Up front, they have a huge selection of balloon designs. Also, incense and candles. Why 3-stars? Narrow aisles and the smell of urine. Your aisles are narrow. Then some are made very narrow by having merchandise boxes stacked on the floor. Someone in a wheelchair will have a problem. Also, your store isn't clean. The checkout area smells like someone used it for a bathroom. Who the heck pees on the floor in a store? But if you're looking for something at a low price, come try Discount City. She then tells me that to walk around the store I must leave my little sisters back pack and my purse on a cart. What bothered me is that my partner has had a similar experience of hostility. Almost like the lady thinks we don't have the money to shop there and we'll steal something. I was considering buying an item from them but after that experience I will not see myself in there. It's a place of racism and discrimination, especially when others that go in that are white don't have that same experience.

Prices seem fair, most of the sweets are priced between $2-$3 for smaller packages and between $5-$12 for larger bags, with most averaging around $6 each. As an individual, she is very sweet and personable; she went above and beyond by coming back to retrieve the arrangement after the party ended (was great not to have to figure out the cleanup of so many bulky balloons) and she even separated some balloons to gift to the children in attendance so they could play with them. I called the store and was told to come back, but once I did, they said the balloon had a hole and refused to refund, replace it, or even try to fix it with tape.
