Hi! I found this place thanks to all of the wonderful reviews. My daughter's first communion dress that was imported from Spain and that she had just tried on once, got stained! I took it to them and they tried 3 different stain removers, but nothing worked. I was beyond dissapointed and so were they! I left it there anyways to get steamed. When I picked it up the next day they were both eager to tell me how that had gotten the stain out!!!!! I can't tell you how delighted I was and shocked! The stain came from rust, no idea how that made it on the dress. I just wanted to hug them both. I was ready to pay ANYTHING for the stain, but they just charged me for the steaming, I was just sooooooo happy, they made my day. Will go there again for sure. read more

Spotless Cleaners are friendly and got the job done nicely for a complicated set of dresses we had. They explained the details and also pointed out areas that would be difficult to clean. Spotless Cleaners is amazing! There are a few different dry cleaners in this area, but I decided to go with Spotless because of the great reviews. When I arrived at the cleaners, I was greeted by the friendly owners at 7 am. I had 2 pairs of pants and a button down shirt and a sweater that needed to be dry cleaned. The prices were very reasonable. When I picked up the clothes, they were, like the name said, spotless! The pants were cleaned and pressed to perfection, and the shirt looked like it was brand new. The sweater looked brand new as well. I came here a second time knowing that I would not be disappointed. I love the lady that works here! She is very kind and sweet. We were in a hurry and came by Spotless Cleaners to see if they could press a man's white dress shirt we had just washed. The woman at the front counter who I believe was the owner "Boon" - (not sure of spelling) but she very quickly said no problem and they could do that for us right away. She knows how to do customer service right. We left and came back shortly and it was pressed to perfection. There was no hesitation on her part - she immediately said - yes we can do this for you. One example of great customer service on the spot. I have taken my dry cleaning here before and they are able to ALWAYS get an stain or spot out of a garment. I took a an Ermenegildo Zegna suit jacket into them to clean. The suit costs approximately $3500.00 to replace. Victoria examined the suit carefully and only detected a small defect in the lining inside a sleeve. When I went to pick up the suit it had a substantial hole in the front of the jacket. They tried to have the hole repaired, but, due to a subtle pattern in the fabric, it could not be repaired. They gave me their insurance information. Their insurance company informed me that their insurance doesn't cover damage to customer items. I had an attorney write them a letter asking for the money. Their attorney responded by denying liability. I am in the process of pursuing legal action against the cleaners. In the mean time, I am without my favorite suit read more

This place is the best, they deserve every 5 star review given to them. I was out running errands in Factoria one Saturday and decided to go here based on Yelp reviews rather than drive up to Kirkland. I am so glad I made that decision. I had 6 items for dry cleaning (one silk shirt I had basically ruined by getting a foundation stain on it, and then a Tide stain on top of that, and then had ruined the dry clean only silk by getting it all wet) plus a pair of pants for hemming. When I went back to pick everything up, not only had the kind lady restored my ruined silk shirt to new, the total bill came to less than 60 bucks!!! This place is great! read more

Very nice couple who run this place. I got there at 4:59 on Saturday (close at 5:00), they were still open. I had an order less than $10, but I didn't have cash, they weren't thrilled with using a credit card for less than $10, but they did it (I left a couple of bucks cash for that). At Spotless, Boon and her husband will treat you like royalty. They remember you and what clothes you brought to them. You still get a numbered voucher, but I've never needed to provide them with that. When I pick up my clothes, they know me and what I am there to pickup. I know this is yet another 5 star review, but I'm so blown away by the service that I just had to write it. First off, I was immediately acknowledged when I stepped through the door even though there was another customer they were assisting. Then the lady (owner) says to me, "you came in 3 years ago". Wow! Who remembers someone from 3 weeks ago, let alone 3 years ago? Super nice and friendly husband and wife team. The sleeves of the shirts were even folded and pinned. I have never seen another dry cleaner go above and beyond like this both in service and quality/presentation of the cleaned clothing. Stepping in to pick up the dry cleaning really made my day. I don't remember the last time I had such lovely service that I actually came away from the establishment happier then when I came in. Also, the prices are very reasonable. Oh, and before I forget...the husband carried the dry cleaning out (in the rain) to my car even though I didn't even ask - he offered. Wow. Just wow. read more
