Not only does she always make you feel comfortable leaving all items and trusting that they'll get done properly, especially very expensive ones, but she also will go out of her way to make sure she goes the extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied. I chose this place based off of the reviews and how close it was to my house. I dropped off my wedding dress that had makeup on a good portion of the right side. Trust me, it had been there for several weeks. I was definitely worried that this would not come off, and, since my plan was to resell the dress versus having it preserved, I needed that stain out. Not only was the owner able to get the makeup stain out, but she also didn't charge extra for my train that needed to be cleaned. Mind you, I dropped off the dress and train separately. The train was made up of mainly tulle, she said that she hand scrubbed the train instead using the typical cleaning method due to the fabric becoming bunched up, and would no longer holds its normal form. She could have charge me, but instead she didn't, which goes above and beyond. That was a kind gesture that isn't seen often. I will definitely bring all my dry cleaning clothes here. I am actually kinda pissed but I am giving them two stars instead of one because the work that they actually did right was pretty good quality. About 2 weeks ago I dropped off 2 suits, and 2 pairs of pants that I needed altered. Let me start with the fact that all the pants got tailored correctly and I am happy with the work, the suit jackets on the other hand slash the bad communication or lack of caring left a sour taste in my mouth. The girl working Krista i believe is her name, had me try on the suit jackets so she could measure the sleeves, she suggested I leave the sleeves a bit longer and gave me an explanation as to why, i took her advice because it seemed reasonable and she works at a dry cleaners. i ask her price and estimated time of completion and she tells me she doesn't know exactly because the guy who does the alterations is off site and i totally get that no problem, I ask her to call me when she gets the prices just so I can know and she says ok. Well about a week passes and I hear nothing, so i call her and she says she doesn't know the prices but she'll find out, i get a call 10 minutes later with a price and says the items will be done by end of the week. I was another few days and no call, so i call to ask when my stuff will by ready and her response is, its probably ready but i just haven't gone to pick them up yet, kind of pisses me off because she its taking longer than i was told and it seems like she doesn't care that i need my suits for work. Finally i get a call the next day to get my stuff, I go on my lunch break from work grab my stuff and pay and leave, i get home and to my horror the sleeves on the suits are way too long, i don't even know if they did anything to the sleeves thats how bad it was. I call and tell her that because of her suggestion the sleeves are too long, after shelling out 100 bucks for each suit, I ask her if there is anything that can be done, she tells me they will have to charge me again and i ask her to see if there is anything that can be done, she says she will call me back and you guesses it she never did. So i email the owner from the contact INFO he put on their website, and he never responded. I was so fed up i took my stuff to another place, shelled out another 72 dollars to get the sleeves fixed again. read more

This is the best dry cleaners in town for a few reasons - excellent customer service; cool email tracking that lets you know the cost when you drop off your clothes (you can just run in with purple customer bag for quick drop off) and when your clothes are ready for pick up; AND, best of all they don't use harsh chemicals that are bad for the environment (and you).
