I always check reviews when it comes to taking my truck anywhere. I saw the 5 star reviews here and thought it was worth taking a chance on this newer spot. It totally lived up to the hype! Not only did they do an OUTSTANDING job on my truck (in a timely but not rushed manner), but the owner/manager (not sure of his exact title) was kind and accommodating. The prices were also more than fair and the waiting area was clean and well kept while also giving off a very hospitable and modern vibe. There was free WiFi, clean area to sit, plugs and outlets for phone or laptops if you need to do work while waiting, and an essential oil diffuser to keep it smelling nice. There was also a nice area to sit outside and they had a dog bowl with water for if someone had their furry companion with them. Things you can expect from Spotless Car Spa. For those a little inclined to read on for details, I had come in pretty last minute to get my dirty truck detailed both interior and exterior. Right away greeted with superior customer service. Had a lot of junk in my car still, and Alex offered to help get it together. Another example of great customer service. Inside the waiting room was a pretty cozy, cafe-like area with bar stools/bar table and a separate coffee table in the middle- so plenty of room to get work done on your laptop should you choose to wait there (free WIFI). Keurig machine to keep you warm and caffeinated, along with some free cookies to munch on. Big display window to watch the crew at work- and work they did. Like bees buzzing around, seemed like everyone knew what their role was. The attention to detail stood out from many moments, such as at one point saw the guys using rags to get into the crevices of my windshield wiper motor well. This is just one of many examples of the hand detail that they do. The shampoo of the seats was great- smelled and looked clean all around. The wax and buff was terrific, even being able to remove a pretty significant scratch that I thought wouldn't come off. I purchased the #3, so it was a little on the pricey side- but they delivered on the value! All in all a terrific experience, and made my truck look and smell brand new again- which will most likely have me coming back again for any aesthetic needs for my truck in the future. I highly recommend this place. The actual wash was amazing for the car. My Bmw was very dirty and the rims had lots of dirt. They took around 20 minutes to wash the car. I have five horses and a Labrador retriever, rarely make a point of cleaning my car, and spilled a full gallon of hot coffee in the passenger side footwell this past weekend, so when I say my car was dirty when I brought it in, I want to stress it was properly FILTHY. Spotless Car Spa was the first and closest place to me still doing interior details, so I figured I'd try them out and was BLOWN AWAY by my experience there. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, from the man answering the phone when I called to every person I interacted with at pick up and drop off. Their prices are beyond fair, and they worked with me to keep pricing within my budget and focused on the areas of my car that needed the most work (like that passenger footwell), which I really appreciated. On top of that, they did the best detailing job I've ever seen; when I picked my car up, it was cleaner than it was when I first bought it (and even smells brand new again!). It was *spotlessly* cleaned with such attention to detail and thoroughness I almost couldn't believe it was the same car. I got the #1 package from the 4 different options they offer, which is the most basic, but as I saw them put in the work, it felt like I had gotten their top package. Former owner had a dog, so the interior needed quite a scrubbing. Roberto had his crew shampoo the carpet & seats. Everything smells so fresh inside! Ok, first off I would like to say I'm writing this review as I'm sitting inside seeing them detail my car as I'm still waiting for it to finish. I have been to all the hand wash places in the 10 mile radius or Richmond and Weslayan and that would include splash, soap ect. I could tell from the moment they walked up to me to ask me what I would like to get done and prices that this one was going to be different. I have met the owners who were absolutely lovely and watched them review car after car in front of me to make sure it's properly cleaned. I can tell you now that just by seeing it out the window it's looking as clean as when I personally went and bugged it out after 10 hrs. I brought my car here just to see what these guys were about. Usually, I don't like to hawk over peoples shoulders when their washing my car, but at this place- you have to.
