It was a partial aluminum panel against a window running along the front edge of my trailer. Not a too complicated repair, but you still want the repair to hold up and NOT look like a repair. Customer service was simply amazing. Rachelle was on top of every thing. From my initial call to responding to my calls and emails, and delivery, she was on top of it. Being the face of the company, you always want someone who knows how to take care of you and answer all your questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She dealt with my insurance company and I rarely had to relay any information back and fore. As for the repair, the repair looks great. Paint was matched very well, but to be fair, my trailer is only 5+ years old at the time and well-cared for. The biggie was them matching the decals on my trailer for the panel that was repaired/replaced, which was great. The only evidence something was done was with new sealant. That being said, I did find some minor things like a loose marker light that was not properly sealed and secured, and similar things to tighten up. Because I maintain my trailer frequently from washing to tightening things up, like most trailer users should do, it was not hard to spot. Overall, I am very happy with the work provided and incredibly impressed by the service provided by Rachelle. I would highly recommend them from my experience. That being said, I have only taken the trailer out a few times on short trips under mild conditions since the repair. I will provide any appropriate updates if I have any issues.

As a returning customer who's spent thousands with them, I found that excessive--I would have been fine paying around $100. I ended up taking it to a local mechanic, who completed the work in about three minutes and didn't charge me a thing. In appreciation of the excellent customer service, I bought lunch for the whole staff. I had planned to have Independent RV reseal the roof, but after this experience I'll either take it somewhere else or handle it myself.

Yes, the service manager said that. This service manager made a mistake and instead of owning up and fixing the issue, he threaten to take off all the parts. We are never coming here again. Service Manager Marcel gives crap service!! Rudest manager I have ever come across in my life. You make a mistake, own up to it like a man!! Not a wuss who makes threats to remove parts.

Thought it was the motors, they came prepared with new ones but found it was only a disconnected wire harness. Diagnosed it and got us fixed. I cannot recommend them enough. When I asked the campground if they had recommendations, they didn't and I left them a flyer and told them to use them for anyone needing support. It was a Sunday 10am and they were there by 12, just as they promised and we were on the road by 2:30! They were a blessing when we were in a bad spot. Best service! [This review was from back in 2018] Bought a brand new Ranger bass boat here. They are really good…read moreat getting you credit and getting you all signed up to pay for the boat. I ended up foolishly paying $1,200 more for a fish finder that turned out to be a bait and switch. The Lowrance fish finder, as you can buy it as a consumer, has both sidescan and downscan features. The wrong transducer was installed in the boat. It was an total pain to get this point across to Richard. I sent many emails and photo proof that it was the wrong transducer. Apparently it takes several weeks for C&C to send emails to Ranger and I was told to, "Please be patience [sic]." After bugging Richard multiple times (actually about literally 30 emails), he finally got Ranger to agree to install a new transducer. I naively assumed they would install the sidescan AND downscan unit, which is the common version available to the consumer. But then didn't. I drove for five hours to have them install a transducer than only had downscan. And I didn't figure this out until I was on the water. I would have gladly paid the difference in getting the right unit, but Richard/Ranger again baited and switched. On top of it, he tries to make the customer feel bad for asking him questions and bothering him, after just having spent many thousands of dollars. I went out of my way to deal with a mom-and-pop shop. Thinking that was a naive choice.
