I called Splash and Dash to make a car detail appointment. I left them 2 voicemails (one on Thursday and one on Friday) but never received a call back. Their car wash services is nice but with them telling me to call them to make an appointment and never called me back is what I considered not good for business. I tried to confront them about it today since they are "Opened" and there was only one car outside and the door was opened. When I walked in, there was no one in there. Seriously, learn to lock the doors if no one is gonna be at work. read more

The did a good job getting all the ice and dirt off of my car all for $20 they also did a good job drying my car so that it will not freeze when I went outside. I recommend this car wash to friend and family read more

Went into get a car detailing from a gift card I received last year for Christmas.... come to find out I was told that the current cheapest price is $105.... used to be like $45. wow. How much bullshit is that? You should be ashamed. We won't be back for that service. read more

Fantastic car wash. You don't normally expect much from a automated carwash, but these guys are awesome. Every time I go through the car wash I put my son in my lap to watch the process, these guys were super kind and very accommodating. You wouldn't think a car wash could be family friendly but nevertheless they are. I would recommend these guys through and through. read more

Good for the express wash but their hand wash service is horrible definitely not worth the price. You are better off spending $25 for your own materials and do it yourself then to spend $50 read more

My first time getting a car washed and cleaned professionally and it was a pretty great experience. The workers were nice definitely got the job done , wait time wasn't too long for the interior cleaning. My car was extremely dirty inside and out . There were minor dirt marks still visible on the chairs but overall it was great experience . Definitely would recommend read more

If you are getting your vehicle shipped and want it clean-clean, this is your location! Had my car washed and detailed today and I couldn't stop admiring my car once they had finished. The outside and inside look better than when I drove the car off the dealership (and I have a brand new 2020 Volkenswagen Tiguan). This is the first time in my life that I have been impressed and happy with a detailing service. I'm one of those people that can normally do better with just doing it myself, but I definitely couldn't have made my car look the way they did today. The outside and inside sre both glowing. Paid top dollar ,30 dollars, for the lava wash and best believe it was not worth. I've had high school fund raisers wash my car better.

Conveniently located, but the price was much higher than other washes I've been around the country (which isn't surprising considering the surprisingly high cost of living in AK), and the quality of service received was a slight step above satisfactory. I would give it only 3 stars, but given the location and lack of comparable services, I've bumped it up to 4. But shoe prints being left behind after a $40 wash will never earn it 5 stars if they keep that up. read more

Very disappointed in the wash. Paid top dollar to get my car washed. They charged $30 to vacuum and wipe the interior and $25 for the outside using lava wash (most expensive wash). The next day, out in the sun, I noticed dirt spots (from not being properly wiped) all over the rear end, streaks covering the windshield, hand prints on the moon roof. The work is NOT worth $55! Just got my car washed and had the express detail done to prepare for shipping my vehicle. The guys and gals there did such an amazing job and were so completely thorough you would think the car was brand new...highly recommend! read more

Wonderful job on the express detail, great customer service and the manager is really nice. Dirt, gravel, French fries, dog hair... worth every penny to have them do a quick vacuum and wipe down job. It took around 30 minutes and my car is like new. read more

***I would like to change my review to reflect that I would Recommend Slash & Dash, after the PM's from Sally and going down to Slash & Dash and talking with Travis. Travis was very helpful and let me go over the issues I had with the car wash this fall. He explained to me about some of the issues they were having with the mechanical side of the car wash and how they have corrected them since the last time I went to their car wash. He asked if I would try the car wash again and see if my issues have been resolved from the repairs they have done to the car wash. He also gave me some free car washes as well. I took a chance because he honestly seemed concerned and wanted to make all of this right. I went through the car wash and my car looked perfect when it came out. No dirt or grease any where on it. Because of the extra steps Sally & Travis took I will be coming back to Slash & Dash and letting people know just how much they do care about their customers.*** read more
