DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I scheduled an appointment for a detail with "Mike" aka "Mikael" aka "Aaron". He only takes cash and told me that he would charge me $120. We agreed to meet at our local Vons grocery at 9am. He had my car for about an hour and a half. He actually did a very nice job on the cleaning, so I paid him $160. It was a very generous tip, as the cleaning job was nice, and I stuck a little extra in there because he said it's a family owned operation, and I like to support hard working, young business owners. He took the cash and left, and I went into the Vons (the detail was done in a local grocery parking lot) to pick up a couple items before leaving. When I got back into my car, I removed the sun shade he had placed in the windshield and noticed a GIANT crack in my window! Wtf?! I called him right away! He pretended to be shocked, and acted like he had NO IDEA that the window was broken... then, finally admitted he thinks it probably happened because the car glass was so hot, that when he sprayed it with cold water it must have cracked the glass. He said he was very sorry and would take care of it and not to worry... that he would get a friend of his that does mobile windows to come to my place and do it free of charge. He even THANKED ME for being so nice. I said I understood, and accidents happen. Fast forward to yesterday morning.... he tells me that I have to drive to Sun Valley to pick up his friend or let him take my car to a window place. Errrrrr.... I think the fuck not. So I just ask him to send me the address of the window place and I'd just meet him there. I don't need to pick up his friend, and now that he's changed the story about what was supposed to happen, I OF COURSE don't trust him with my car. Things went left pretty quickly and it was soon obvious that he had no intention to take care of my window. I waited for more than an hour to get the text of the address to the window place I was supposedly going to meet him at... but it never came. So I went on Yelp and found a local spot that was going to charge around $200... which is an average rate. I told him I'd have that place do my window and he could just reimburse me. He has the fucking gaul to tell me that it's inconvenient for HIM and that he doesn't want to pay that much and yadda yadda with more bs about how my car was too old, and that the window would've broken anyway! I'm literally SHOCKED and FURIOUS at this point... like, is this guy SERIOUS?! Then he totally flips and starts backpedaling on responsibility! So then I just ask for a refund of the money I paid him. I'll pay the difference for my window, which is not only more than fair, it's bullshit since I'm still taking the hit. He offers to meet up... OH HELL NO. Google me my money or cash app bitch I'm not meeting your sly ass NOWHERE! He says he doesn't have "those options". Um... everyone breathing has Google, or cash app. It literally takes seconds. He then, full out denies any wrong doing! He says that he took video of my car AFTER he was finished, and that you can't see a crack. Not only was the video grainy and far back from my car, it still had the sun shade in the window that reflected light onto the crack, making it hard to see. When you look at all the other photos on here, NONE of his finished cars have this sun shade.... (when I initially asked him about it he said it was a free gift) TOTAL LIES! THE FUCKER KNEW HE BROKE MY WINDOW AND THAT THE SUN SHADE HID IT UNTIL HE COULD ESCAPE WITH MY MONEY! Then he sends me snapshots of the video... further trying to prove that theres no crack WHEN YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT HE TRIED TO PHOTO SHOP THE CRACK OUT! WHAT A FUCKING LYING BITCH! Then tells me, he's not going to give me a refund and thanks for using Spotless Auto Detail, have a nice day. Fuck this total lying peice of shit! So now, I'm out the money for my refund, and have to pay for my own window! TOTAL SCAMMER! Whoooo baby! The karma coming for him is gonna be NASTY AF. Even though he broke my window, I was still being cool... most people would've cursed his ass out and called the police! He would've had a GREAT customer if he had just been honest and done the right thing! I have so many celebrity clients and friends that have black car businesses, friends that drive Lyft and uber and I would've told EVERYONE what a nice stand up business this is, even though he made a mistake. Now he and this shady business can go straight to hell and detail satan's car. Fuck them totally! Again... KARMA! read more

Had another appointment with Mike this morning. Once again, I'm extremely satisfied. I can't say enough about his professionalism and attention to detail. I really like that he leaves disposable floor liners afterwards to prolong the cleanliness, especially because I currently have black carpet mats which get dirty easily. I liked having those liners so much the last time that I kept them there for several weeks. He gave me a quick summary of my car's paint and interior condition afterwards too which was nice. WOW! I have a new car!!! Mike was courteous, polite, on time, fast and did an outstanding job. My car was in a car accident, then held aka "highjacked" by a terrible body shop for 4 months!
