Tri-county responded my message, explained how they charges and gave me quote. It is very transparent process. Few people just gave me some amount without knowing size of home. She provided a quote for each item or section I wanted to clean and called out what may change or required on site assessment so there was no surprises. Great company. We will be sticking with this one. It is expensive. There is no coupon. But unlike all of the companies with coupons in the mail, we trusted these people immediately. There was no up-selling of services. The basic prices including shampooing and spot pre-treatment whereas the cheap carpet cleaning services you will find in the mail is steam cleaning only. Our carpets were a mess after our recent remodel. I really wanted them clean. I also wanted them clean before Christmas. Since the remodel had just been finished the Friday before Christmas, this left only a few days. They were able to squeeze us in that Monday. They did a great job with the carpets. There are some previous stains still left, but since these have now survived three different carpet cleanings (from us alone), no doubt they are there to stay. He did try several different treatments to try and get up the really bad stain in my son's room. We could have saved him the trouble. A few days later, we received a Christmas card in the mail. This is the absolute best family owned company ever. Not only do you get professional, friendly services you get amazing results. Jerry (owner) has a sixth sense along with a education in stone and fabric. He can get out any stain. I have a limestone counter. Beautiful, but if you like to cook you can ruin it without trying. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I was under the impression that the stairs and hallway were included in today's service,. The technician said it wasn't in the invoice, which was not a problem for us. My husband just asked to get it priced out so we can have it all done at the same time. The problem I had with technician was how he raised his voice at my husband and he was was very rude and borderline condescending, giving my husband a lecture on how we should have told you about the stairs to begin with. It felt like he was indirectly accusing us of ripping off your company by not wanting to pay for the additional service. Mind you, this argument transpired in front of my 4 year old son. I do not and will not do business with this company again. The level of professionalism that the tech displayed today was unacceptable and ill-mannered at best. We had carpets in 3 bedrooms and the stairs cleaned. They were stained and in 2 rooms well worn. Their man did a pre-soak of all the carpets before cleaning. He advised that it would take hours to dry because he needed to use a lot of water on these carpets. He didn't rush the job. He worked hard to get the carpets as clean as possible. When we were able to see the carpets after he had finished we were amazed. They were cleaner than we had seen in years, even cleaner than other professionals and our own attempts with Rug Doctor. There was a bubble of raised carpet in the Master bedroom. I called the office, and they told me that 99+ percent of the time it would flatten out overnight. Nevertheless, they scheduled the man to return the next day and asked that we cancel if the bubble flattened. It flattened and we canceled. This is a highly professional company that seems determined to deliver a quality job. Their price was fair, actually a bit less than I expected. read more

This is a year overdue! Our wonderful daughter tried to clean a spill with BLEACH on our beige carpet. Needless to say, the carpet turned ORANGE..... I used Tri-County based on their Yelp reviews. First, I like that someone actually answers the phone (Tammy, the wife). Secondly, Jerry is very knowledgeable about area rugs. I wanted just my carpets cleaned and he did an excellent job....showed up on time and took great care with all the hoses, etc. He placed a protective mat on my stairs before running the hoses upstairs and corner guards where the hoses wrapped around corners. I have a handmade rug that I wanted cleaned. Jerry took about twenty minutes inspecting the rug and explaining the proper process for cleaning rugs. In the end, he declined to clean the rug and explained why. He instead recommended someone who could properly clean the rug and repair some damage. He took photos and sent them off for me and will get back with me with the response. I was very impressed with both his knowledge and care of rugs. Would highly recommend him. read more

After much research, I chose Tri-County to clean my carpets. They arrived promptly, and did a great job. Not only that, Tri-County can also repair carpets too. Fantastic! My dog ate a pen and got massive amounts of ink all over 2 wool rugs. I called about 10 carpet companies- no one was willing to come out. They all said they couldnt get it out and that the rugs are ruined. Or it was too small of a job. THEN I spoke with Tri-County. They came out the next day and the rep was VERY knowlegable. He was honest with me and said he may or may not be able to take it out, but he was willing to do whatever was neccesary to try and help me out. 2 weeks later I got a call from them that they got the massive amounts of ink out. Tri County Carpet Care is the best. I had another carpet cleaning company out about a year and a half ago and you could still see black spots after their cleaning.
