Only certain people can do them, and if they are on a day off they can't be done. Makes sense. She was able to assist my family member in taking the FSC test again, as their card had expired. After passing the test, Cristal processed the transaction in a timely fashion and we were outta there. My family member now has to wait the 10 days before they can go pick up the item. Hey Nice little shop I regularly sell to this company, and i was referred to this location by Greg over in Ontario and I gata say this particular location lived up to what ive come to expect from the company. The store was clean , the Staff was friendly , and the price i got for my storage finds was more than fair.....especially since only about less than half my stuff turned out to be real. Did i mention they do free testing, yeah well they do free testing honestly i think is the best par of that they do if you curios if what you Boyfriend got ya is real or weather that "gold chain" your brother gave you because he owed you come cash is real they will test it free with no fear of them forcing you to sell....trust me lord knows ive wasted the time of employees at other locations buy having them go through a bag full of crap to then not sell a dam thing . But yea great experience and friendly staff i think i was helped by Natahn but dont quote me on that either way great service, also as a side not the outside of this store looks Generic as hell...like if hadn't been to other location i wouldn't have known about how good they are, 5 stars well done guys. read more

Heard about AAA Gold Exchnge in Chino on K-Frog radio and decided to check them out. Santy was very friendly, professional & helpful. She explained the process of how they test the jewelry and the pricing that they use. Thinking I was only going to get a couple hundred $$'s for the small amount I took in and was shocked when I received $600! I went in again a week or so later and Bertha helped me out and again received much more than I thought I anticipated. Those gals are very knowledgable and extremely friendly and outgoing. Crown Gold Exchange has really improved since the last time I came. They now offer payments through Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. Shaina explained everything to me through their new easy pamphlets. I took a picture for reference. It has everything they purchase listed, a QR code for directions to the nearest store, bonuses, and more. It was really helpful to read through. I'm happy I'm able to get my money instantly. Great, and educating, experience. Greg spent about an hour with us evaluating, testing, and weighing our gold. He took the time to explain the differences between 10, 14, & 18 kt and how each of their values are calculated. Very professional but low-key and helpful. I feel we were treated fair and given a great price for our gold pieces especially since we had been to a couple of places previously to get other offers. Gail is the best. She was super friendly and she made my experience there very comfortable. I went in today with 5 small pieces of gold. 1 hoop earring, a broken necklace, a broken bracelet, a old ring and a charm. I was expecting about $20 if that. I walked out with $160. I was very happy. I told my sister about it, she looked through her stuff found a few odd and end items that were broken. I took her there the same day she walked out with $211 plus I got $21 for taking her in.
