Brought my recently purchased (used) Jeep Compass here two days after buying it. It had cigarette smoke stains on the headliner and the carpet smelled weird. I paid $284 for the best car wash offered. I went to this place because of the great reviews. When I came to pick up my car there were still black marks all around. The underside of my grill wasn't even washed. There were still marks on the inside doors and interior. They did take the time to clean the various spots I pointed out, but it was clear that they weren't very detail oriented. The people are nice, but I was disappointed in the wash, espescially for how much I paid. read more

Overpriced just to use hardworking immigrants to clean the cars!!!!! The owner son is a bigot! He loves to prey on high value cars and I would not recommend anyone to spend their gas and come here. It is overcharged for a regular car wash! I get better service with my guy that comes to my home and details my car using his own water tank. My car shines up to 4 washes with his wax unlike Spotless that wax cost $60 and only last max of 1.5 weeks. Don't waste your money on this place. read more

Car wash was good, unlimited use of vacuums was very helpful. It was very busy but the line moved well and there was available vacuums for us to use. Extra supplies available, but machine only takes quarters, so be prepared. They do not have a change machine. read more

And not only do they do great work but the management and customer service is above and beyond! And the last part about this review is even the pricing is reasonable! It was between 2-3 stars review. The carwash itself was okay, there were still a few fingerprints and marks that they didn't catch before I left. Might be my fault since it's hard to check with my car being black. Reason for my 2 stars was that one of the guys kept stalling my car (stick-shift) when trying to back up! I counted at least 5 times! Who knows how many other instances with the amount of times I had gone there already and didn't catch while they were handling my car. It's going to take a lot of carwashes to make up for the deterioration of my clutch. Didn't even apologize when I confronted them. I was already on the fence with someone else driving my car, so I guess I'll be washing my car from now on. read more

I asked for a few things to be done to my car when I visited, one of those things was to remove a bumper sticker from the back window and another was to remove tree sap from the ceiling with a clay bar. I dropped my car off and about an hour later I got a phone call hurrying me to come back and pick up my car because they had so many others to get to and they needed the space. When I got to my car I noticed they hadn't removed the bumper sticker, so I told an employee and they did it. When I was almost home I looked up and saw the tree sap was still in the ceiling, completely untouched and unaltered. I was too tired and annoyed to turn all the way around and get some of my money back, but just know that the end result is not worth the price they charge. read more

I always check reviews when it comes to taking my truck anywhere. I saw the 5 star reviews here and thought it was worth taking a chance on this newer spot. It totally lived up to the hype! Not only did they do an OUTSTANDING job on my truck (in a timely but not rushed manner), but the owner/manager (not sure of his exact title) was kind and accommodating. The prices were also more than fair and the waiting area was clean and well kept while also giving off a very hospitable and modern vibe. There was free WiFi, clean area to sit, plugs and outlets for phone or laptops if you need to do work while waiting, and an essential oil diffuser to keep it smelling nice. There was also a nice area to sit outside and they had a dog bowl with water for if someone had their furry companion with them. I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on and recommending anyone I know looking for a good car detailing. read more
