Our initial appointment had to do with verifying that Nick the owner could get MASSIVE stains out of a living room.. saving me thousands as I would not have to replace carpets!! This company is: 1. On time! 2. Super clean ( van to even cleaner wearing sterile white shorts ) 3. New Equipment 4. 100% trustworthy. 5. Impeccable with their words.. if they say they can, they do.. if they say Wednesday at 3, they will be there. 100% recommend them and will used them again and again and again... IMPORTANT!! We are very happy with the service. Nick was quick to respond. He was prompt and took the time to really clean. We had him come to clean the sectional and two mattresses. He can clean other things than just carpets. He got it in under 1.5 hours. He got all of the urine stains out of my kids white mattress. He uses special enzymes on the mattresses to get it really clean. Like he said, it all dried up under 6 hours. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend. read more

It's owner operated small business... Nick is very knowledgeable in his trade and was very informative. I am the kind of costumer who wants to know what kind of product used in my home, why and how it works. Nick patiently answered my questions on the phone when I scheduled my appointment and also in person at my home. I have pets and one of them is sick so she has lots accidents, but Nick managed to do a fantastic job cleaning my 4 bedrooms, big hallway and stairs. I was disappointed in the cleaning results of TriValley Carpet Care. The service technician who came to my house was very professional upfront and talked a good story about the business of cleaning and sanitizing, but when it was all said and done my carpet did not look any better. There were a few large spots that I pointed out at the beginning of the cleaning process and the technician informed me that he would be able to remove them. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the staines were still there and my carpet was extremely wet. I ended up removing the spots myself with a simple can of carpet cleaning foam and vacuum. Also, beware some of the marketing/advertising techniques used to attract customers especially during the Pandemic are questionable. This company would lead you to believe that having your carpet cleaned can prevent the spread of the Covid virus which is not true. I do not recommend TriValley Carpet Care cleaning business. Nick really knows his stuff. We have real wool carpet and wool area rugs that require specialized cleaning. He knew a ton of information about cleaning real fibers and how to protect them. We had previously hired someone to come clean them, and he showed up with one of those rental cleaners your get from Safeway. Needless to say, it was underwhelming. In fact, they may have been worse off after he was done. This time I looked on Yelp and found Tri-Valley Carpet Care. Nick did a fantastic job on our carpets. He showed up on time and was very professional. He had the proper equipment including safe guards for the wall corners to protect our walls from the hose rubbing against them. When he was finished, he said the stairs may discolor as they dry and to let him know and he'd come back and take care of it free of charge. No need because they look good as new. We will definitely use Tri-Valley Carpet Care again. His attention to detail and the little things such as leaving a few sets of removable booties for us to wear while the carpet dries really won us over. read more

After Nick cleaned our carpets for first time in Sep 2021, many stains on our carpets which couldnt be removed by other national brand carpet cleaners in last couple of carpet cleanings were gone. My wife noticed it and told me. In carpet cleaning business, water temperature is the key. The machine used by Nick went upto 240F. Nick came to my rescue. I had a coupon for Quality Carpet care and had them come over to give me an estimate. Coupon said $64.95 however since my house is large with stairs, I knew that I would be paying more. Quality Carpetcare quotes me over $550. I immediately called Nick and he fit me in on the same day since I had already moved all my furniture out of a couple rooms. His price saved me hundreds. Nick did a great job! My rug had urine spots all over from my dog and he took the job on got all the stains out. The first time he came, the hose would not reach as I live in a condo. He still took time out to try but was too short. He came back a second time as he purchased a longer hose and did a great job on my actual carpets too! He was on time and prices are reasonable!
