I consulted this company through Yelp to inquire about service on my pool pump. The filter canister…read morepressure reading was high, though the water circulation was poor and weak. I explained the situation to my Yelp contact, a lady self-identified as "T.S.". She explained to me that if I took the filter out of the canister, my circulation would be back at strength and she was absolutely right when I tried it out. It turns out I just needed a new filter where I was able to pick one up affordably at a local hardware store. This all happened on the beginning of memorial day weekend, so for her to talk me through fixing this problem at a presumably busy time for pool repair technicians, she did me a tremendous favor. Her advice saved me a lot of money. There's no telling what good work this pool service will do if my problem was out of my reach.

I later received a call from Luis. Soon after calling me he put me on hold in order to answer another call, which I found rude. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and take a look. The time of the appointment passed and Luis didn't come. I called him to check whether he was on his way and he told me that he got stuck at another job and couldn't come. Even though he had no intention of coming that day, he didn't bother to let me know. It appears that this company is related to another pool company called Swim Solutions. I'd suggest checking their Yelp reviews as well.

I'm also providing an update on my situation with the replacement Quattro cleaner I received in March 2024. (See my previous review.) First off, hats off to Marco for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me relative to this product! I'm not sure anyone else would have made this much effort, but he truly values his longtime customers. The new Quattro did not even last 20 months! Starting in September, I noticed the cleaner was not climbing the pool walls properly. It then no longer rotated and would stall at the steps. Marco has been trying to discover what is at the center of this malfunction for several months, replacing various parts in an attempt to get it to work properly. He contacted his local Fluidra representative and they first said the Quattro was out of warranty. Marco would not take that position as a final answer. He requested the manufacturer send an entire new set of "guts" and he replaced every part FREE OF CHARGE. Sadly, the Quattro still does not run properly. I'll be looking to buy a new cleaner in the Spring, but Marco was not finished. He is working with the representative to see what discount I would receive on a future Quattro should I decide to stay with this manufacturer. (Not sure I will do that given the quality problems with this cleaner and the fact the manufacturer does not stand behind its defective product.) However, I give Marco extra credit to attempt to get me the best deal possible. Therefore, a huge amount of thanks and gratitude given to Marco and The Pool Pleaser for standing up for their repeat customers. They wouldn't do that and instead wanted to call/text before they came over. That would have been great but they didn't even do that. I let my dogs out one day and some guy I've never seen before was standing in my backyard. My dogs went nuts. He sprayed them with water in an effort to not get attacked.
