We went to this establishment last night. A lady walked up as we were getting ready to pull up to the window and she angrily told the cashier she didn't get some of her order right. I actually felt bad for the cashier initially realizing mistakes happen. When I got to the window they had also messed up our order. When I kindly brought it to her attention she rudely told me she read my order back to me and I agreed to it and she shut the window. I then honked my horn to get her attention, when she opened the window I advised her I actually felt bad for her after she dealt with the last customer and she then stated to me if I didn't like it don't come back and shut the window. When the young lady handed them through the window I was shocked to see that they looked and tasted like vanilla shakes. The last time I went through, there was a late 20 something guy out back, next to the drive through order board, that was spraying the girls in the smoking area with a hose. They were yelling and swearing and the water was splashing off and spraying customers. After that the same guy proceeds to spray down his own head and run his hands through his hair and neck. Normally I love going to Dairy Queen so tonight Friday the 7th I head down at 10pm. I arrive at the ordering screen at 10:15pm to get a snack size blizzard and they tell me "oh we close in 15 mins and already shut the machine down". I mentioned that prior to leaving my house in the orchards, the time on google said 11pm which is usually accurate. Why would they shut down the machine 45 minutes early? I am disappointed as I grant myself a treat every once in awhile. It's not the end of the world but why have a closing time of 11 if you start to shut down before? If so make the closing time sooner but then the same thing would happen, they would shut the machine down at 915 for closing time at 10. read more

The only problem is they need to vet who they hire better.
