scheduled another appointment where they could get me a loaner vehicle. Setup the next appointment and the SVC rep said they would have an SUV for me. Showed up at the scheduled time and once again they had no idea who I was or why I was there and then was told to wait in waiting area for 20 min at which time I was told their loaner was not there but I could pay for a rental if I wanted. Being fed up, I searched out the GM, who happened to be the owner. I expressed disappointment with what was going on and he proceeded to give excuses. He then proceeded to question me on why I didn't purchase my truck from his dealership. I did get a loaner SUV finally and left the dealership. 3 days later I called to check on the progress and was told that my suspension issue was that the rotors were worn which makes no sense as the issue was not under braking. I was also told the truck was ready. When I showed up I was sent to the waiting room for another 20 minutes as the SVC rep told me they were bringing up my truck. The rep then told me that they had to order a part and I would need to bring the truck back in. She handed me my key and went out to no truck. The truck was parked on the other side of their lot. I called the next day to setup an appointment to get the part installed and asked how long it would take. The SVC manager told me he had no idea and he would not be able to give me that information. At this point, I've given up with them and will find another dealership to do the work. The funny thing is that the owner Guy Hatch questioned me on why I didn't buy local and give his dealership a chance to sell me my vehicle. He wasn't concerned at all with my experience just wanted to know why I didn't buy from him. Stay away from this place! They don't care about customers and don't even fake it. read more

Well they had my vehicle for 2 days and never called me with their diagnosis ( in spite of several messages I left) I got suspicious and checked their reviews on Yelp. Yikes! I want up there this afternoon to get my car outta there and take it elsewhere. As it was I had to wait 15 Minutes while their service's person sorted paperwork in front of me before helping me. Ford's service's manager apologized and said if I let them have it for one hour and they found nothing wrong they'd pay to have it towed anywhere I wanted. I declined this offer. read more
