I went to another Nordstrom Rack and I was simply told I couldnt return them because there is no proof of purchase. Enter Kamila who saved the day! She called their service line and was able to pull up my order. She made the return so easy! I'm glad I went to this location! Thank you Kamila! Also, sidenote, why doesn't Nordstrom include physical receipts when mailing orders.

They took my return in a very nice professional manner and I ended up buying some stuff for my nephews while I was at it. I will never go back to Lakewood store but only come to this one! Damien was one of those people. From the moment he greeted me, he treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine professionalism. Every word was spoken with courtesy: "Yes, sir," "Thank you, sir," and "It's a pleasure to help you, sir." His manners, patience, and willingness to assist were truly remarkable.
