We recently placed an extremely complicated order (hats, shirts, polos, etc.) all with different logos. But the guys here took care making sure each logo/shirt/hat were matched up exactly. It couldn't have been an easy order, it was confusing enough for me; however, the guys at Splat, namely Mike, did an awesome job. Don't use this company. The guy is a complete idiot. Ordered a car graphic from him - sent over a proof with the measurements and he printed it completely wrong. Measurements way off and not at all lining up with the proof. When I called to let him know he brushed it off and said to just put it on the car and they won't notice.. that prints don't ever come out like the proof. Like what? Of course they do, that's the purpose of creating a proof!! I had to then re-order this graphic through another company and he refused to refund me the $1500 deposit I had paid him. total crooks! This is only my 3rd negative review for a business. Doing it to warn people about this business. They were not only rude, they ruined my clothes and then blamed me for ruining them. The designs were not at all what they were supposed to be and what we talked about. In the end, he made me pay for them or he threatened legal actions. I paid for them and took my entire order as a loss. They were not at all what we talked about so I was never able to sell them to my clients. The entire order is sitting in my garage and I've sold most pieces at a garage sale for less than what I paid for them. Total loss!!! Worst business that I've ever done business with. Do not ignore the negative reviews! Any positive reviews are highly questionable. I wasn't concerned at all (because I didn't check the reviews) when I had Mike at Splat Graphics do my companies T-Shirts. What I should have done was printed out our logo on computer paper and taped them toT-Shirts because that would have looked better than what I received. Our entire office literally laughed out loud for a few minutes after we took them out of the box. If you do make the mistake of buying anything from Splat Graphics, make sure you ask where to pick up your stuff, because the address on his invoice is his home. What a joke of a company. The WORST workmanship and customer service I have ever experienced...Very unprofessional! Embroidery came out so sloppy and unreadable they are an embarrassment for my staff and my customers to wear. I have taken them to 2 other embroidery shops to get a professionals opinion about the quality to see if I was being too picky... they both laughed and reassured me that it wasn't my imagination and a that they would never allow work like that to leave. I have been in contact with owner several times and after making excuses and defending work as "INDUSTRY STANDARD" he reluctantly said he would fix them...after several unanswered attempts spanning over 6 weeks nothing has been done and my patience has run out. I have worked with Splat Graphics for over 8 years and every time they have exceeded our expectations. We needed to redo our van because we got a new logo and we needed to do it within 48 hours. Poor Response but I will get my money back I want to let him know but he is not answering anyways I called my local police and they gave an legal advice I called small law claims and I paid there fee I'm staying in hotel for two days I don't have any problem to pay more but I'll sue splat graphics. Ignore the negative reviews! I was a bit concerned and did some research and found out the negative reviews were unfounded. I had a great experience and Mike was so responsive and accommodating with all my last minute changes. They were extremely quick with the design and installation (car graphics) and very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. I couldn't be happier with the service and finished product. Avoid this business. I wish I could give 0 stars. Mike promises all the bells and whistles and in the end provides terrible service and craftsmanship. I had my Scion wrapped and he put the seams right down the middle of the doors and on the top panel he ran out of red ink. Half the red text turned into gray towards the end. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except he went ahead installed it that way. I guess he thought I wouldn't see the top of the car. I made him redo it but then his wife got involved he made me pay another $400.00 for materials to redo it right. At that point I was stuck and without my car for a week so I paid it. It still came out terrible. Lots of extra seams and small patch pieces everywhere. Also, 4 years ago he promise that the wrap would last 7 years. Today, 4 years later, I'm removing it because it looks so bad, it's cracked and has faded terribly, and the first three years it was garaged too. He also used a lot of primer glue around the edges which I found out now is not necessary and only guys that don't know what they are doing use it. Bad, bad experience. Their work is hit and miss, at best. I got lucky and my order was fine - not so for the person in front of me. Splat Graphics got their order wrong, and the owner REFUSED to take responsibility - blaming the customer for the obvious errors. Rude, terrible customer service. If I could give this business "0" stars I would. The star only goes to the employee who came after hours (10:30pm), after his second job to open the shop and give us our order that we should have received earlier in the day. I went here based on a friend's referral that they were very local and had a 24 hour turn-around. I dropped off my order with the owner in the early afternoon with a Printed Word document listing exactly what was supposed to be printed on the jerseys. Upon payment (orders under $100 pay up front), I used my debit card and instead of offering me the pin pad, the owner asked me for my PIN #! Red flag! I, of course, did not provide it. The next day, I waited for a call so I could pick up the order to have it for the next day's game (1st of the season). No call. Checked website for business hours. Website listed 5pm as closing time. I called at around 4:15-4:20pm. No answer. Voice recording stated same closing time: 5pm. I told my husband to go there immediately before they closed. We live 2 minutes away. The store was locked up! I was finally able to reach owner after frantically calling/emailing. He said I had to wait until Monday. I said in need the items in the time frame agreed upon. His employee met us at 10:30pm that night. It being so late, we didn't check for accuracy. Next day, there were 3-4 misspellings and quality was mediocre. Brought items in for correction Monday and picked them up again a day later. Horrible patch job. Patch job had to be corrected. No refund, no credit, nothing. Don't go here.
