I'll leave out names, but this estimator gave me a reasonable estimated time frame of about a week…read moreand a half. I was pleased with that. I set a time to have my truck in the shop which was set up for a month out. A MONTH OUT (The gal at the desk is amazing, no complaints there) Month came and I dropped off my truck. The days went by and they were sending me updates on its progress which I thought was cool. Two days before it was to be finished I got a text saying it was almost done. 10 minutes later the shop calls me and told me they would need the truck AT LEAST an additional week. (Thats not just an extra day, thats DOUBLE what they estimated) There were parts they needed and didn't have to complete it. I was not happy at all to say the least. To top it off, they wouldn't even take responsibility for their incompetence. They just kept smirking at me and giving me BS excuses. 1.) They had a month to get together what they needed. A MONTH! 2.) If they had did their job, they would have known they didn't have what they needed and they could have told me to reschedule a bit further out. They didn't, so they got my truck there, took it apart, and than it just set there with nothing being done. If they had did there job, I'd have my truck. 3.) How are they sending me messages saying its almost done, and then turn around and say its not even close to being done? INCOMPATENCE is all I have to say I use my truck for work and their absolute failure in performing their job cost me big money and they could care less. This place gets a F- minus for its incompetence in doing their job. Please avoid this business at all cost.

We also noticed several clips and fasteners missing on the side that was repaired. Another issue we're having is with the door locks failing to unlock, even with the use of the key and remote. There is no excuse for such poor, shoddy work.

Yet another update due to how drawn out my experience with them has been. I would rate at 0 stars…read moreto be honest. Door latches were finally replaced in my last update but getting the recall marked as complete is another story. I went back about a month after the replacement for them to take photos of the latches because they didn't get it right the first time. It turns out, even after that, they filed the paperwork incorrectly so the recall was never completed. I found out because in August I got a letter from Ford saying I needed to address my recall still. I had to return at least 3 times to get my still active recall addressed because they don't answer the phone or respond ever. The only way to get service is to bug them in person. I was told I'd have to leave my car there for a whole day just for photos to be retaken. I was told they didn't have time to do so at one point. It wasn't until I mentioned the urgency of my car being shipped that they offered to bring my car to the shop to take photos if I wasn't able to bring my car in. I ended up just going in person again and they took the photos they needed. Finally, at least 5 months after the replacement, the recall has been closed. As a side note, the day they replaced my door latches, they also jacked up my driver's side front window. It won't go up all the way consistently so now I have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. I mentioned this to them the first time back but after all this I don't want to deal with this dealership again.

I call for an update and I'm told my car won't be looked at for a couple day, if that. Cool. Leave my car and they eventually look at it. I finally got my car back and the same issue is there. I have since moved from Alaska THANKKK GOD! I cannot imagine having to return to deal with the mess that is Seekins Ford. Waste of my money and time!

They kept it for over 4 months and returned it to me with the gas light below E and it almost didn't start due to that. It was messy, my seats had stains that weren't there prior to it being stolen I'm not sure if it was the car theft or them but regardless I'd expected them to get it back to good condition not let a stain set for 4 months. The last thing I wanted to do after getting my car back was spend 3 hours vacuuming it, scrubbing it, and attempting to get the smell out because it smelled like must. Not even a car scent thrown in? I'm not sure if this is the standard for car restoration but after paying 9k to get my car back to the condition it was in before the theft I guess I expected it to be returned to me in the same condition it was in before the theft! This was not the case, but after I spent a few hours cleaning it it's basically there. If they would've just taken the time to vacuum it or wipe it down during the 4 months they had it at their shop I would've been incredibly happy. Adding that the crash was pretty severe, there was obviously a lot of work that needed to be done! And I'm happy with how the car was repaired. So if you're okay with getting your car repaired and nothing extra this is the place for you, I guess I just expected more.

They handled all of the paperwork with the insurance (the other guy's ). When I took it in for the actual repair, they gave me a time estimate which was accurate. When I picked it up, it looked great! They did a full detail. It hasn't been that clean since I bought it. Thank you for going the extra mile.

I will be reporting them to the BBB and any other agency because from reviews this is a pattern. They thought my daughter was going to just accept it. Five days later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called to follow up. The receptionist told me that JackiJustSteppedOut and that they were waiting on insurance. I thought that was odd since insurance had already given me the green light, so I forwarded the email from insurance telling me to go ahead with the repairs. After not hearing anything again, I called to follow up and the receptionist again told me that JackiJustSteppedOut and that they still hadn't done anything and were still waiting on insurance. I called the insurance rep and asked him call. He talked to Jacki, who told him that she had never asked to talk to insurance and that she was declining to do the work. I called for an explanation and was told that JackiJustSteppedOut and didn't leave any notes. I tried to follow up with a complaint and no one ever called back. They delayed the process for two weeks while they did nothing, then threw a tantrum when caught in the lie.
