Gary had all of us laughing when giving us instructions and he made sure everyone felt comfortable. We took about 20 teenagers from our church youth group. With such a large group of first-time paddle boarders, we couldn't have asked for a better instructor! I could tell Gary knows the river very well, which made a big difference. Some tips: cash only and each boat rental requires its own cash deposit! Also, expect to want to spring for a kayak in the $45 price range. The $35 are minis and not for beginners. Also, opt for high tops with soles and ankle protection over water shoes or flip flops. DO ask about rent the wheels for transporting the kayaks to/from the water. He strapped the boats onto the top of our rental car, went over all the equipment we needed, and took the time to explain which parts of the river we should explore. I found that they have everything that you can need for a weekend camping adventure without having to break the bank and my back. We were able to book online which was so easy and make the process super quick when we arrived to pick it up. We got a call from Chad who let us know that we were confirmed and when to arrive to grab the unit. They hooked us up with an RV that had the things we needed along with a generator in case we stayed somewhere with no electricity we traveled to San Diego and up the coast. The RV was clean and stocked with everything we could need. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend you try it. When we returned the RV Chad made it so easy, and helped us get it all checked in! They also rent UTVs and we can't wait to come back and give them a try they were super affordable compared to the Cruise America RV rentals that wanted to charged us triple the cost that Apache Canyon Rentals charged. Customer has over 50 videos to prove that. Regardless of the situation your a scammer and that's why banks are able to assist in fraudulent charges as well as lawyers are available too. Flat tires can happen from wear & tear,driving over rough terrain does that & you sending people down a paved road to get to the trails also damages the tires lastly you stated in text that the machine was brand new when in fact the customer has proof that the machine had over 300 miles on it before delivery oh and how do you charge somebody for returning a dirty side by side when your driving in dirt especially when there isn't any place available to wash the rental before returning it, it wasn't on a trailer with the capability to go to a car wash, you literally drive off the lot into dirt it's not about taking responsibility if the machine was wreck or damaged it would be no hassle to pay for those damages but a flat tire is a reach

Donny and his brother could not have been nicer, or offered better customer service. We were unfamiliar with the area and elected to have them deliver the Rzr to us at the trailhead. Donny was at the meeting spot early (so were we, so that was awesome) and had us on our way in no time at all. A quick review of the operation of the buggy and a review of all included safety equipment (spare tire, spare belt, puncture repair kit, first aid kit, etc...) and we were off. We elected for the 24 hour rental because we were on the trails all day and wouldn't have been back in time before they closed. It was well worth it and one of the few, if not only, company to offer this option. Our machine worked perfectly without issue. It made for a great family adventure. I'd give them six stars if possible. It could not have been a better experience.
