The texture was really nice and light with strong flavor. Loved the donuts! I liked the Churro best as they make the chocolate with a hint of cayenne, so you get a kick of flavor there. He said they had a shed next to the small industrial bakery with self service and an honor system for paying cash only. So I stopped in this afternoon and found this little gem of a place that I'm surely coming back to. They have 6 different biscotti flavors to choose from and bins with bags of around 5 biscottis each. It's currently $5 per bag, cash only, that you leave in a slot between the bins. The biscotti's are delicious....at least the 4 of the 6 I bought and tried, but no reason to think the other two aren't as well.
