Top shelf liquor. Beach was clean, and beautiful, calm very warm. Plenty of shady areas for fair people that we are! Customer service was great, particularly JP, one of the concierges in the hotel, and Ricardo, who waited on us at Spumante Italian Restaurant. I highly recommend Spumante, but the other restaurants were also nice, no waiting, no reservations, and no wristbands which is great !. Great security at hotel as well, ensuring safety for those staying there. Easy to catch a taxi to local mall with great shopping. Pools were beautiful, including a rooftop pool with swim up bar. We had just 3 very slight/small issues: The minibar/fridge in the room was not stocked daily with water/beer as it has been in other resorts. We had to call housekeeping a few times to get them to stock. Also, there was supposed to be a second swim up bar available but was under maintenance that week but it was not posted and we had to keep asking about it. Also, there are restricted cabanas at the beach and pool that should be identified as such, rather than people just going and trying to lay there, only to be informed there an upcharge. We are not spa people but if you are they have great facilities and Breathless "dollars/coupons' you can use toward these services. Check in was slow but they give you drinks and check out was seamless. Overall, a great place to vacation, we highly recommend. !

Then they tell you need to make a reservation for the restaurant to seat your guest count. Yet they won't take any reservations when you show up unannounced. It's very infuriating. We're here for a 40th birthday party, with a head count of 14. We walk into an empty Restaurant, however they're not even able to see our tables near one another due to "reservations". You also are told to download the app and whenever you input your information, it won't let you login regardless of the information being correct.

They also offer table-side Cafe Azteca which is a delicious end of your meal and a great "show" to watch as the waiters are very skilled in making it. It has a view to the pool and the ocean, which makes the ambiance delightful. The location is good for large groups and celebrations as well.
