The only gripe I have is with myself. Let me explain, in over a year, I made an attempt to clean out the dryer duct vent or at least I thought I did, the second attempt was a highly recommended business from a neighborhood social media platform who I think arrived to collect a personal check and left without performing anything. Countless of scheduled appointments who never arrived or called and finally striking a musical chord with Spot on Cleaning Solutions. My initial call was answered by Tanner, a working owner and explained how I had deep concerns regarding the heavy amounts of lint my laundry dryer filter and housing was collecting. It was so much; it was starting to build up and show traces around the backside of dryer and surrounding areas. I got very lucky and was able to schedule on the same week and to boot, on a Friday at 6pm. Tanner kept me in the loop all day and updated accordingly as the hour approached. This alone was very reassuring and at one point I mentioned about rescheduling because I was the last call of the day, and he was wrapping up a service call in Orange County. Upon arrival, Tanner and his business associate David surveyed the area, looked over the wall type condition and duct work path to the exterior outlet. Asked me a few questions regarding the existing maintenance of laundry dryer duct and age of home. I did my part by disconnecting both washer and dryer and giving them a direct travel path to setup their process. They quickly setup a blower inside inlet of home and a vacuum at the exterior outlet for proper containment of the excessive lint that was clogged and trapped deep inside the duct work. With the proper extensions and wire wheel, they were able to breakaway large clumps of lint from both ends of the duct the work in place. The setup alone was flawless, very clean in containing lint. The entire process took roughly 45 minutes, they placed all laundry equipment in place, reconnected all power and air hose, torqued all clamps and added extra duct tape around the inlet assembly. Overall, both Tanner and David have a good business partnership and offer reputable service and eager to service your cleaning needs both residential and on a commercial level. Coincidentally, I was wearing a local high school baseball cap which they complimented and identified as former students. In short, we finally received great service with positive results, and helped a local small business to my surprise. By the way, the year-old Wirlpool Dryer is working by design and maintains proper heat as it should with a clean duct system internally. read more

I would like to start off by saying that I was looking forward to their services after reading the great reviews and seeing the ads for their carpet cleaning. Since I didn't use the messenger app, I gave them a call to set an appointment. Initially, no one answered, but a gentleman called me back shortly after. We set the appointment for this past Saturday, the 8th. This appointment was made two weeks in advance by the way. Saturday morning rolls around. I have moved everything around to prepare for the cleaning, and no one shows up. I called 30 minutes after the initial appointment time and left a message. No call back. It is Monday morning, and still, no one has called. I would have appreciated at least a call. Misschedules, over booking, it happens. I can understand that. It's not calling that killed it for me. I ordered a carpet cleaning machine from Amazon. Might as well do it myself. read more

One star only because I had to. Do not use this company. Not only do they fail to communicate and return calls but they completely ruined my stone tile floors. Their cleaning machine scratched my floors throughout my entire house. They decided to hire a company to repair my floors but there is definitely permanent damage that cannot be reversed and Spot On Cleaning Solutions will NOT answer my calls or messages to discuss this situation. UPDATE: The owner Tanner is now denying his machines and equipment caused the scratches even though the person he sent from his company to clean our floors took responsibility for the damage on the day it occurred. Tanner would not have hired a stone restoration company and paid over $1000 to have my floors repaired if he didn't cause the damage to begin with and because the repair was not completely successful Tanner has sent me harassing and insulting messages refusing to take accountability accusing me of taking advantage of him even though he knew these giant scratches never existed before they put their machines on my floors. Plastic can scratch especially if there is a cracked or broken part being dragged across my floors in this very obvious and specific pattern. The stone restoration company said that even a small particle of grout or a rock stuck under their machine could have scratched my floors. I have never encountered such disrespectful and horrific behavior from a business owner in my life. Tanner is dishonest, so disrespectful and unbelievably unprofessional. read more

I called this business in need of immediate cleaning for my couch. They were one of the only businesses that picked up the call, and then let me know they had same day availability. When their first job finished early they called and offered to come early. 2 guys came out with their professional cleaning trailer and they assessed the couch, and another small chair and let me know the estimate and time to clean and dry. The guys were extremely professional, wearing uniform collared shirts. They were thorough in cleaning my couch, that had dog hair from the previous owner. Our dryer coil sprung a leak, so I hopped on Yelp to get a few estimates. Although I contacted them after hours, Tanner responded to me immediately and provided me with an estimate to repair the coil and clean out the dryer ducts. It was a little higher than the other companies that I contacted, however, he was very honest and gave me a few tips about what to ask the less expensive companies as to not require additional, more expensive, repairs in the future. Who knew that some brush kits break when used and a new clog can form if they push lint into the exhaust manifold? I sure didn't. The other plus was they were able to come out the very next day (a Friday). All the other companies were booking for Saturday or Monday. Cole and Tanner arrived on time, dressed quite professionally, put on booties to protect our house, and got right to work. As they were vacuuming out the duct, they noticed that our duct was actually not connected to the exit pipe on the roof. Instead, the hot air and lint was blowing into the attic and causing a fire hazard. Unfortunately, they are not able to repair it, but they did provide us with a referral to another company that can do the work and only charged a very nominal fee for the coil repair. These guys are amazing!!! I requested a quote for their service on Yelp and they responded quite fast. After reviewing the quote, I decided to hire them to clean out our dryer vent since my dryer was taking multiple cycles to dry our clothes. I reached out to them on a Friday morning and they responded stating that they could come out that same day (within the hour). The guys came out, set up their equipment and took care not to damage anything as they set everything up. After about 10 mins of them working, I asked how everything was looking. They tell me that they're having some trouble with a huge clump of lint that's trapped in the vent. He informed me that they would try their hardest to get it removed but that the problem may be that the semirigid vent might have become disconnected, which would pose another set of challenges. They worked for another 20 mins or so and they finally let us know that the lint ball had been removed. They estimated that the lint had built up over the last ten years or so and the previous owners of the home never bothered to get it cleaned out. After they packed their equipment, they returned with the invoice. I conveniently paid with my credit card and the receipt was sent to my email. If you're looking to hire someone for this service, these guys are definitely qualified and I have no doubt that they'll take good care of you! read more

They have very nice technicians and do a great job at the best price. I had my 8x10 area rug cleaned and they were the cheapest by far. My only complaint is that i had to reschedule 2 times. So it took 2 weeks to get the service done. The first time they didn't show and didn't call so I called them. They were running behind and had to reschedule. I understand but a phone call would have been nice. The second time their cleaning unit broke. They did call me that time and rescheduled.
