The 2016 YELP 500, Review #043: Amazing shop. Going to a Big Bad Voodoo Daddy show soon. This lady has all the fashions whether your lady wants accents for the the shop/garage look with pin up girl accents or a dressier style with dresses be-speckled with polka-dots or cherries. Social Distortion chicks take notice! Thanks for letting me browse.

Queen Mary Couture shop owner gesturing T.I. customers with a baby!

I strolled into this shop with my friend and her one year-old baby to browse on our way to dinner. The shop owner decided it was appropriate to come up behind me, touch me on my back, and ask me to go to the bathroom because I felt a sharp pain in my tooth and went to the mirror to see where the pain was coming from. I asked her "please do not touch me", and she told me to leave the store and called me "disgusting"! Then she gave me the finger (see photo). She's not providing very good vibes, or customer service. Do not recommend. Also the stuff inside is cheap and tacky, in my opinion.

Went into this shop while on a walk with my best friend and my one year old. My friend was looking around and gazed into the mirror to see what was bothering her tooth and the store owner came up behind her, touching her, calling her disgusting and creating an all around hostile environment for My baby to be around. She proceeds to yell at us to get out of her store without cause and childishly started flipping us off through the window. I'm appalled that shoreline village would allow a woman like that to own a shop in such a wonderful location. You never know what a person is going through and should never lay your hands on another person in any way let alone be so nasty for no reason.

I don't know how I missed this store in my walks. Located in Shoreline Village, next to Charlie's BBQ. The store clerk Martha is very personable, although she told me not to take any pic-she was nice about it. The store is decorated so hip and edgy, and they have great prices. Loved the presentation of the scarves and clothing. Inside the display case are delicate pieces of jewelry. There are so many cute things here-something for everyone on your list. I will be back to buy that dress that I tried on, just wish they would let you take pictures to share.

Love this shop! Coolest Boutique in Long Beach!

What a gem! Discovered this little place on a recent visit to Long Beach and had a great time exploring all of the trinkets.

I am at this shop at least once a month and I have never seen the owner be anything but sweet and helpful to her customers.

Vibes | You're in Downtown Long Beach, so there are a lot of things to do in the area, from enjoying the beach, enjoying the food scene, or enjoying artwork. The spot itself is nice. I dig it's steaze and organized arrangements. Products: They had some pretty creative and unique clothing for staying warm or looking cool. I dug their personal care products but what attracted me moreover was their candles. Great variety and scents. Customer Service: I got to meet Rich; he's a cool dude! He is friendly and knowledgeable about his stuff. TL;DR Overall: 5 Stars | I had a great experience. Reasonable prices for boutique prices and good energy. Too bad I don't live in the area but I'm glad they have an online store. Kudos Kuya Rich! Wishing you all the best with this store. The problem is coming from the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up a pair of boots here a little over a year ago, and about 5 months in, the sole of one of Jen started to come apart. No big deal - things happen. I brought the boots in several months ago, probably early January if not earlier for repair. They said no problem, and sent it to their shop and said it would be ready in a couple weeks and that they would call me when I could pick them up. Seemed like a bit of a wait, but ok. A couple months later, I decided to call and see where they were at. "Still not ready, we will let you know." A couple weeks after that, I go into the store. You'll never guess: still not ready. I called almost a month later. Still not ready. At this point, I have had enough and ask for my boots back. They say they will have to make some calls and they will call me back within a day. A week and a half later, and I haven't heard back and now can't even get a hold of them. I paid over $300 for a pair of boots that started falling apart in less than a year, and it has taken 4 months (and counting) to repair them and now I can't even get them back or get a hold of the people at the shop. Absolutely unbelievable.
