Long review. Would've given a 5 star review up until Monday after my first experience with new…read moremanagement. RNR feel free to address my review on here or my BBB complaint with something other than an excuse and take accountability. If you want new tires, do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to Discount Tire. Better service, cheaper prices, more inventory, more locations, won't sell you the wrong tire specs for your car, or renege on the tire insurance "previous management incorrectly sold you and is now invalid" even though it was valid two tire replacements ago and should be valid for 45 more days. I've bought two sets of tires and zero chance I will buy more. In fact just today, Discount Tire replaced all 4 of my tires at half the cost and sold me the correct tire speed rating for my vehicle + road hazard insurance for the useful life of the tires. Pretty crazy I even had to replace 4 tires just 10.5 months after purchasing new ones from RNR, but they have no problem selling the wrong type of overpriced tires for your vehicle. It's only a problem when you need your third replacement in ten months. Run to Discount Tire. RNR may be close to your house but they are far from good.

Nice people but don't really have a clue what they are talking about. Got tires there a few months…read moreago and laid out around $1,600. Crystal helped me when I was there. I asked for her card and she said she didn't have one. I asked how I could contact her if I needed help and she said she liked to help her customers personally so she would text me since she had my number and I could contact her directly if I needed anything. I never got that text. A few days after getting the tires I saw my tire pressure was lower than it should be. I went to RNR to have them top the tires off and was told because the tires are filled with nitrogen I was wrong about the psi being low. The thing is that my tires are supposed to be at 42 psi when cold and after driving for over an hour they were only at 41 psi hot because they were sitting around 39 psi cold. The guy argued back and forth with me and wouldn't put any more nitrogen in the tires. Fast forward to today, I go back in because the tires are actually running tiny bit lower psi and I wanted to have them fill them up. When I got there I was told the nitrogen machine is broken and they couldn't help me. I asked if they could just top the tires off with regular air and I was told, incorrectly, they would need to get all the nitrogen out of my tires and then fill them with regular air. This is completely incorrect. So I ended up leaving without my tires at the right air pressure again. I now need to go somewhere else to have this done. It's obnoxious and although they were nice it doesn't fix them being wrong and me not being helped. I should have gone to Discount Tire or somewhere I know is more reliable.
