My service is with T-Moblie but I called Spokane wireless to order a battery for my phone. I made the mistake of paying for it when I ordered I was told it would be 3 to 5 days they would give me a call when it arrived t hey charged me 44$ and some change here we are over a week later no call no battery not to mention the fact I found the battery on Amazon for 11 dollar's t he amount of overcharge is ridiculous I will not be using Spokane Wireless in the future. I suggest you do not either unless you like lousy service and additional charges for credit card or debit card payments. read more

They made a potentially terrible experience, a very good one. I have to give a shout out in particular to Shay, she was there every step of the way when it came to getting my phone repaired. She ran into a quite few complications due to my phone, but instead of giving up and sending me away she continued to order parts and try and make it right. They gave me a donor while they worked on my phone as well which was super nice of them, and didn't charge me any extra for the additional parts she had to order. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and was getting really nervous about not having my phone but she made it happen. Thank you for not giving up on my phone Shay and working so hard to get it fixed. So they fixed my iPhone... The only certified place in town, but I had to go back and have the screen replaced a second time because it was defective and they "didn't notice" the big, black smears sandwiched between the glass and the LCD. I now have to take it back a second time bc the button doesn't work 75% of the time. Not bad enough? The man that works there was an absolute jerk with no apologies for his bad attitude. Never again. This company is a complete joke I brought in a iPhone 8 with a super cracked screen they said it was the LCD and replaced the screen I got my phone back with the home button not working which is something I was willing to be okay with but then when taking it home to charge it would get to 1% and die so basically they broke my charger port and my home button I took it back the very next day to ask them for my money back or for them to fix my screen and they gave me my money back and my phone without a screen at all not even my old one I then took my phone to another store and asked them what to do they said Spokane wireless should have went over wants wrong with the phone before fixing it and could have definitely messed up the charger port and the home button ‍ went back there today to ask again for them to explain why this stuff wasn't working and if we could pay for the screen again if they'd fix the charger port they were completely RUDE and didn't even try to fix anything they said there is more problems wrong with the phone then they can fix which is not what the said either time I had been there THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY SHIT AND SHITTY RAN PLEASE DO NOT GO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED BY THEM WORST COMPANY EVER AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! NEVER TAKE YOUR PHONE TO Spokane Wireless I took my phone to get a cracked screen fixed they said it would be a hour and I come back my front camera is broken, they say it'll be another hour or two, I come back the cameras fixed but now the speaker isn't working & I can't hear when people call me. They say okay another 30 minutes. 5 hours later they say my front camera & my speakers aren't working. He says he'll give me a full return but they'll have to put the old cracked screen on (so I'll have a cracked screen plus no camera & no sound) I say no and he said he can give us $40 back so I take that then he goes "well now you can go to dicks and get dinner" like wtf? This is the worst service I have ever received. After purchasing a new phone from Spokane Wireless it had severe issues after just 34 days. I kept my receipt and the box as instructed by Spokane Wireless should I have a problem. When I returned to Spokane Wireless 34 days later I was treated rudely, and told it was my problem not theirs. I was told that despite doing everything required of me they would not honor my guarantee. Spokane Wireless gives you defective devices, sells them as "NEW" and then refuses to honor their store policy when their is a problem. Spokane Wireless wants to take your money and run. I ordered a new screen for my 6S plus and was going to replace it myself. I accidentally ordered the wrong one. So I call Spokane Wireless They said yes we have one in stock for $99 they can have it done in an hour. So I bring in my phone and this is where it all goes downhill from here. After thirty minutes they call me back and say we don't have the right screen we are going to have to order yours. Three days ok well three days come and go I call them and they are telling me it got pushed back three more days. Mind you I could have had a new one for $25 shipped in eight if I had known this I would have just roughed it out with a phone for eight days. But I decided since they had one in stock to pay the $99. Well when I got the news it would be three more days I called a different store here in town and they had a new screen on in thirty minutes and was less than $99. So it pays to call around. I made the BIG mistake of setting my Galaxy phone in-between my couch and center island and squished the heck out of the poor thing. I didn't think it was going to be able to be fixed. Very Ugly case. Cracked all the way around. My daughter told me about Spokane Wireless, so I figured, "What the heck, may as well give em a shot. I took it over there and left it with them. They said when they got the case, it would only take a couple of hours to put back together. Well, I went home, and THEN i checked Yelp to see their reviews. This locally-owned business does not hold any pride in their craft at all. I had them fix my broken iPhone, I was told to come back in 2 hours. I came back 2 hours later and they haven't done my iphone yet because they didn't have the matching color and they wanted to ask me first before installation, so I agreed for them to use another color. 20 minutes later and out my iPhone came with its new LCD. Paid $150 for it. Upon arriving home I've noticed the screen that covers the ear speaker is falling off, I tried to fix it myself hoping I'd save myself from having to drive 25 miles back and forth. To no avail. They fixed it for free, after expending my gas mileage and wasting another 40 minutes in the store. In addition, the "new" replacement LCD they installed on my phone has usage marks in the corner. I did not even bother to complain, I've spent enough money, gas, and time having them redo their own work, I've learned a good lesson. My judgement: Go to ebay first, buy the iphone LCD package for $52 and DIY. If you messed up, then go to this store and have them fix it. Trust me, DIY is worth the risk. read more

My mom (who is in her fifties and not particularly tech-literate) walked into this place with an unlocked iPhone 4S in excellent condition seeking help getting a reasonably priced phone plan with data and tethering. She believed that a local place would be more helpful than a carrier's store and would give her more flexibility to find a good plan. Dual-band GSM/CDMA phone, an easy OS, and an Apple Store nearby, what could go wrong? The next month was a nightmare, as I gradually learned how Spokane Wireless had made a mess of this relatively simple situation. My mother was signed up for a MVNO (mobile virtual network operator: a mobile provider that contracts with another major provider to use their cell towers) intended solely for members of the military. She has never served in the military. This MVNO provided her 3G data (!) and overcharged her significantly. They apparently charge no activation fees, but Spokane Wireless billed her for activation fees claiming this was the MVNO's fault. The phone was activated under somebody else's name in a way that the MVNO considered to be fraud. I suspect multiple phones from other clients of Spokane Wireless were activated under a single account. The problems didn't end here. Instead of signing her up for a plan with tethering included, Spokane Wireless told her the phone "didn't support tethering" (iOS supports tethering by default) because the phone's iOS was updated, confiscated her phone, and replaced it with another phone in substantially worse condition with screen damage, which they claimed supported tethering. The reason this new phone supported tethering was that it was a jailbroken phone with a third party app that was intended to circumvent carrier tethering restrictions. I then realized the reason her original phone "didn't support tethering" was likely because they were unable to jailbreak it after its iOS update! She's now burdened with a phone that has clearly been refurbished by Spokane Wireless, with software issues that would not appear with an unmodified device. The local Apple Store has certified the battery in the substituted phone was replaced with a third party battery with 69% of the original battery's capacity, and I can believe it, given how fast the battery drains. It also appears to completely shut off when running low, probably because the battery is unable to sustain a usable voltage at around 10% capacity. Overall, definitely don't let your parents come here, and I'm certainly not seeing any reason to come here yourself. After a single day of in-person troubleshooting, she's now set up with a reputable provider and on 4G - no thanks to Spokane Wireless! read more

When my exspensive phone broke, several people recommended I go here. The phone company wanted almost the price of a new phone. I went down, got a quote and left my phone. Less than 3 hrs later, my phone was ready, for the price quoted( the only reason it took 3 hrs. was they were real busy) 3 hrs. is great! phone fixed for a third of what I could've paid, a fourth of what a new phone would've been. I do not recommend doing business with them. Verizon recommend I have them fix the charge port on my son's phone. I left the phone with them for a couple of days. The tech calls me and tells me to fix the port he would have to take the mother board out and this can ruin the phone. I thought it was cool that he calls me to let me know and agree with him to not have him fix the phone. However after picking up the phone I discover the screen is cracked in more than one spot and is completely ruined, the screen doesn't work at all and the phone is now toast. I called the manager Mark Boyer and he tries to give me the "it was already broke" crap! I argued that the screen was working just fine when I dropped it off. He has me bring the phone back in telling me he has been in the business a long time and would be the first to open his pocket book if they are in the wrong. But when I get there the only thing he said he was willing to do was sell me another phone at cost, so basically he wants me to open my pocket book and buy a phone from him at a discount to replace a phone that his business has totally ruined. I would not do business with the repair shop. They won't sell repair parts. I looked online for a nokia touch screen digitizer and its a 12 dollar part made in china, found a HOW TO video on replacing it myself, very easy...anyway I called in for an estimate and I was told 149.00 to repair it. I said wow, asked how much they charged an hour since they reportedly repair up to 50 phones a day....hmm....the answer I got was " I don't know how much they charge an hour thats just what I was told" .......well since it cost more to fix a 40 dollar used phone, 100 new....i think I will buy the 12 dollar part myself and watch the how to video and do it myself because the estimated time to replace my part is one hour or less. Also, I read an article on Spokane Wireless and it that article they stated 80% of the repairs they get are usually around 45.00 which is why I called in the first place. After hearing an over priced estimate like 149.99, I began to wonder why my 12.00 digitizer part that takes an hour or less would be that much...its not exactly false advertising but on a personal level I considered the statements they made in the article misleading. Thats just my opinion. Terrible company. Told me had the screen for my phone and would cost a certain price. Dropped it off to have it repaired. Before completing it they called to verify the color, stated black. When I went to pick it up they said they only had it in white and wouldn't have a black on in for a week. Asked if I could at least get a discount they said nope and since the person who told me a cheaper price wasn't in I was screwed. I took my iPhone in for repair after the charging port quit working. It was fixed at a very reasonable cost and in two hours! Highly recommend them, especially as opposed to having to make an insurance claim with your cell provider, who will likely con you into having to upgrade. read more

Anyone who knows me knows that, after managing a small business myself for years, I do not take speaking ill of one lightly. That being said, I have to warn all my friends and family DO NOT GO TO SPOKANE WIRELESS FOR PHONE REPAIRS. I am out 200$ and experienced the WORST customer service of my life! Backstory: While we were moving, my Note 4 fell out of my pocket and the LCD broke. I was expecting multiple very important phone calls the next day and couldn't wait for an insurance phone to be sent to me, so I decided to pay the extra money to have it fixed in town. After calling around, Spokane Wireless was the only one who had the part in stock and could do the replacement at that moment so even though they were not the cheapest, I took it to them. An hour and 250$ later, I had my phone back up and running. Almost immediately after bringing the phone home, I noticed (as well as many witnesses who were helping us move) that the new screen was separating and raising up. I called Spokane Wireless and they told me that it was covered by a 3 month warranty, not to worry and just bring it in when I get a chance. Monday morning I took the phone in and dropped it off, and I was told it would be about 2 hours. After the 2 hours I call from my boyfriend's phone to check on mine. The Tech tells me he was unable to fix the phone because the frame was bent, and that that was not covered under the warranty because I must have bent it AFTER they put the new screen on. I tell him that there is no way I bent it after the screen was put on, and that regardless there was a problem with their installation of the screen IMMEDIATELY after bringing it home, and that they needed to either fix it, or refund me my money. He tells me he would never have put a new screen on a bent phone and that he will not refund me or fix the phone. At this point, I ask to speak to the manager. When the manager/owner calls me back, he argues the same point as the tech and went as far as to say "This phone is so bent, there is no way you could have even done this just by dropping it, you would have had to run it over with a car or something" I respond with "You are telling me that I RAN THIS PHONE OVER WITH A CAR, bent the entire phone, but DIDN'T BREAK THE NEW SCREEN THAT YOU PUT ON IT?" Keep in mind, I was frustrated but I was not yelling, cursing, or being a rude. I just strait up told them that their story didn't make sense, that there was obviously a problem with their installation of this screen, and that they needed to make it right. At this point, he tells me he is not going to argue with me (after arguing for about 10 minutes) and HANGS UP ON ME. So my boyfriend and I go down to the store immediately to pick up my phone and talk to this guy. The lady at the counter gives me my phone back and I ask to speak to the manager that just hung up on me. He comes out, and attempts to argue the same asinine points with me that he did over the phone. I told him it was absolutely ridiculous, that this was terrible customer service and that I would be sure to put a terrible mark on his reputation if he did not do something to make it right. After MORE arguing I tell him "I understand these parts are not cheap, but obviously there was a mistake on your part, and in the VERY LEAST you should be refunding the service charge." He grudgingly refunded me 50$ after telling me that if he did, I better not go and leave him bad reviews. So I leave with my still not working phone, and still out 200$. As upset as I am about the 200$, if they had been polite to me and offered to wave the fee themselves or come up with some other way of meeting me half way, I wouldn't be nearly as upset! My boyfriend ended up calling Batteries Plus and telling them what happened, and they told us to bring the phone in and let them take a look. They confirmed that the frame was severely bent, but also confirmed that there is NO WAY I did it myself, ESPECIALLY AFTER the new screen was installed. So they overnighted a new frame and a new lcd for me just in case the new one from Spokane Wireless could not be salvaged. The next day, Rick from Batteries Plus called us to let us know he not only fixed the frame, but replaced the screen, confirming that Spokane Wireless had done a shotty job installing it in the first place. He did all of this for almost HALF the price that Spokane Wireless charged me for just the screen, that they fucked up as well as more than likely damaged my phone worse in the process. So to sum up the story- Do not go to Spokane Wireless. They ripped me off for 200$ and would have ripped me off more if I hadn't stood my ground. They not only didn't fix my phone after taking that much money, they damaged it worse. If you need a phone repaired in town, go see Rick at Batteries Plus. I can not thank him enough for not only doing a superb job fixing my phone, but going out of his way to right the wrong done by someone else. read more

When they replaced the screen I also bought a phone case and a screen protector for it just to be on the safe side I didn't want to get into another situation like this! When they replaced my screen it wasn't working right at all and when I took it back to be refunded they told me no and to get out of their establishment! They were so rude and disrespectful I couldn't believe it!! They are selling a product that doesn't work and were refusing to give my money back! Ridiculous! I took my samsung for screen repair. My insurance was going to fully reimbursed me for the repair. They clearly did not want to do the repair, I was told to just have my plan send me a replacement phone that I could have the next day. I wanted my own phone repaired. So, my bad, I took my phone back the next morning and they said 2 hours. I returned 2.5 hours later, it wasn't done. I returned again almost 4 hours later, still not fixed! They said it was almost next in line. I took my broken phone and left. I will take my chances with a refurbished. Horrible service. read more

Terrible experience. S7 edge screen replacement, took a week and a half to get the screen after ordering it, then once replaced the screen started flickering as the salesperson had warned within days. There was also a black dot that was not noticable and grew larger over time before I could take it back. I was supposed to have a 60 day manufacturer warranty, but when I took it back in they said it had been dropped causing a crack in the sreen so the warranty was voided due to damage. I do carry my phone in my purse, but it has not been dropped. They also refused to help in anyway, basically said they could, or better stated - would do nothing. There goes $420 bucks.
