    Friendly service. They have a summer promotion happening rn where you pay $10 if you are a new member and you get unlimited washes within the month. Each membership is associated with the vehicle as they take a photo of the car and license plate. So if you have another vehicle on your account, then you gotta pay for that membership. There is an attendant that helps every step of the way. They have three tiers typically for the car wash (refer to photos for details). After the car wash, they have an attendant who dries your car with a microfiber towel. At the start of the wash, they have an attendant who does a pre clean before the car washing process. I recommend for those traveling to the Valley or locals already here in the SFV. Shoutout Carlos and Michael for being Rockstars today-y'all deserve a raise !!!

    I love this car wash! I will tell you this my baby boy was absolutely a mess after driving throw three states. Bugs and grime was all over the front bumper and windshield. Egal is 1000% the man, he assisted me with not only with accessing the facility, but he helped me with accessing and updating my Bliss account. You truly get what you pay for because Bliss has outperformed several near by car washes. This place is by far the best car wash in the WHOLE Valley.

    BEWARE -- DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE - TLDR; THIS CARWASH DOES NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT OR IS NOT SET UP TO PREVENT COLLISIONS INSIDE THEIR CARWASH TUNNEL - $5000+ DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND THEY WANTED ME TO CLAIM I GOT REAR ENDED AS IF DRIVING ON A PUBLIC STREET. I brought my brand new car to Bliss a couple months ago - I waited to do this review because I wanted to give them a chance to make things right. We pulled into the carwash and spoke to the attendant who convinced us to sign up for the monthly membership. We pulled forward to the start of the wash and this is where things started to unravel - The attendant at the start of the wash just stared blankly at us as we lined the car up to get on to the track. At other car washes the first guy usually kind of directs you and guides you forward but this guy just seemed out of it or just over being there. We crept forward towards him and he sprayed the hood for a second and stopped. We felt a little bump that ended up being the track sliding under the car and asked him if everything was alright and he just nodded and waved us forward. As we moved forward on the track into the wash there was a persistent tire squeak from the left side as if the tire was too wide for the track but we were still moving forward. We go to about 3/4 of the way to the end of the wash when the car stopped moving forward and the roller in front of us just stayed in place spinning a few inches from the windshield. The stop light in front of us was still red indicating we were not supposed to start driving off and before we were able to decide between putting the car in drive and driving into the roller in front of us or staying put we were were pushed forward again as the car behind us was pushed right into the rear bumper of our car. At this point the attendants were coming to us and stopping the wash. They shut down the wash and got us out to the vacuum area where we inspected the damage. The car behind us sustained no damage but our car had a couple scratches and a couple deep gouges into the bumper. *** This is when the manager who was super friendly to use 5 minutes before when he was selling us the package came up to us and told us that an incident in their car wash machine would be treated as if we had just got into an accident on the street. HE TOLD US THAT HIS CAR WASH HAD NO INSURNACE FOR THIS TYPE OF EVENT OR INCIDENT AND THAT THESE ISSUES ARE HANDLED LIKE ON A PUBLIC STREET - HE TOLD ME TO CALL MY INSURANCE AND FILE A CLAIM AS IF THE GUY BEHIND ME HAD REAR ENDED ME. This was ridiculous - I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He wanted us to treat the collision that occurred on their private property in their machine as if the other car had driven into me on the freeway. This made no sense - we requested their insurance information and they refused and told us we were basically SOL. We ended up calling the police and luckily they were nice enough to show up quickly. The two officers agreed that what we were being told made no sense but the manager after speaking to someone on the phone still refused to provide their insurance information and instead had us fill out an online incident form on his iPad and said someone would review the case and call us in a week. This was obviously just to appease the officers and get us out of their business. After submitting all required paperwork, I received a single dismissive email stating that the car was was not responsible and that they would not be covering anything. When we spoke to our own insurance they basically said that this is pretty common where car washes just dodge any liability even though they are responsible they are banking on the fact that people just let it go if the damage is minor. Our insurance ultimately classified the collision as no-fault, meaning they paid to have the damage repaired but I still had to pay my deductible. They said they would start the process of trying to go after the car wash for reimbursement and I may see some money back but basically not to hold my breath. I emailed Bliss asking for information on how any of this could have happened. I wanted to know why none of the safety mechanisms prevented the collision in their carwash tunnel. Were they overloading the wash without proper spacing? Was there no attendant watching the flow of cars through the machine? Were the distance / spacing sensors not operational? This place advertises as a modern high tech wash - you would assume they have some basic mechanisms in place to stop the wash or prevent cars from crashing into each other as they are so closely spaced through the tunnel but they provided no information. There are so many car washes out there - please take your business to a different one. If a business is not willing to help make things right and take responsibility for damage that their product / equipment caused that's a huge red flag. I had no idea something like this could even happen. Hopefully this helps someone.

    "Terrible experience. I brought my vehicle to this car wash expecting a professional service, but they ended up damaging my car when I went through the car wash machine and breaking one of its parts. unhelpful when I brought the issue to their attention all they said was my vehicle already had a damage and the part was already loose and they are not responsible for the damage .Completely unacceptable customer service and a total lack of care for customers'. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you care about your car.

    The guys here are awesome and do a great job and cleaning the car. They are very helpful they dry the car and scrub. They also have graphine, I can tell the difference, my caris super shiny now. Carlos is a very polite person and works hard always has a smile and Albert is a legend he works hard to get the car clean.

    Always a great experience at this car wash. It wasn't as busy before which was great but lately it's always packed but good for their business I guess. It's located inside the 76 on the corner of Sherman way and Haskell. They have someone drying your car after you're through with the car wash which is nice but remember to have a nice tip for these hard working people. I'm not sure you can opt out but guess you can ask They have a vacuum station as well, overall pretty cool car wash. They also have deals for $20 for 2 months of ulimited washes, it's always changing though.

Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. Use the mirrors, go slow, and let the staff member on the side guide you in and you'll be totally fine I come here at least once a week, and it's easily my go-to car wash. Highly recommend

It turns out there was a mix up with the tickets and we were given a different wash than the one we had paid for. After speaking with the owner, he was incredibly kind, gracious, and genuinely wanted to make things right. He invited us to come back and try again, and I'm so glad we did. This time, we could not have had a better experience. This car is our kid and dog car, the one that handles school runs, errands, sticky fingers, crumbs, snacks, sand, and basically every questionable life choice that happens in a family car. It had been through the wringer. They cleaned it so well that it honestly looked detailed. And we did not pay for a detail. This was just their gold package, and it was amazing. The before and after is wild. It looked like a completely different car. I am also extremely picky when it comes to car washes. Like, character flaw level picky. I notice every tiny thing. If one area was wiped and another wasn't, if something is uneven, I usually leave every car wash with at least one thing to complain about because something always gets overlooked. This time, I had nothing. I could not be happier with how clean the car was. That says a lot coming from me. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful, the service was fast even on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner could not have been nicer. I'm not asking for 100%. 80% would be nice. Look at my pictures. They did not clean the inside, I still see my dogs slobber on one of the monitors. Some of the exteriors were still dirty. I'll just stick with the guy that comes to my house to wash. I have no more faith in these full service car washes.

I asked during drop off if this could be taken off and the guy seemed nice and offered to try. In my opinion he should have said that he doesnt have the right tools or skillset to clean the mat rather than offering to try at the cost of damaging the mat? It turned out the mat got clean but the corners looked sanded/grinded and the rest of the mat has a design of some sort. I messaged the guy at pick up, who said the design will go away when dry - it didnt! Then upon drying, i took the mat to show him the design and sanded corners and he said it will go away with use - i dont believe it! It's hard to believe this business cause the goal post keeps moving. No amount of brushing the mat is making the pattern go away. The more concerning thing is that the owner completely disowned his business when i called him, he gave me a run around and then hung up on me. His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! His tone was offensive and rude and he obviously didnt take accountability of whatever happened to the mat. I would have liked the business to replace the mat THEY damaged or reimburse me for it. That would be the right way to handle an incident as such! The owner was in not apologetic of what happened, instead deflected what happened.
