Do not shop here! They sell you defective products and will hide the defectiveness from you so that you will buy it! They will offer no refunds even if the product was defective when you bought it, and they say over the phone they can refund it when you bring it in. If I could leave "zero stars" I would. Let me provide you with an explanation (so you don't make the same mistake I did). It's a long one. So buckle up. My iPhone went through some water damage in early January. Frantically I searched for a place to fix it as I didn't necessarily want to go straight to the Apple Store (my first mistake). I saw this place had decent reviews, so I settled on them. Immediately they shipped my phone out to their repair store without giving me any gauge of when it might be done. They literally said "It's hard for us to tell." I went in a couple days later, but was still provided with the unsatisfactory answer of "It's hard for us to tell.". About a week later, with absolutely NO communication whatsoever from them, I found myself driving down there to see if they still knew I existed. Finally, I got a reluctant "2-3 week" range out of them. So, I waited 2-3 weeks. Here's what got me: During this time period I received no emails, no calls (due to the long repair time I activated an old phone), no word on anything. As far as I knew, my phone could have been in some rural, isolated town located in the bitter Russian tundra undergoing tests to check if it was radioactive or not. (Side note, I had already paid them $40 out of my pocket as a deposit on my phone. You'd think that as a paying customer, one would receive better service. OR AT LEAST AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL UPDATING ME WITH THE STATUS OF MY PHONE.) Towards the end of this waiting period, I received a call from their Boise office asking what my passcode was so some tests could be run. (At least I knew my phone was in Boise now and not Russia). I asked them when I could pick up my phone and they said "Oh. Probably within the next 2-3 days. We'll have the Spokane location call you when they receive it." I WAITED ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. NO CALL. NO EMAIL. NOTHING. When my schedule allowed me to (I'm a full time student with 3 jobs), I made my way to the place I was beginning to associate as my own personal hell and (surprise surprise) my phone was nowhere to be found. The employee working looked up my case file and, with a mildly confused look on his face and an unsympathetic tone voice, said "It should be here." ... It SHOULD be here?! *sigh* He told me he would "Call the warehouse right away and get back to me asap." (How comical) ANOTHER 3 DAYS GO BY. I'm beginning to accept the fact that my phone had been shipped to North Korea and is now somehow being used as means to hack into the American stock market in order to crash the national economy. But, by some miraculous divine hand, I got a call (FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER), that my iPhone was back. It was FINALLY delivered to me mostly fixed (they couldn't fix the rear facing camera or the flash). I inquired why this had taken so long and got the reply "I think the warehouse was backed up." I asked for a discount at the final checkout due to the ANNOYINGLY LONG PROCESS and the teller gave me a measly 5% off that didn't even cover taxes. To top this all off, my iPhone worked for 2 days and now isn't turning on. Now, I'm not blaming them for not being able to fix my phone. I take full responsibility for the water damage as that was of my own doing. HOWEVER, the sheer utter lack of management, customer service, and communication in this business is disgusting. As a studying business minor, I now fully understand the importance of communicating with your paying customers because I'm absolutely livid. So. Moral of the story? Do yourself a favor: do not, I repeat, DO NOT bring your broken electronics here. Also, I got asked "If I had a boyfriend" by the kid who took my phone when I originally brought it in. Word to the wise kid: when you're working in a business where angry/annoyed/frustrated/sad people bring you their broken phones to fix, don't hit on them. Honestly, just avoid hitting on your paying customers. Especially if they're obviously NOT interested. Had a horrible experience at the apple store and came here and they got me ASAP and fixed it within 40 min and I'm very happy and will come here every time I need to!!!!! And it was cheaper then what the stupid apple store wanted to charge!!!! read more

Took 2 IPad minis and 1 IPhone 7 with cracked screens to be fixed. When I picked them up and took them home is when I realized how poor of a job they did. One of the IPad's home button no longer works. The others siri randomly goes off(not a problem previously). The IPhone's color display is faded and front camera no longer works. 0/3 read more

Fast service I was in and out with a fixed phone I also got a lifetime warranty as opposed to the other places I called they only had a month one other place had 6 months. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I would've given this business no stars if I could've. My daughter took her iPhone 6+ in for repair and ran into the same problems as the other reviewer. They told her it'd be back in 3 weeks, but she didn't get the phone back for 8 weeks! She got week after week of poor excuses. They gave her the same measly 5% off that the other reviewer received for waiting so long to get her phone back, which doesn't amount to anything when you have to purchase a new phone because they've had your phone for so long and you're wondering if you will ever see it again. When she did finally get her phone back it was freezing up and the WiFi didn't work (WiFi worked fine before they touched the phone & it never froze up). So she took it back to them to get the WiFi fixed the day after she got it back and the worker opened the phone and carelessly broke the cable on the home button. It's an iPhone, so now the fingerprint on the home button doesn't work and can't be fixed (except by Apple). They put a black replacement home button (with no fingerprint feature) on a white phone and told her she was lucky they didn't charge her for it. Then, the next day (after breaking her home button), the original problem that she took the phone in for started happening again. They are so unprofessional and extremely immature that when she tried to call about the original problem coming back she could never get through to them because they had her phone number blocked!!!! What business does that?!!! So she had to return to the store which is quite a drive from where she lives and they continued to blow her off & give her the run around. They just wanted her to leave and would say anything to get her to do so. I don't know how many times she had to wait days because a worker had to call his manager, then the manager had to call their manager, and so on. I don't think anyone is in charge, all of the workers just kinda do whatever they want. And if someone is supposed to be in charge they should hand the job over to someone who can handle the job because it's quite clear that they can't. So now we're at the point of suing them in court because they've left us no other option. I honestly have never dealt with such an unprofessional business & immature workers at a business at anytime in my life! (& hope to never again!) PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE LONG, NEVER ENDING HASSLE AND FIND A REPUTABLE BUSINESS TO TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS TO! THIS SO-CALLED BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. read more
