Wow. I went in to get my carpet shampooed and I have never seen a car so meticulously cleaned in my life. These guys really went all out, even cleaned my trunk and fixed my broken mirror. I was visiting my daughter in Houston and wanted to have her car detailed. Looked on Yelp and saw this hand car wash. It is NOT your typical car wash. These guys take sure pride in what they do! I was blown away by the attention to detail. They hand wash your car and detail it so it looks brand new. When it is finished the owner goes out and inspects, then asked me to come out and inspect. He wanted to make sure NOTHING was lacking and it wasn't . By far the best bang for your buck if you truly want the best hand wash job in Houston. Do not go there expecting your usual drive thru and wipe down wash. It was a little pricey, $50 for my daughters 4-runner but truly worth every penny. Also, they have a coffee bar with terrific little cakes at no charge. Great attention to detail in all aspects!!!!! Keep up the awesome job! read more

I've been to almost all car washes in this area and this one is the best balance of attention to detail, price and speed. Literally like 10 people cleaned my car inside and out in a scrum and I've never seen an operation this optimized anywhere. I've been to the detail shops that take a whole day and I've been to the quick wash places and ever here in between. My wife's car, which we drive our kids in, hasn't been this clean since it was new. Martin is super nice, the inside was cool, clean and there was cold water and coffee. What more can you ask for? 1st time here. I was greeted by the owner (I think) as soon as I pulled in. He was very attentive to my needs from beginning to end. The waiting area is very clean and cozy. They have cokes, some other drinks, and water. My car looked really good after they were done. As I was driving off, I noticed the leather on my doors didn't look as cleaned (I paid for the deep leather conditioning.) I called, and the owner was super nice, and told me to bring my car back. He and his employee took care of my car with the most pleasant attitude. Spotless Car Spa made me feel like they really care about their customers. It's a little pricy. I wish they have some incentives to make it easier on my wallet. read more

This place is amazing. Not only did they get me a last minute appointment for the next day but they met me there 2 1/2 hours before they even opened so I could leave my truck there while I went to work. Alex sent me pictures throughout the process and the before and after pictures looked like 2 different trucks. I have 2 small children who eat and drink in the truck so as you can imagine it was a mess. Now after this immaculate detailing, you can't even tell I have children, lol!!! I think I have finally found "My car wash!" The attention to detail is impeccable. These guys even opened and cleaned inside the gas tank door!!! The owner walks around and points missed spots out to the washers. He told me it would look like "a new piano" when they finished....and it did!!!! I appreciate him helping them do a spectacular job! I've been to a lot of car wash locations. None of them with more than decent service. I came to spotless car spa and was very impressed with the service. I had to wait for an hour but the whole service was impeccable. The guy even walked me through on everything that they did. Was well worth the 250 I payed with getting the professional wash, getting my car buffed because I had huge red scuff marks from my car getting hit, and getting my seats cleaned out. Took my car here to get super detailed before I sold it the next day. Had scratches on my driver and side door from my dog jumping on it and had taken to 2 other places that said they wouldn't be able to get it out with clay bar and buffing. When I picked my car up from Spotless my car looked better than when I bought it new. All of the scratches were buffed out and removed, the interior has never been cleaner and the exterior was in immaculate shape! Could NOT recommend this place more! read more

Alejandro looked my car over and did an excellent job of explaining the treatment options. We agreed on a package and I left them to it. The car had been little driven for several months since my son went away to school, so it was kind of a mess. Little did we know that the truck had flooded and water was still in the spare wheel well, causing a mold issue. Having tried almost all the carwashes in houston city, this new one is outshining them all. (Pun intended!) The service is great! I pulled up to this new car wash/spa/salon/detailing location to find that my suv would come out the cleanest since i purchased it. (Yes this even includes a time that i had it detailed!) They set themselves apart from other washes by including more for the standard wash. At the basic wash, they vacuumed and cleaned the interior, even removing smudges from the wood on my console. I had a little cola syrup on my console for a couple months that they even removed. (Another place told me to remove it would be a detail service for extra.) Then they hand washed the exterior using step stools to reach the top. No standing on the seats here!! They even cleaned the side steps that all others leave filthy. Before leaving, Roberto - owner/manager, made sure that all was great and truly inspected the vehicle ensuring its cleanliness. This is an impressive start and I will definitely be back! read more
