Their entryway is split between non-members to the left and members to the right. They have colored banners. If you're red green colorblind....well....the font's fairly large. There was an associate standing by driveway. It was a courteous and efficient interaction. This is the amount. Which payment method? Would you like an air freshener and towelette for your dash? Will you be using the vacuum? Would you like a towel? Please return dirty towel in the bin indicated. Brief interlude for associate A to confirm with inside associate B it's safe for you to enter. Drive forward. Follow hand gestures from associate B to align your left wheel with the mechanism. Follow the self-explanatory signage with flashing lights. Wait for clean, spin, and dry cycle to end. Wait for flashing green light to put car into drive and proceed to the left to vacuum station or right into traffic. Note: The flashing light was neither intense nor high speed so I think if you're epileptic or suffer from migraines you might survive? Not a medical professional so do what you want. My vehicle hadn't been cleaned properly since 2024 so I thought the results were great! Night and day difference ;). It was fast. It was affordable. They didn't try to upsell me or push their membership. It was an extremely chill experience. I'm even thinking about coming back once a month. Or when I think about a car wash in fall. At the time of this review (8/12/26) the vacuum and compressed air service wasn't timed. So I took my time being as thorough as possible. I'm not sure how long they've been opened but their vacuum attachment was a little worn down. The suction was good. I think you might want to use a brush to loosen some of the debris. Really recommend them!

THE REAL: i feel the carwash portion is actually the weakest part. what i found to be compelling was location accessibility and value(in subscription, individual washes are a no-no!) this carwash is right off the ten frwy in the cement jungle of downtown west covina. WHY SUNDAY?: i was always wishing there was a convenient carwash close to home, and sun day carwash happened to fill that need. i also snagged a great promo off of an instagram ad for half off their highest subscription tier for a yr, $25 a month for unlimited "premium" washes. WHAT LACKS: vacuums, babe there's not many stalls. i believe, the car wash portion is the weakest portion. i had this splash of hot dirt that got stuck to my driver side door after my vacation in vegas. it took a few washes to see any change :P i will say though my car wasn't dusty, my windows and mirrors were very clean and clear, and their free air fresheners kept my car smelling tidy. while my car wasn't 100% free of stains, it was sparkling and very comfortable after a wash. however, i would hate to be paying per individual wash, this would be a horrible value! subscription is the only way to go here. having the highest tier currently, i don't think you will notice a difference at a lower tier. i don't believe that my car has been washed significantly better, especially given that the mud stain was barely touched after a wash. anyways my car still gets dirty every week, making sunday carwash, now, a weekly tradition for me. the frequency of washes are important, i don't think they offer significant quality differences between washes. the value comes from washing weekly, so 100% skip on the premium upsell and individually paid washes. things i love: the service is good, the team members ive spoken to at check-in have been kind, and every sunday, the car wash has been giving catered food items with each car wash. so far, ive seen different handcrafted drinks, sweet treats and snack-sized food items, all catered by local vendors from near and far(think palmdale). i have very very much enjoyed the sunday events, getting to chat with small businesses about their cuisine makes me excited to try it. ive tried cantonese fried chicken that wow'd me with flavor, and amazing agua frescas packed with flavor. as a yelp foodie, the eclectic selection has been the strongest and most unique part about this car wash. like, who says, "my car wash is having empanadas with car washes today"... ummm hello? that's so crazy unique i love it. i wish the car wash portion was better, especially given that this is a carwash after all, but the everything around it is nice. as well, vacuums have been a skip for me every time because, usually, every stall is taken. the car wash is a three-star babe, but the experience is leaning towards 4.5, which avgs to four stars for you sunday!

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

I have encountered some of the best gentlemen ever (specifically Sergio, Caesar, and Noah) They are attentive, patient, and kind. Those qualities are difficult to find in customer service these days. These guys dont know me from Adam, yet they all have gone out of their way in one form or another for me. I appreciate that & the brief conversations more than they know. With that... I will say the one interaction I encountered with an older gentleman was quite trying. I was driving a rental & he refused to let me go through. Even after I explained I was returning the rental that evening & did not want to return it dirty.... He was very adamant about it.. Finally, after 5 minutes of back & forth the gentleman from the other lane told him "let her go through Bro" & he did. I have not seen that particular man again, Thank goodness!! The older guy could definitely use some tips from the young men that were so helpful thats for sure!!! Overall~ I love my Bliss membership! Cant beat it for the price!

Here is wt happened: I came in for a quick wash, my car is pretty new and not dirty at all (couple days after pick up, no license plate yet). When I paid, I told the guy my car is new, wasn't dirty and I just needed a simple wash. He said "ok," and that was it. After the wash, I noticed the front bumper was basically untouched. I asked another guy who works there about it, thinking maybe he could just wipe it down quickly. I even found $5 cash and was ready to tip him, but he told me to go back to the entrance, so I did. The guy at the front saw me and immediately said "we don't do rewashes" and told me I have to pay again for a higher tier wash. I explained that another employee sent me over, but he cut me off and said, "He doesn't know anything, he is not the boss, I'm the boss." I told him I'm willing to pay the difference, not even asking for a full rewash, just fix the missed spot. He refused and told me I had to pay again and "this time don't buy the basic wash." The whole interaction felt like he was trying to teach u a lesson instead of helping. So yeah, the basic wash is basically useless... plenty of other car wash spots nearby, just don't come here.

I chose the Silver, or base, option this time, which shows $28.99, plus a $10 up charge for larger vehicles. Initially, the employee and myself shared a concern of whether or not my truck and all of its accessories would fit, but it fit with ease. Inside the business you'll find a comfortable seating area with air conditioning, though I opted to sit outside on their shaded patio. The amount of seating this place had, inside and out, really stood out, and made for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The cashier was friendly, as well. As I watched my vehicle being cleaned after its wash, I couldn't help but notice how meticulous the employee worked in drying my vehicle. He followed each wipe of his microfiber towel with the air compressor, both inside and out, leaving no chance for water spots or dust. After tipping the gentleman, I was on my way. The whole thing took about 45 minutes with how many vehicles were already present. I will definitely be coming back if this is the same experience to expect each and every time.
