He quoted "I DOnt have you on the system,maybe your just some random guy who trya get his car service with out an appointment". I was upset a bit, and I said "OKAY,Ill just go find someone else to do it" and I felt like he got mad at me for just trying to go somewhere else to get my vehicle fix. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they worked with me so someone else could drop off and pick up my vehicle. Badger Glass called me during the appointment to let me know how much it would cost and what the problem was. It turns out the window was not placed in the window track and it was a super easy fix. They helped me out yet again by allowing my vehicle to stay there overnight so I could have someone pick it up (as I was still out of state).
