I soaked them to get them off and they still would not budge. I had to cut them off and soak again until I finally got them all off for a new set. The retention on these were amazing! The only downside was the price, $95 for a gel x set is a little crazy. But I mean, you get what you pay for. I always have issues with nails popping off and I could say these were definitely not popping off without wanting them to. The staff were very friendly as well.

Wow it's crazy that this lady responds like this to reviews after treating customers so badly already. Such an unprofessional response. Her other reviews make sense, she is not professional or nice. Service was great. I got eyelash extensions for my wedding, and my bridesmaids loved them so much, that they came for them too. I had multiple family members compliment me on my eyelashes, and the best thing was, they lasted weeks ! When you get them done be sure to ask for MAI ! she is extraordinary at what she does, and she explains everything to you, from beginning to end, so you feel completely at ease the whole time. I also received eyebrow threading and a pedicure. My pedicure was really soothing. In addition to my pedicure, I received the callus treatment, which was just the cherry on top. In the end, my total only came to a little over $50, which was very affordable. I was expecting to pay $100+ for this star treatment. This salon is among the best I've been to. The staff was very friendly, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. They were very helpful, but never pushy. Also, the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I received the Gel Nail French Treatment, and an eyebrow threading. Both were a very reasonable price. I received more than my money's worth. The Gel Nails turned out FANTASTIC ! I received many compliments on my nails, even after the third week I got them done, i was still receiving compliments on how nice my nails were. While I was there, the manager told me they also host parties in their salon, like little spa/nail parties. I thought that'd be really cute just a girls night out. I had a tropical pedicure here, and it was such a wonderful experience! Lisa was amazing, she really took her time to ensure my feet looked and felt incredible. One of my favorite parts was when they used real fruit to scrub my feet, it smelled amazing and added such a refreshing, natural touch to the experience. It's been ages since my feet were treated with so much care and attention, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I felt completely relaxed throughout the entire session. I'm already looking forward to coming back and sharing this fantastic experience with my family. However, I had a bad experience with the lady who removed my nails (think her name was Nancy?). 1. My nails were shaved too thin that they hurt even without pressure. As she was removing the gel, I retracted my hand several times because they hurt, but not once did she say sorry. Instead, she said that I was too sensitive. I don't believe that my nails are sensitive because they have never hurt from my many, many previous experiences removing and getting gel nails done. 2. She asked if I wanted them cut short so I said yes, but I didn't mean for them to be THAT short, encroaching on to my nail bed. Not only do my nails hurt from being too thin, but also too short. 3. I had discussed with the front desk person that I will decide if I want my nails shaped (extra charge) after getting the gel removed. She shaped them without asking me. I unfortunately did not realize that she was shaping them until it was too late because of the pain. 4. I asked the front desk person about the pain. He dismissed me saying that the prep was done wrong (I don't think it was done wrong, as I have worked with the tech before and nothing ever went wrong from application to removal) without acknowledging that the nail tech lady could have gone too far. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience not only for the quality of service, but also the lack of concern for customer complaints.
