Taylor came recommended to us by our real estate agent, and I can see why. We were wanting to get a sewer line inspection done for our home purchase and I'm so glad we went with Spokane Rooter. Scheduling was super easy to do online, and he came out the very next day to perform the inspection. His timeliness and attention to detail is unmatched. I had a clogged sewer line that was backing up. I received a quote from Bulldog rooter for either $700 to install a new wye pipe, or $450 "to go through the toilet, which we do not like to do". Then, Taylor stopped by and did the job for $200 in under an hour. Not to mention he ran the rooter to the city line TWICE, collecting video footage BOTH TIMES to assure that the line had been adequately cleared. Taylor's work and business plan is efficient, authentic, and thorough. read more

Horrible customer service! Dishonest employees and absolutely horrible experience. Didn't even show up to the appointment for a service I set up. Hung up on me. I posted a review on Google, with photos as they basically called me a liar, and they deleted it just like they do with their other unhappy customers. Which I found out more when calling around for other companies to assist. Please do not fall victim to this company who will leave people stranded when they need help. And call customers a liar and try to hide their mistakes. read more

This company has been around for a long time, they recently got rid of their roof and clean out cap fees. That way there is no surprise charges on your bill. I love this when I bring my clients to do their inspection and its always the $99 plus tax and that's it. 107.61 after tax. Unless of course they have to pull a toilet and re-seal it, its only $30, that's $100 cheaper than everyone else. read more

Spokane Rooter is like the uber of drain cleaning services. They have a text that gets sent to you when they are on their way and you can track them live without a app just like uber, so cool. They have a shield and tray that blocks the drain clean machines from spraying drops of water on everything. These guys do it right and they are caught up to 2018. This company is the bees knees! read more

In other words, everything I was told to justify a $5,000 job was false. I'll let readers draw their own conclusions about what happened here. What I do know is: get a second opinion before you sign anything with this company, especially if you're being told something needs to be replaced "ASAP." Feels like elder abuse and / or gender discrimination to me.

They arrived on time and finished quickly, checked to make sure the dishwasher worked with no leaks and on their way. I would use again.

The water heater had a leaky valve, so they had to fix that first. Then the first toilet needed new gasket and seal in the tank. Then the 2nd one turned into a major project. It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. I was so grateful that they were able to get everything done for us in 1 day. Highly recommend!

Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers…read more I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.

Literally pulled out range, capped it, pushed it back. It took less than 10 minutes. It was initially higher but I got a "previous" customer discount of $50. I had to get it capped for an appliance change & before it was delivered. Now that other places are responding (after the work is complete and paid for - I paid $150 - $200 more than I should have). They have it listed as base cost for repair. It wasn't a repair. Ouch! If I weren't in a hurry to provide better indoor quality air to my mom by switching out the range- I would have waited to have more quotes. I definitely would have picked someone else so money was more directed to taking care of my terminally ill mom. Lesson learned.

I booked a camera inspection online and I thought well lets see how this goes, since Spokane is not really known for its service. This company is A+. They emailed and texted me a confirmation text of appointment time and address so I knew all the info was right. Then they texted me when they were on their way like uber and had a link that let me see them on a map live driving to me and route they were taking. I thought this was so cool! I have never seen this with any other company except safelite. They waved their roof fee for me and got on he roof and vent through a vent for the inspection. The house didn't have a clean out, it was converted to a bathroom. They found roots and I saw them for myself on the live camera they had down he pipe. They offered a line clean at a discount and cleared the roots right there and then cameras it again and showed us live that all roots were in fact gone. They did a fantastic job and I felt taken care of, I rec commend them to all realtors or anyone! read more

This company has it figured out! I will tell you my great experience! I went online and booked an appointment for a drain clean. I booked online and then got a notification on my phone confirming the appointment. That was cool. Then the next morning I got a text when they were on their way to me with a link to track their arrival time just like Uber. That was so so cool! They arrived exactly on time and fixed the sink clog in 10 minutes. I was so impressed! This company is so legit and modern with their technology and ease of use. I needed a routine yearly mainline rooting (maintenance not emergency) on my 110 yo house, and Spokane Rooter (SR) was one of the few companies that would bid a price without sending someone to the house first. Even a company I'd used only a year before for the exact same work wouldn't name a price! Dark Patterns in sales. SR's price was quite reasonable and Taylor showed up on time and was very personable and thorough. A line video was included in the price. SR will be the first company that I call in the future for this kind of work. read more

When I lived in Spokane this last spring I had Spokane Rooter check my sewer for me, they are awesome! So easy to book online but also, they make this seriously complicated form of work easy to understand. They also charge fair prices for once in that town, Spokane's prices seem to be so high for plumber and rooter work, compared to the city.
