I got a full synthetic oil change here today and I was out in less than 10 minutes! All the shop guys were super friendly and helpful. My dealership wanted to charge me nearly $200 for a full synthetic oil change.... Wack. The dealership has also been known to keep me sitting there for 2+ hours. I got my oil changed here for under $100 and under 15 minutes. Highly suggest stopping by this place. 10/10 read more

I took my 2009 Mazda 6 to Mobil One Lube, and they completely wrecked my car drove the car for 45 minutes and there was coolant in the oil. this was about a year ago for some reason this post was not uploaded. read more

I went to Mobil 1 Lube Express on Newfield Street to get an oil change. When I pulled up, I asked the attendant (later he said he was the manager) how much it would cost to get an oil change. He stated that I would need to go inside the office and get the price. He said just leave the car. I went in and got a price and they quoted $75.00. I told him the price was too high, and that was okay, and left. This was less than 5 minutes. When I went outside to get my car, they had pulled my car into the bay, and had the hood up. I asked them why, and told them I don't want the oil change. At that time they said they already "dropped the oil" and that there was no oil in my car anymore, and that it couldn't be driven . The manager then threatened to call the police because I wouldn't leave the bay with my car. After arguing with the manager, he called the business owner, who came out about 15 minutes later, and I finally agreed to pay $25.00 to get oil, to get my car out of there. I shouldn't have had to pay a dime, but I had no way to get my car. Then the owner had the audacity to whine, claiming he's losing money. They had no permission to work on my car in the first place. They are disgusting, dishonest crooks. I'll file a complaint via the consumer protection. But you should know what they are doing. Also, both the manager and the owner refused to give me their names! They should not be in business. read more

Do not go here. RUN the other way. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change last week, and the employee pulling it into the bay misjudged his distance and struck the interior structure of the garage. He caused over $5,000 in damage to my vehicle!!!!!!! I have been repeatedly trying to work with the owner - John DeSena - who is refusing to file an insurance claim for my damage and now has apparently blocked me from contacting him. I am out of pocket for my insurance deductible, my rental car and the diminshed value of my vehicle. Now please read this whole review. I have been going here probably since it opened, and I always put in Mobil 1 full synthetic in my engine. I used to work at Mobil and this one of the best oil you can put in an engine! Now I / you could go and find a 6 pack of this oil on sale , in the area of around $32 plus filter, but I like you, pay for the convince of paying a place to change my oil for me. My truck would be over $120 here and my car (Today was $106 with CC fee) and I was okay with that. Now when you go here, you see Mobil 1 quart containers on the shelf and they look very nice, I know when I see a Mobil 1 container opened, I know what I am getting put in my engine. (you should look and see for yourself, how many miles Mobil 1 is good for, it is not the basic oil, that is only good for 3000 miles, see for yourself on line how many miles it is suggested before you get your oil changed) This is a big part of why I use Mobil 1 in my vehicles. the additional miles, off sets the costs of an oil change. I have gone here and when my oil change was done, my sticker showed next oil change in 3000 miles, I had to tell them, this is not right and to change the length of time and they now put a sticker on for 5000 miles (again, go on line and see what Mobil states for length of time between oil changes, I myself go 10K to 15K between oil changes) but as I stated, I was shocked they put on a sticker saying 3000 miles (HUMM, wonder why!!!) The last time I went here, I was very clear (because I stand and watch what oil they are putting in my engine) I want the Mobil 1 out of the quart containers, not out of the drums (I dont know what is in those drums and it could be anything!!!!) that time, I seen them pumping oil from the drums into my engine and I made them drain the oil out (the owner was there that time) and put the oil I paid for in my engine. Today I stated the same thing and as I was watching, here they go, pumping oil from the drum, into my engine. I stopped them and told them to drain that out and put the Mobil 1 from the quarts into my engine as that is what I was paying for. The "mechanic" said, it is the same thing!! I stated I dont know what's in that drum and no it is not the same thing! Now we all know, when we buy in bulk containers (IE Drums of oil in this case) it is cheaper for the owner (which I understand, they are there to make money) BUT if I am paying the prices mentioned above, I want to be sure, I get what I pay for! After all these years going to this location, today was the last straw. IF I CANNOT BE 100% SURE WHAT OIL IS BEING PLACED IN MY ENGINE and HAVE CONFIDENCE in the "Mechanics", how can I trust this place any longer?? I don't care if your car is worth $1000 or $100,000 our engines need lubrication and if you / we cannot be sure what oil is being placed in our engines, the results could be very costly for repairs. I feel after all these years, how many times did they put the wrong oil or a lesser oil in my engine and charge me for Mobil 1? I was blind and never watched them as I do now, I trusted them and again, after today, I will never trust them again. IT is also out of my way to go here and I accepted that, thinking I was getting the services I paid for, but from now on, I will go back to the dealership for oil changes and services, this way I will know what I am getting and have qualified mechanics working on my expensive cars. Your call to go here or not but watch what they are doing and make sure you get what you pay for, like I said, drums are drums and who knows what's inside. Mobile 1 is the only place I go to for oil changes. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I never feel taken advantage of or uncomfortable by the service They are professional and trustworthy! Oil change was alright. Knew I needed a air filter along with an oil change but figured they'd pick up in that, along with a battery. But these guys told me they took the air filter out and it was good and put it back in. Air filter is 4 years old (yes my bad) but clearly is filthy and needs to be replaced. I honestly wish these guys were as honest as they say they are. When I went for an oil change back in November, I was told that they could not perform an oil change because my oil plug was broken and if they pulled it out, they would not be able to put it back in, I was leaking oil and added 5 quarts of oil since I only had roughly a quart in there. Also, that I would have to replace my oil pan since plugs are not sold alone. So I paid $40 for the oil and left. After this news, I was unhappy, as I just put $1500 into my car and was never told I was leaking oil. I drove STRAIGHT to a friends shop to have him check it out. He checked my oil, with me right there, and it was extremely low. Which means that Mobil NEVER put in 5 quarts of oil since there was no way I would lose 5 quarts of oil within 6 miles. He put my car on the lift and noticed that my car wasn't leaking oil at all, nor was the plug broken. So everything they told me was incorrect. When I went back to Mobil, I explained everything to the Manager. He said that the employees were not supposed to put oil in my car as that is not their policy, he would leave this for the owner, as he cannot give out refunds and he would call me tomorrow. Never received a phone call the next day. So I went in a week later and the manager was not there. The men inside told me that they would relay the message to the manager and the owner. I called two weeks later and the manager wasn't there again. Went back another week later and the same thing. So we are now in January and no phone call - NOTHING. Needless to say I will NEVER go back here as they are a bunch of crooks and do not care for you as much as they say they do!! Be cautious if you decide to go here!!!! read more

I was literally in and out within 15 minutes! The two folks who spoke with me about my car were both very kind and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I am usually pretty worried when going to get my oil changed by myself, but these people were very friendly and knowledgeable! I can't stress enough how easy it was to get my oil changed today. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this company. Almost 2 months ago I brought my car in for an oil change. A week later I had to have it towed because all the oil was draining from my car almost destroying my engine. After bringing it to a dealership, they determined that this was a result of someone from Mobil 1 not properly replacing my drain plug. Mobil 1 was alerted on the phone that day about the situation and then the next day in person. Since then, I had been in almost a dozen times, asking for updates, asking for managers numbers and have been told every time that they will call me and they cannot give me a mangers phone number. They owe me hundreds of dollars and have neglected to act on the situation resulting in me taking them to court. Definitely would not take my car here unless you want to pay out of pocket for damages they cause! Multiple other people have had similar experiences and have been ignored by the company in regards to reimbursement. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND YOUR MONEY, DONT BRING IT HERE. read more

I took my BMW there for an oil change. Around a little over a week later my car shutdown. I towed it to a local mechanic that I use and have been satisfied with their work. They informed me that my oil was leaking slowly which had caused damage which will cost over $4000. When I spoke with John, the manager, he stated that his guys did nothing wrong and will not be taking responsibility for it. However, he did offer to meet me halfway. If your guys did nothing wrong, no company is willing to pay a penny. Today, I was contacted by Taylor, the assistant manager and he stated that they are not going to take any responsibility at all. Prior to this incident, my car had absolutely no issues. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they're doing wrong to hard working people. Beware if you decide to take your vehicle there. If they cause damage, they will more than likely not take responsibility and tell you to feel free to go to small claims court like I was told. read more

I come here all the time! It's close to my house, which is great. Fast, friendly, not much up-selling at all. Every once in a while they show me my air filter & recommend replacing it, and they never hassle me when I say I'll wait & have my husband change it out LOL ... Always service with a smile. Clean & comfortable waiting area with HGTV always on, which isn't bad. Wait time is always short! Plus I love that they're open til 6p during the week, so I have time to get there after work. Best place I've been for my oil change. The people there are very honest. They tell you what you need, and give you the price right and fair. And if you don't want it, they don't push it either. Also, they are very fast, I usually call ahead see if they are busy, and if they are not, I just go in, they get it done in 15 min. I definitely recommend it and give it a A+ read more

The oil light came on and I called and talked to the owner John, and he told me to get the oil changed from where I was, and he would take care of the cost. However, when he did not pay, and I must now take him to small claim court to get my money back. read more

When Mobil 1 changed our oil, they overfilled the oil, ultimately causing $2500 worth of damage (from the oil getting into our catalytic converter). Even though Mobil 1 acknowledges that they caused the damage, they are refusing to cover any of the bill because it was not done by their mechanic. I am greatly distressed by their lack of ethics and their lack of concern for our safety. read more

I the point where I had to call my husband to see what it takes and he dude kept giving me the run around and was still confused. I shouldn't have to call anyone to double check. Amazing!! I went in today for an oil change and the young man told me I was early by 1,500 miles. He apologized that the wrong date was put onto the sticker from my previous visit. I asked him if he could check the air in my tires and that I would pay for any service. He stated I'll check that and check everything else out and I will have the car out front in a few. Next thing I know he had my car ready and said see you in a few months, I insisted on at least paying for the air and he said have a great day! These guys have been nothing but great and I've been going for years. Super fast. They of course mention all the stuff I could (should) do if I want, but are never pushy. Been here for a few oil changes, light bulbs, miscellaneous fixes etc. Every single time something has gone wrong. They broke my oil cap, caused a hole in a tube underneath, installed broken windshield wipers, and even messed up the wiring in my back tail light which then broke 1 month after I purchased it causing me to get pulled over and ticketed! Mobil One has cost me hundreds. Seems like based on most other reviews no one has really had problems, but I personally will be staying far away from this place. read more

Awful Experience. Brought my car in for an oil change. Within a month I start smelling oil burning & my car smoking so I check under the engine & notice the dipstick isn't closed all the way. I push it in and assume that is the problem. Another couple weeks go by and I notice it starts smelling & smoking again, my dad who owns an Auto Body Shop says the oil was overfilled. We bring back to Mobil1 & they say there is no problem & they did nothing wrong. Clearly they did because this never happened before it went in for an oil change. On Monday it will be going into Mercedes to get checked out & am hoping it will be a simple fix but how can a company take zero responsibility for something they clearly did. My suggestion no matter how much more it costs always go to the dealership because these places are independently owned & they don't have to help you because they have no one to answer to. read more
