Like I said I panicked so I called the Cedar Rapids Restoration when we live in Dubuque, and they willing did the drive everyday to come out and work on our house. Andy and crew, came out immediately and arrived at the house at 3am and worked until the water has been contained. They admitted this was due to poor craftsmanship on the install by the roofers. The first time they came out to inspect they said the installer did not properly seal the boots causing the issue. I continued to have leaks and they can out again and said it's due to a pipe. I've never had a single issue until I used this company. I am know getting the run around and they won't respond to messages. Again, stay clear away from this company
