I highly recommend NOT working with Accurate K9 Training! My 82 year old mother called this company…read moreto have a trainer come to her house to help her train her puppy AT HOME. Brittany Katterfeld took advantage of an elderly, vulnerable woman who lives alone by manipulating her into letting go of her puppy for supposedly an inboarding 3-week training. She took my mother's credit card number and charged 1/2 of the $3000.00 fee. Brittany offered no contract or paperwork to sign. My mother was very upset after Brittany left driving off with my mother's dog. The next two days involved my sister and I intervening to help my mother get her dog back as this was not what she wanted nor did she ever intend to spend that kind of money as she is on a limited income. Brittany agreed to meet us after two days as we explained the situation over the phone. She had been cooperative and met us at a parking lot so we could get the dog back; she even mentioned a refund. However, since that time she has been avoiding my mother's phone calls and texts. Interestingly, Brittany was very quick to answer while obtaining my mother's business. Now she avoids all contact and is a thief for keeping all of the $1500.00. Technically my mother only owes 3 nights of boarding and training and is willing to give well over the amount due for the trouble and confusion. What poor business, horrible work ethic and decency. Thumbs DOWN.

I wanted a trainer that not only used multiple training techniques and tools, but also was actively working her own dogs as well. At ~65# each it's very difficult to handle my dogs when they start going after each other. It was even more disheartening when my deaf 3yo pittie mix bit a friend. Both dogs are insecure and needed more direction and less opportunity to fail. The moment I contacted Brittany, she immediately made me feel that all hope wasn't lost and this could get better. We set up an appointment and she came in ready to make miracles happen! My dogs were also ready...they did not want to have anything to do with her. They were growling, lunging, snapping, and just behaving badly. Brittany stayed calm and reassured us that she wanted to see the naughtiness so that she could better help us. We were so embarrassed and nervous. She handled our dogs with care and control. By the end of our session our dogs were calm and obeying not only her, but us as well. She left giving us homework and we are so excited to start this process. I'm eager to see our dogs transform into the companions we know they can be. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that had dogs.

I guess that what I get for a free trial. Luckily he is not injured or traumatized. Just happy to have my fur baby back. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE AND SMELLS LIKE and DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES... maybe...? I never yelp review especially not negative but this I had to on principle. Let's see if the manager ever reaches out

Terrible place to have your puppy or dog stay here unless you don't care about your dog or puppy…read more Owner didn't even listen to us and what we had to say. Even though we told him that our puppy, which is 6 month old, should play with the small dogs, ended up insisting that he is okay with the big dogs. Didn't even listen to us. This place is where they cram all the dogs and not enough help.... We left our puppy here for almost a week and we decided to come pick him up to walk him the night before we were suppose to finish with this place. When we picked him up, we noticed his right ear was sticky and funky looking. Upon closer inspection, we say that his ear was COVERED WITH DRY BLOOD! We took him back immediately and the owner and the workers were saying "oh it's just a little scratch from playing. It's totally normal." Bullsht that's normal! WTF! It was a large bite wound and I guarantee that no dogs "play bite" like that! We decided to take him home that day and what really ticked me off was the owner, Jason. After I told him that we will be taking him early, he exploded at me saying "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? FOR A SMALL BITE?" Absolutely not Okay! Have some professionalism! You or your workers didn't even notice it and who knows when that happened! It could have been infected and killed my puppy! Good thing because I would have sued the living shit out of this place if it did... Not okay... My puppy was also not the same after. He picked up so many BAD HABITS from this place! He started biting and barking a lot more and more aggressively after this horrible stay... The bed we dropped off with him smelled like shit after.... All the other 1 star reviews I saw were the same thing! There dogs or puppies got severely wounded or hurt... Overall, if you want your dog or puppy to just be a number for them to cram in, this is your place...

I have nothing but kind words and respect for the Loving Paws family. We were put in a real bind in…read morea painful situation with another cremation company, who backed away when we were needing their services. One phone call to Loving Paws, was met with a kind and caring response from Craig who responded that he would be there to pick up our beloved 12 year old Bulldog. Craig picked up our boy the next morning and brought him to us to say our final goodbyes, also suggesting that our last boy be taken out to his vehicle, to say goodbye too. I was so touched by this calm and professional man who shows his caring heart along with his soft spoken wife. They are so caring and I'm so thankful they were there in our time of need.

Until now, the convenience and care they offered made the difficult process a little easier, despite the cost. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with picking up my beloved 12 1/2-year-old dog, Koa, was very disappointing, and I will sadly be looking elsewhere in the future. When the driver arrived to transport her, he unrolled a transfer mat onto my clean bedding that was visibly soiled from the previous pickup. He quickly apologized and replaced it with a clean one from his vehicle, so I let that slide--mistakes happen. The bigger issue came at pickup. I was unexpectedly charged an additional $21 for the mahogany urn because, according to the receptionist, the company had recently changed (suppliers?) and now charges extra for that option. She showed this was noted on the form I signed at the time of service. While it may have been in the fine print, I was not verbally told about the change or the upcharge, when I paid him for everything else (at the time of service)--something that had never happened during my two previous experiences with the exact same urn selection. During that moment, I was crying, didn't have my glasses, and was in no state to scrutinize paperwork. I trusted the process would be the same as before. Had the driver simply explained that the included urn was now different and that mahogany carried an extra fee, I would have happily chosen the standard one (which I actually prefer and think is prettier). Instead, the new "mahogany" finish is noticeably different and no longer matches the three previous mahogany urns I have from this same company. I ended up paying the unexpected fee because I just wanted to bring my girl home and they are almost an hours drive from my house-I didn't want to come back. However, I am very disappointed in the result. The woman working the front desk that day was new, incredibly kind, and clearly wanted to help, but she wasn't able to waive or resolve the charge on the spot. I'm truly saddened that after 4 services (in total), this is how my relationship with this company ends--over a $21 surprise charge that could have been avoided with a 30-second conversation during an already devastating moment. The convenience was meaningful to me, but trust and clear communication matter more.

When you see…read morethat an individual has a few great reviews but that all of the reviewers have only 1-2 reviews something is wrong. Not to mention these were all done within three days of each other. This usually means one thing, these are all friends of that business or the actual owner themselves. I know for a fact one of the posters on here is his mom. Not a reliable reviewer if you ask me. Anyways take those type of reviews with the proverbial grain of salt. Now lets get to a REAL review of this company. This review is for a dog that Ryan trained for weeks for my child. Ryan had this dog for approximately two months. Upon return this dog acted absolutely no different then the day it left. It refused to listen to any command given unless yelling at the top of your lungs, hopefully that is anyway. It acts like any dog that you have had that has never set foot in a trainers presence. All of those great videos on you tube are a joke compared to the way this one acts. Not at any point since the day the dog returned has it acted like it had received training of any type. As for walking on a leash, forget it. The dog goes crazy while on a leash and is impossible to control. Now some might say your kid is doing it all wrong then. Well a trainer trains a pet for the owners, not for himself. Lets not forget the owners also attend some of these training sessions. So if that is your thinking forget it. Basically, the hundreds of dollars he charged was flat out a complete rip off and a waste of money. The avg person could do a better job. I would love to say what a great trainer he is, thing is is wasn't in this case. That is the plain truth. I understand that there might be times when a pet is harder to train then others or is just impossible to train. If that is the case suck in your pride and say so and return the money and say "Sorry, I am unable to train your dog" and call it good. My advice is find someone else to train your dog.

He also did a free consultation which was nice. Unfortunately he was very bad a returning phone calls and also would text me telling me he was going to call me back and in the end he just gave up on communication all together. He may have had some personal family issues going on and I would have been understanding about it if he was honest and just told me upfront he wouldn't be able to start training with my dog for another week?? Idk in the end I had to go with a company that was more reliable but more expensive.
