I passed by on my way to the zoo and noticed this place was super packed so it must be good right? I read the reviews and they seemed decent. Let's start with the good. They do wash areas that are normally not washed, i.e. the inside of door jamb areas, trunk jamb, and door sills. They remove floor mats and clean them as well. Everything is done in an assembly line type fashion so one car is serviced at a time. The owners inspect the car at the end before it's release. I feel that's a nice touch. Now on to the bad. I got in my car and noticed a small tear in my door panel. It was on a spot that I noticed right away but is hidden when the door is closed. There is no way I would touch that area. I spoke to Alex and he was on the right track on trying to rectify this issue. Then his dad or owner comes out and looks at it. They both agree there's no way anybody could have cut it. They say they train their employees. C'mon they're human beings and accidents happen. Could have been a fingernail or something who knows. Tesla's have soft material that can be easily cut. You think I drive a 100k car and try to go in there to scam you guys on a $200 door panel? I was honestly calm about it,but it was my wife's expression that got me pissed off. It's her car and that was not there before. I ready for the door to pull it closed and I would have seen it. I am a business owner as well and I put myself in your situation. I would have at the very least asked my employees if anything happened. You did not, just denied and said it cannot be possible like your people are perfect. We are all humans and we make mistakes. Accidents can happen. Good luck to you all if that's your level of customer service. Even if you did a great job I will not be back and also would not recommend. They charge you around 9% for the clover credit card terminal they are using to run their business. I don't understand why the customer should pay that fee. I asked and they thought that I was rude because I asked the question. Then they kept my lights on all the while they did the cleaning(which took two hours when they said they will take 1 hour) and my battery died. They don't want to take responsibility for it or even jump my car battery. They broke my passenger seat trying to move it forward to vacuum the floor. The power seat only moves from one rail now. Even though the seat was completely fine before taking it here, the manager refused to take responsibility for the damage. There was still dirt on the floor too, so they didn't even vacuum thoroughly. Broke my seat for literally nothing. We took my brand new vehicle out to Port A and drove it onto the beach. I needed a detail stat when we got back. I didn't want to just go to the Mister Car Wash cause I knew they wouldn't be able to do the detailing job that I wanted. I found Spotless Car Spa and decided to drop my vehicle off on a Saturday morning. They promised my vehicle would be done within an hour. So I had a friend pick me up and I let them do their thing.. they texted me when my car was done and ready for pickup. I spent maybe $120 and they did a fairly good job. It was clean, though there was some streaking in the interior by the trunk. There was still sand in the speaker holes by the driver foot area. I couldn't figure out why my car was making this weird sound after I picked it up.. looks like they hit the button to open up the 3rd row and the vehicle was trying to do so, even though my mats were preventing it from doing so. Overall, they didn't get it looking spankin new but they did a good job in the timeframe given for the price they charged! read more

This dude said there will be nothing left at all after they deep clean it. When I went back to pick my car up, I see it was just wiped and no efforts put to clean it. I showed the stain marks from soda that I spilled a night before the wash. It was all over the place. That means they did not even bother to wipe the complete seat!! When asked about it, the old man started lying to me saying it was leather conditioner that was not wiped (too bad for him that I knew what exactly they were). I disagreed and he wiped it with a wet cloth. He wanted me to drop the car back for cleaning if the spots reappeared and he would do it for free. Well I paid $180+ just for the seats and carpet to be cleaned, which was not done and now he says free?! I told him it was a mistake to come to that place and left. ORIGINAL COMMENT:- Went their for seat shampoo and they did the carpet shampoo as well and charged me for that. Though it double the money that I had to pay, I was ok with it. However when I looked inside the car, they missed a lot of spots on the seats, when asked they said it was the leather conditioner that left the marks on the leather( I know that was not the case coz it was some soda that I spilled last night and was sticky) and they said it would not go. When I asked them to clean again with a wet cloth, it completely vanished, that means they did not even wipe the whole seat before applying conditioner. The back seats were all patchy coz of the irregular application of conditioner. Looks like I paid almost $200 for them to vacuum and apply leather conditioner on the seats that were not even wiped clean before applying the conditioner. Even the conditioner was not applied properly and to all the parts. Very dissatisfied not only because of the money and time(about 4 hours) but also knowing that they applied conditioner on dirty seats which is bad for the life and maintenance of the seats. read more

So I have been coming here for a while and it's just getting worse and worse. First off I have never left this place satisfied but this last time was the last draw. I usually get a Number 2 and it went from fully clean to a not so good job. Today I went to get a Number 3. Usually when the older gentleman is there he stands outside and makes sure the outside of the car is perfect but today he left during the washing of my car and the kid who is usually there had his girlfriend there so he didn't care to look at anything. So I was suppose to get my car buffed and that didn't happen. When I told the kid they didn't do it he said they did then I walked around the car with them him and showed him dried up soap and water marks on the car. Not to mention dirt still on it. This car wash is by far the best in the area. I've been to pretty much every single car wash in the Shepherd area and no other compares! The owner is professional and has great attention to detail. He watches the crew perform the service and points out things they may have missed. I have a retracting runner board and they even washed that down which most people miss. They use an air hose to get all the water out of the nooks and crannies. On top of that they have a clean and modern looking waiting area where you can watch the entire wash. It really was spotless! That is how I located this spot I was a little nervous because it's out of my way and I was unsure if they could detail the car at an affordable rate. He was very friendly and assured me to come by so that I he can check the car to be sure that he could do it. The issue with my car was there was a leak getting into my trunk that cause my entire trunk to be wet a covered in mold. It smelled horrible. When I pulled up there were a lot of workers and they seemed to be working quickly. I waited about an hour and Alex showed me how the water had built up and that I needed to figure out where the leak is or this would happen again. He created a package specific to my needs. I am greatful and will definitely be back. I even spoke with other customers that were pleased with the services. Really a 4.5. I'm torn because they did an excellent job cleaning my car but did miss a few spots. I asked for a Luxury 1 and interior clean. The guy only charged me for the exterior but did do the interior. There were a few spots missed on the exterior and interior but he did me a solid and didn't over charge me for services rendered. And when I asked if I could borrow a towel to get the spot in the cup holder the guy happily came by and vacuumed/wiped it down. I was completely blown away by the service at Spotless Car Spa. My dog got sick and vomited all over the back floorboards and mats in my SUV. After seeing positive reviews, I took the vehicle this morning to Spotless Car Spa. I chose the #2 luxury wash, which ran for $75.00 for my car size. This was an extensive exterior hand wash and inside wipe-down and vacuum with door and tire cleaning as well as a coat of car polish. Then, I asked for shampooing of carpet ($75.00 for all vehicles) and mat shampoo ($10.00 for all vehicles). The guys truly took their time on my car. The inside is as good as new and the outside looks excellent. The owner (?), Martin, was accommodating and friendly. Pros: Free Wifi; excellent service; free coffee and water; nice waiting area; staff that goes the extra mile. Cons: Not a con, but prepared to spend a lot of time waiting, because they do such extensive work. Staff will also call you if you want to drop the vehicle off.
