Went to a different spot down the road and my car bottomed out trying to get it in, so I had to leave (my car is really not that low to the ground), so decided to try Mobil 1 Lube Express instead. I was glad I did! I pulled up only a few minutes before their stated closing time, but they took me in anyway (and someone behind me too). I was really appreciative of that. You don't wait in your car here like you do at other places. They have you get out, drive your car into the bay for you, and you go into the waiting room. There is a nice leather couch and several chairs, 2 tvs, and a wide selection of magazines. The waiting room is super clean and smells good! It smelled like Yankee Candle Sun and Sand. I spent only about 10 - 15 minutes in that waiting room though, they had my car done very quickly. They do an inspection of your car, top off your fluids, put air in your tires, the works. A basic oil change is $29.99 plus disposal fee and tax. Quick, easy and not too expensive...an overall win for me! I will definitely be back.

Then, I noticed what looked like peeling on the hood and front of the car. The Toyota-applied clear coat was coming off , My car was starting to look so bad. A few people gave me names of local auto body shops No one wanted to touch my car because I had not been in an auto accident!! They explained their reasons to me, which of course, were all about money and insurance claims. I was, of course, going to pay for any work but, shame on me, I did not have an accident. Just wanted to fix to the clear coat and have effected areas of my car re-painted. Finally, I was given the name Brothers auto body in Cromwell. Problem solved! My car was beautifully repainted and new clear coat applied. It looks spectacular! No hesitation to give me a reasonable quote, no rejection because I did not have an accident. Just kind, professional treatment from all at Brothers. Special thanks to Sarah, Jacob and Brian for making this whole process run so smoothly. My Corolla carries with it some very special memories from the past. I will always do what I can to keep it running and looking as good as I can.

After having the truck for 2.5 weeks we picked it up after being told "the truck is safe, I would let my kids drive it". No sooner did we drive TWO MINUTES down the road the truck broke down. This was right after my son paid $1700 to have fixed. Called the shop and Ruben didn't care anymore he got his money. The other owner came and pulled the truck back to the shop. Long story short after two more times we took the truck . Halfway home the engine light was back on and the truck was leaking oil and tranny fluid. Brought it to the shop and they couldn't believe the work. Wrong radiator was used so they put connectors. They were leaking. The brake line was wrong and the list goes on. THE BIGGES THING.... THE WELDING WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE. IF MY SON HIT 3 LARGE BUMPS THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART! we kept them posted and they asked for a receipt. No problem. It was provided and that was it....they have ignored us. We posted a Google review and they deleted it. They are awful! We are now going to take them to smalls claims court and are reporting them to DMV AND the department of consu.er protection. DONT DO BUSINESS. HERE.
