I was very impressed by this car spa. My car was starting to look old and worn down even my head lights were starting to get foggy I had brake dust staining my rims... they made my car look brand new. Right off the bat, I was greeted by such an amazing and friendly owner. The moment I rolled up to the establishment and got out the car, he greeted me and took care of my needs and was extremely quick. My car was pretty dirty (forgot to grab a before picture). It went through two road trips back to back and a good amount of rain and dirt while here in Houston. Needless to say, my car was well taken care of. I got the "Spotless detail" option and I was very happy with the result. It was faster than I thought it was going to be and came out beautiful. They got all the jams, my dash and screen, they even scrubbed my floor mats and made them super slick. They only did a bit of the interior from what I could see as there were some spots that I saw that were there from before. For $250, wished the interior got cleaned a bit more. My bf loves going to this place to get his cars washed. I went with him one time and witnessed how detailed these guys are at washing/detailing each car. They really go over and beyond and do several spot checks before they hand your car back to you. I'm always impressed when I get into his cars and notice all of the dog hair/dust is gone! I feel as though he just purchased his cars each time he gets them washed. The only issue is that the car wash lane is on a very small driveway so they can only work on a few cars at a time. There's usually a long line of cars during weekends. I would highly recommend coming during the weekday when it's less busy. He was quoted about 3 hours waiting period on a Saturday morning and decided to go elsewhere to get his car washed. read more

Do not come here if you have a tesla. The first time I came here, they blew my side mirror cap on. Not fully but loosened it enough so when I was driving on the freeway home after my car wash, I saw it flapping.. and then gone. I contacted them and they acted shocked and asked me to come back in. Tesla quoted me only $35 so I figured whatever. HOWEVER Tesla took like a month and half to "get the part" so I had to drive with a plastic bag and duck tape over my mirror the entire time. Embarrassing lmfao. Then I stupidly ended up here again. As they wiped down the car they kept pressing on the charging port so it kept opening. Then this guy decided to POWER WASH THE CAR WITH WATER spraying DIRECTLY into the open charging point !!!!! I was livid and when I retrieved my car, I told one of the owners (he looked like one). He reassured me that they "always" do THAT. Wut. I asked him to make sure it was properly dried An amployee came over to blast it with air and A TON OF WATER CAME OUT. I ended up spending the next day on my app opening it opening it opening it (because it automatically closes after a while) to ensure it was completely dry before charging again. read more

I have been to this car wash a few times and they do a great job every time. It is a hand car wash so expect to spend at least 30-45 minutes there (I typically try to go during the day when there are fewer people there). They have a comfortable seating area both inside and outside while you wait for your car. They are super friendly and have great customer service. Inside they have WiFi and complimentary water which makes the wait a bit easier. They will come find you when your car is finished and they only accept credit card which I love because I rarely have cash to tip. read more

I used to really like it here and have had good experiences in the past, but I paid $200 to have the inside cleaned and part of the carpet shampooed and they didn't even vacuum the floorboards of my car on the side I didn't have shampooed. $200 after tip to have the inside of your car cleaned isn't really worth the price if they're not going to even bother running a vacuum over everything. Make sure you have time to inspect your car before leaving if you come here. I didn't have time to bring it back before taking my car in to the dealership so I'm out $200 for a car that wasn't cleaned. read more

I left my keys in the car and went to the waiting room. There was coffee, water and a public restroom available. There was also outdoor seating along the street. I think I waited for an hour or so. I really appreciated how management came out and walked around my car before asking me to pay. The thoroughly inspected my car. Sweet! The price was reasonable for what I got. After reading some of the reviews online and passing by the location prior, I decided to visit Spotless Car Spa yesterday and I'm very glad that I did. I was greeted promptly by one of the owners upon arrival. He was friendly and courteous while he explained the different packages and services that are offered at the car spa. I told him about my negative experience that I had at another local hand car wash and how the quality continued to decline. He assured me this would be a different experience and went into detail about the wash process and the products that are used. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, stocked with cold water and hot coffee while you wait. There are different seating options inside with charging stations, and you're also able to sit outside. While observing the wash process, I could see that these guys take their work seriously and put pride into what they do. They make sure their wash buckets and mitts are clean and use the same amount of product during each wash to be consistent. I could see how detailed they were and how they made sure to wash areas that I haven't seen other hand washes touch. Before your vehicle goes to the next interior and finishing stage, they make sure the outside is cleaned to perfection. I was told my car was finished and the gentleman walked with me to inspect my vehicle and ensure I was satisfied. They exceeded my expectations and my car had that WOW factor. It shined and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. No water spots and they made sure to get all those small areas that are sometimes forgotten about in the drying process. The interior was also immaculately clean. No greasy products were used and you could actually feel the clean inside. These guys lived up to their name and left my car truly Spotless. I have a AMG Turbo and my friend paid to get my car washed ahead of time because he had a meeting After my car was completed I checked it like any customer would and noticed a few things still dirty and the owner proceeded to tell me in a aggressive rude tone that Ike got my car washed in and out. I proceeded to tell him where I saw some mistakes and he was very rude and obnoxious and unprofessional. my car is still not cleaned I will never come back here it took him 10 minutes to even get out of the car to ask me did I need help. I also explained to him that if I need to pay more money to get my car complete, I would however he never told me about the different service options. it wasn't until I made a statement about my car not being cleaned that he wanted to tell me that my car was already complete. (DO NOT GO HERE) While the staff was welcoming and I made an appointment with ease, I spent $300+ with a nice tip to get my car detailed, which it needed. The outside looks nice but I received INTERIOR DAMAGE to my car from chemicals that were too strong. I was not given a refund and the owners have made no follow up to right this wrong that they have done. They also would not share their insurance so it's likely that I will have to pay the $1000 to get my console replaced. Not to mention I was told the cleaning would take and hour and 15 minutes while I was there for over 3 hours. Great business model read more

They did a good job, not spectacular, just good. However, I would say that for the price (a little more pricey than other places) (I paid $125) I would expect it to be near perfect. They didn't clean my dog's pet hairs from the console even though they were supposed to and the console and passenger door were not wiped down. Additionally, the rims were not cleaned properly which all was part of my package. I had to vacuum the pet hairs, clean the console and the door, and clean the rims, which was a waste of my time. I wouldn't take my car back there, I'd rather just spend 1-2 hours detailing it myself. read more

Alejandro responded very quickly to my Yelp request for a quote & I made a 9 am appointment to have the interior of my SUV detailed, the carpets shampooed & the leather seats conditioned. I was quoted $175 for this & it took a total of 3 hours (which was exactly what they estimated) & was worth every penny! They also threw in a free exterior wash since I was a first time customer. I'm a SAHM with toddler twins so my car was covered in milk stains & didn't smell very nice. I haven't had my car detailed since I bought it in 2016 & after this clean it looks & smells brand new! I didn't stay & wait while the cleaning was being done but apparently they have free wifi. Can't comment on much else about the waiting area, but it seemed nice based on the brief amount of time I was in there to pay. Took my car here during lunch time for a wash and was in and out in less than 20mins. It helped that I was the only car there and everyone was working on my car only. I got the luxury wash and they did a good job with cleaning the inside of my car. I've also never had a car wash clean my kid's car seats so that little detail was appreciated.
