We wanted to find a coffeehouse in the area before attending the Film Festival- and we were happy to stumble upon this great place. My husband and I both ordered the Single Origin hot coffee that they freshly brewed and the Mike breakfast sandwich. Both coffee and sandwiches were delicious and fresh and reasonably priced. You notice all ages enjoying the little place, a nice relaxed attitude and all around great ambiance. We thought it was cool that you could get breakfast, lunch and pizza along with coffee. Seriously one of the best brunch foods I've had in a while. Very laid back atmosphere with a diverse menu and crowd of people who from I noticed ranged in age from young and hipster to the older generations. Upon first glance at the menu there is a large variety of choices to choose from for food (everything from wraps to pizza). Initially I wasn't sure of what to choose, but then finally my eye landed on "the mike". This was a delicious sandwich. Which had the unusual pairing of cream cheese, melted cheese (I believe provolone) and a fried egg. One great plus is they give you a choice of what bread you'd prefer to have. Some of the choices were bagel, croissant, or focaccia. My wife and I opted for the wonderful focaccia bread. It was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor! Oh and of course can't forget the coffee. They offer a pretty diverse selection for the coffee, from house blend, to a "Japanese style" iced coffee. We opted for the small batch roasted single origin blend, which tasted amazing! A plus for the experience was that's the barista had let us know they had just ran out of the single origin at the moment, and offered to either replace our initial choice with the house blend or about a 2 minute wait for a fresh brew to be made up. Did not disappoint with the wait. The interior was very clean and organized, the seating was a mixed blend of tables and chairs, as well as a couple couches and small soft seats for individual seating for those looking to work on projects with a laptop. They also have seating available for warmer months for dining on the sidewalk. If in the Queensbury/Glens Falls region highly recommend stopping by and grabbing either a coffee, or have a bite to eat if not both! I absolutely love this cafe!!!!! Million reasons - my husband and I love it so much we got married here January 1st, 2016. My favorite is the Lavender Lemonade- don't knock it til you try it. Seriously so good. Also in the summer they open all the bay windows which gives it a indoor-outdoor feel. They have all sorts of events and open mics and bands. Their menu is fantastic. The employees are soo nice and love making conversation. Also LOTS of comfy spots to sit, as well as the normal chairs and tables. read more

Good expensive food, great latte but criminally understaffed. My advice is if you walk in and there is any line what so ever, keep moving.

I love Spot Coffee so much that I've made it part of my weekend routine. Espresso drinks are very good. The portions are generous. The weekend $5 waffle is a steal! The only complaint I have is that I wish they served hot drinks including coffee in reusable/ceramic mugs - which they seem to have a lot of. Instead, they serve them in nonrecyclable paper cups with plastic lids. This creates a lot of unnecessary waste since most people enjoy their drinks in the cafe and don't need a to-go cup. read more

Spot is a cute coffee shop. We were just walking around and decided to get something. It is so cute and service is nice. They have many gluten free options. I got a chocolate donut and an iced tea. The decorations are very cute. They said they couldn't sweeten it, so I got sugar packets. The iced tea came out very light in color and did not taste like regular iced tea, but it was still very good. read more

Oh man, what a great stop. Excellent chai lattes, blueberry muffins, egg bagels, and a delicious twist on iced coffee. Not to mention the service was friendly and my order came quickly. My one qualm was that the prices were rather steep, but after trying everything, I was fully willing to look past it and give this place 5 stars. read more

Stopped in here for coffee and lunch during a day trip to Glens Falls. We ordered and waited at the counter. The coffees took a bit long to make - several parties who came in after us received their drinks first. When I inquired at the counter, they said they were just backed up. We finally got our drinks and food and took them to a table. My iced latte definitely had cows milk when I had requested (and paid for) almond milk - and I had the stomach ache to show for it. Yogurt parfait and breakfast wrap were fine. Chocolate croissant tasted stale and I didn't end up finishing. read more

Stopped by for lunch based on the stone baked pizza option. Ordered and sat down. My wife ordered omelette. I was asked to return to the register. No pizza today - but now I'm stuck here because we have drinks and a table and they are making the omelette. Staff could not figure out the refund/exchange. My second and last time going to this place! Overpriced terrible food with slow service. I ordered the Greek salad today and paid $8.75 for a pile of spinach leaves. I can go to Panera (best Greek salad) and get a larger Greek salad for $5.50 and it is full of olives and hot peppers and feta cheese! The place was not even half full at lunch time today and now I know why! Was packed when they first opened but I am sure others feel the same way I do!!! Great spot to meet a friend in downtown Glens Falls but the service is s l o w and not particularly friendly. I'm not a fan of their coffee either as its horribly bitter despite what I've done to tone it down. I thought that was just me but friends have said they dislike the coffee too for the same reason. There are better coffee spots downtown with superb coffee. read more

Cashier by pastry display unaware of what an apple turnover is. Utterly mystified. Unaware of availability of a bottled beverage clearly visible in the front row of the cooler. Perhaps train the staff before putting them to work? Just an idea. Seems to work for other places. Apple turnover underfilled and dry as a desert. Almost no cream cheese on my bagel. Two stars, one of them for the air conditioning working on a 90 degree day. Maybe the coffee is good, but I never touch the stuff. The food at Rock Hill Cafe is easily five times the quality, same for the service. read more

Honestly, it's a nice place that's kinda expensive but better than Starbucks in my opinion.

This is a really cute, laid back cafe right on the Glens Falls strip. I love meeting friends here to have a coffee, and it's also a great place to get some work done on my laptop. It can be a little pricey depending on what you get, but I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've ordered. I love when they open the front windows, it gives a whole different vibe to the experience. If you're in the area, definitely stop here for a bite or eat or just a quick coffee. read more

I went with my father, we had a really good coffee and pastries here but what makes me give this a rating of one star was the way one of the employees (a long blonde female looked new) was incredibly disrespectful and ignorant towards my father and the simple thing he had asked for. She asked him if we were sitting outside he answered yes, he also added if she could put our food in bags so we wouldn't have to bring the plates back in, she came back a minute Later with the pastries on plates and my father could only get a few words out which was "could you just pack these in a-" and walked away from us. She didn't seem like she cared much about bein there or being a good employee with the way she acted or responded towards taking our orders in the first place. read more

I used to frequent spot but will not be returning. There coffee isn't good anyways but their food and the manager there made it worth going. I went in this afternoon only to discover she had been fired with no reason. She was literally the only one ever doing anything when I would go in there. Best sausage egg and cheese on a bagel I have had in a longgg time! Normally the bagel is too hard and you end up squeezing out the goods when you bite into it. I got a nice soft bagel, and a great taste! Deff going here when I'm in GF. The smoothies are great too. Real banana in my strawberry banana! I was visiting in Glens Falls for 2 days and came to SPoT both mornings for breakfast! That good :) it's a cute and casual little spot, order at the counter and pick up your food when you're called. The atmosphere is definitely nice, perfect for breakfast or lunch. The only negative is that the food is a bit slow, we waited a half hour both mornings. But it was totally worth it! The omelettes are stuffed and cheesey - I like that you can get it with toast, or bagel, or muffin, etc, lots of choices! I'll certainly be coming back to SPoT on my next Glens Falls visit! read more

I love Spot Coffee. I go a few times a month. The food is absolutely delicious, but somewhat overpriced for the amount you get. Preferably I like to go to the one in Saratoga Springs because I enjoy that location. But I live closer to the one in Glens Falls. Today I went in to the one big GF and got a small bakery item and a iced latte. Well to my surprise I took a sip out of my drink and all of a sudden there was a small hair in my mouth! I am not one to go up and complain to get free things so I just threw it away. But overall it grossed me out. Wonderful fast and friendly service. Delicious coffee and a varied menu. I love that you can order breakfast all day. I had a delicious made to order omelet. Service was quick even though they were busy. The interior is bright and hip with floor to ceiling windows along the front which open for fresh air and an outdoor feel in the nice weather. Exposed brick walls with local artwork adds to the charm and hip feeling. We enjoyed live music during our relaxed Sunday brunch. This place is a true gem! read more

Great place to meet friends. Lots seating with lounge areas with couches. Also more quiet, secluded room. Little pricy, but the coffees are tasty and staff is friendly. I have visited several times and the last time it seems there was an issue with the kitchen - several people were arguing and waiting for food, a pizza was burnt and had to be remade, and my grilled cheese was cold on the inside and cheese was not melted. I would recommend for coffee and quick bakery bites from the case. Live music nights which adds a fun element and lots of local artwork displayed. read more
