We needed a shower renovation after another contractor failed to waterproof the backer boards five years earlier. The Tile and Grout King only offers the Schluter-Kerdi shower system (no hot mop/mortar bed). We chose this system because it provides waterproof sheeting (unlike our previous build) and doesn't require weep holes in the drain (which clogged in our previous shower, allowing water to wick beneath the tiles and leave puddles on the floor). The system's reliability depends heavily on the installer's technique, and Tile & Grout King is certified and has used this system for six years. Jordan, our PM for the job, was great. He gave us estimates and timelines, scheduled work within a few days, and completed the rebuild in 2 1/2 weeks. Jordan oversaw the delivery of supplies and removal of old debris (including the previous glass walls, which didn't fit because the profile of the mosaic accent trim we chose wasn't level). He met with the crews and us multiple times during the build to ensure we were all aligned on what was required. We had two crews working on the job. The demolition crew, Jose and Juan, finished the demo work in two days. They were extremely careful with their work, protecting the floors, sinks, and tub, and not damaging tiles on the tub deck wall so that they could be reused. They showed us where the previous install had failed (where the mortar bed was too close to the top of the drop and where the moisture vapor retarder was waterlogged). The second crew, Noe and Carlos, also did a great job. On a couple of days, they worked overtime to keep the job on schedule and to allow a full 48-hour water pan test over the weekend. They made suggestions on tile placement, such as extending the tile to the ceiling, and broadening the access trim to avoid using thin cuts of the 24" tiles. I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone who worked on this project. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. We plan to call them back to work on our other shower in a couple of weeks. read more

I hired Tile and Grout King to reapply grout in the joints of our bathroom shower and at the base of another bathroom shower. We live in a new house and wanted a company that could deliver high-quality work matching our home's upscale finishes. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed working with them. However, we were very disappointed with the outcome. We asked for a very thin line along the joints, but the finished product resulted in thick, uneven grout lines that stood out. For the other bathroom's shower pan, it was recommended to use grout rather than caulk. The grout applied was very uneven and looked as if a black crayon had been used. After spending several hundred dollars, we hired another company to complete the work. We requested another specialist from Grout Kings to handle our project, but they were inflexible and insisted that they could do it correctly. What was initially estimated to cost a few hundred dollars ended up costing a couple of thousand. I cannot recommend Grout Kings, as their work did not meet the quality promised online. read more

I have these folks come out and re-grout a fairly intricate custom tile shower. They did a fantastic job, matching the grout color and cleaning up the tile. The guy who came out and spent about six hours doing the work was a young man who was extremely professional and hard-working. I asked him what his plans were for his career and he said that he was working his way up at the company. He was very impressive and the company has a good future if he's involved. read more

Tile and Grout King Tile and Grout King just completed a second job for my husband and me. Three years ago they worked as a subcontractor here on another job. For that job, they tiled two downstairs bathrooms, an office, and an outdoor space, all part of an addition, so the rooms were totally new. The quality of their work was so good that we hired them again, this time directly, as our general contractor. This year we decided to work on two upstairs rooms for a much-needed refresh. One room was relatively straightforward, basically ripping out the old floor and installing a brand new one. They did a beautiful job, but it was not tremendously complex. However, the primary bathroom that they just did for me was a complicated job, and they did an amazing job on it! The room was completely gutted, and they then installed a heated floor, shower, vanity, tub, toilet--the entire room (except for the painting) was done with their crew. Their electrician and their plumber were both great to work with--very responsive, and top-notch work. But the tiling is simply INCREDIBLE. I live in a 100+ year old craftsman house, and I designed this primary bathroom room mostly by myself, trying to make it appropriate for the age and style of this well-loved house. I am ecstatic at how it turned out, and the logistics of working with Tile and Grout King was stressless. I was lucky enough to have Jose as the main tile setter. Jose is a true craftsman and a joy to work with. He takes such pride in his work and really went out of his way to please me. We would meet frequently to review the project. Questions were always promptly answered. I would watch him and his associate Fernando work, and every single tile was placed with care and precision. I can't imagine anyone else doing such a masterful installation. I must admit that when I designed the room, because I am not a professional, I had no idea how intricate it was. But I am incredibly pleased with the results. The bottom line is that I simply can't recommend this company highly enough. Every construction job has a few hiccups along the way. Even with those, they were a pleasure to work with and if I ever do another bathroom (years and years from now!) Tile and Grout King will be doing the installation. read more

This company has worked on the titles in the bathroom of my south bay property twice - spaced apart by multiple years. My recollection of the original work is hazy but my memory of the second piece of work is clear. The craftsperson who came in did a great job on the grout between the tiles in the bathroom's shower pan. It so happened that the plumbing in the shower pan was off - a leak destroyed some of the grout that was freshly put in. The company fixed the grout for me quickly and well. read more

We wanted to renovate our 40-year-old shower stall and found this vendor on Yelp. They had good reviews so we asked for an estimate. Brendan did our onsite estimate. We really liked how he broke each option down by price, so we could select which options and costs we wanted. He also recommended two vendors for the tiles and the shower doors, which we visited. The estimate was reasonable. The two tile contractors, Evan and Jorge, demolished our old shower stall and re-tiled the new one. They did a fantastic job. They asked us how we wanted the tile laid out, where we wanted the inset, and what color epoxy we wanted. The were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The plumber, Sam, was also helpful and accommodating. I did not understand how the replacement plumbing worked. On a Saturday, Sam accompanied me to Home Depot to educate me on shower equipment (valve, cartridge, and trim) and helped me select one. He also helped us decide the new height of the shower head. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, because of the lack of communication between Brendan and the contractors. We told Brendan in writing what we wanted, but when Evan and Jorge first showed up, they thought they were renovating our fireplace. In addition, they had no idea we wanted a corner bench nor how we wanted the accent tile laid out. It is a good thing I checked on them and said something. I called Grout and Tile Kings and a few days later two people arrived to clean and repair bad grout in our 38 year old sunken bath shower, bathroom and kitchen counter. The kitchen grout was repaired and re-stained using Grout Renew and it looks as good as new. The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend them for any tile cleaning/restoration! Called and received a quick response. Was able to get scheduled in less than a week. Came out and installed all the tile in our shower as well as adding the grout. They gave us wonderful suggestions on different grout because white would look better with the tile I picked but I hate white because it gets dark and dirty. They suggested we do a new waterproof grout which will be easier to clean and will stay nice. Job was done fast and they cleaned up once they were finished. I would give them a zero because they did not honor their warranty or provide an honest, professional assessment after they did a poor job re-grouting my master bathroom. Brendan came to assess and recommended that I not only fix the grout for my shower, should also add a fix for my floors so that the grout would match when he came out in March 2022. He also said there would be no cracks because they would remove the old grout and put in the new grout. Brendan seemed honest and cared about aesthetics, so I trusted him and awarded him the job. Although there were some spots with discoloration that he had to come back to patch a couple of weeks after the job was completed and assured me it matched, refer to the first few photos. I showed graced and trusted him. Less than a year later, the grout started to crack, and I no longer believe the color variation I kept seeing was due to the light. I called them because of their warranty and pointed out the new cracks and also that there is color variation. Brendan even came and removed grout so that I could see it side by side, and there is a variation between beige/white that was supposed to match my tile and bright with areas. Only me and the grout guy Curt saw that variation, and Brendan kept denying it until he started to remove more grout spots. Brendan eventually agreed that it would be redone, and we scheduled another appointment for the job to be fixed in March 2023. I also made another appointment for them to fix my master bathroom grout. When the day came, he had no interest in fixing their previous work but wanted to work on my guest bathroom. I disagreed because I had not used my master shower for over a month. I called Brendan, and he was rude and said all sorts of things to me, so I asked Curt to leave since Brendan and I disagreed on what needed to get done. At this point, I was distraught after my conversation with Brendan. Curt said he would leave, but somehow he stayed and put what he said to be caulking all over my shower tile wall. I had no idea that someone would not leave your house if you asked them to go and would put stuff on my master bathroom tile without telling me what would be done for my agreement. I felt very violated. Hany, the owner, was supposed to come to my house to look at the work, and he blew me off until I told him I would file the complaint to the CSLB. When he came today, he continued to lie about the color mismatch and would not acknowledge it based on Brendan's written agreement and emails regarding the scope of work and me from March 2022. He also had the nerve to say we will not work with you on the other guest bathroom when he left when I had already told them that they would not win my business for my guest bathroom you can't even fix my master bathroom. I politely reminded him that, of course, you would not get the job of my guest bathroom. I have shown a lot of Grace in trying to have a professional conversation, but even the owner is not honest. After my experience, the company's owner did not provide the service, warranty, or promise of professionalism he claimed for his business. Do not let Hany's comments about sharing the royal treatment for customers in his advertisement fool you into winning the business. They will lie and turn around on their customers if they do not do a good grout job instead of doing it right as agreed on in the contract. Here's the link to the contractor's state license. I was shocked as to why I had to even listen to the company's personnel issues of over-scheduling their work; what does this have anything to do with my grout work done correctly? If you're looking for someone professional with integrity who has a genuine warranty, I do not recommend working with this company. They will lie to get your money even though they provided documentation and claims on their website to look like a good honest business; you will be stuck with shoty work and having to find someone who can fix their work. I do not recommend working with unprofessional people who are dishonest when they do not do a good job versus simply fixing the work. Here are photo's of the discoloration a couple of weeks after they re-grouted my bathroom in 2022, email communication about the grout needing to match and details as to what grout they will use so I don't have cracks, photos of the cracks for my grout nine months later, and an email I sent in January because I could not get a response from calling or texting and not getting an answer to fix their work until a few weeks later. Unable to post photos of when Curt put caulking over my grout in March 2023 is a mess, photos the crack came back a few days after because he did not remove the old grout. I'd like to give 4 1/2 stars but am rounding up. I hired Tile & Grout King to help with a balcony whose tile was damaged by too much sun and was leaking into the house below. Hany came out and did a great job with the estimate, he knew his stuff. He offered an option to try to reroute the drainage to avoid water pooling, and he let me know they would need to cut back the stucco to waterproof properly, and he included its replacement in the bid. The workers that did the demolition and tried to reroute the drainage did a great job. (There wasn't enough room to make it work, but they tried.) The waterproofing and tile installation also went great. There weren't any delays in getting workers to the house, so they made good progress each day. I'm deducting half a star because at the end, the restoration of the stucco and trim didn't go very smoothly. They closed off most of the drainage and replaced the trim with stucco, which didn't look right. But I brought these issues up with Hany and they were eventually fixed up. Hany did a great job of staying on schedule and budget. I'd recommend Tile & Grout King and would use them again. read more

So let me tell you my experience. Jordan, Brendan, and Curt are tile/grout rockstars!! They are indeed great ambassadors of the company. Their product knowledge and skills were only surpassed by their friendliness and warmth. My floors look excellent and it comes w/ a two year warranty so I don't have to worry. This review is long overdue and I have been putting off writing this review since 2014. The big motivator was finally repairing the trim to our backyard sliding door which just brought back really bad memories of the whole experience with Tile and Grout King. It was a 6 day/500 sq ft. project that consisting of tiling the kitchen, dining room and 1 bathroom. Let's start from the beginning: Demolition Phase: 2 workers came in the later part of the day to remove the underlayment which was 1/2 inch particle board and to remove all the nails and stables for the newly rolled Ditra underlayment. Since they were supposed to come in the morning but they pushed it off until the afternoon and did about 4 hours and left close to 5 o'clock. There were so many nails/staples still sticking up that my wife and I had to nail down the rest after they left because we have 2 dogs that could have injured themselves by walking on them. The next day was when I fully realised what kind of incompetence I was facing with this company. The dry rot in the subfloor was being removed near the front entranceway with a span of over 4 feet. The contractor was not at the house to supervise the project and the labourer had no idea what he was doing and was going to just lay down 2-1/2 inch plywoods together and fill in the hole without support joists. They felt that was adequate and I could foresee a sinkhole in my entryway in a couple of years which had the main gas line and water underneath. Next to the entryway again had dry rot along the wall edge and was not completely removed and I had to finish it myself before the plywood was put down. Underlayment Phase: The new Ditra rolled underlayment is what they raved about and it was easy to apply and substituted using either cement board or float mortar while doing the tiling. The Ditra underlayment was about 5/16" vs the original 1/2" particle board that was under the original tile. This concept was great until they tiled around the living room entranceway or the backyard sliding door (see picture). All the original moulding had about a 1/4-1/2 inch gap under the new tile because their new rolled product couldn't make up the difference from the original particle board. Thank goodness the rest of the house had new construction doors and the moulding was done after the tiling was finished. Tiling Phase: 100% attention was needed at this point and I mean 100% watching. This was a 6-day project and my wife was going to work from home during this time. You had to take 6 days of vacation time to supervise them at all times. Tile color had to be pointed out and match each tile and it was exhausting. Uneven high spots had to be pointed out and redos throughout the project. Redoing the tile meant breaking up the mortar and laying down new tile to make it flush each other. Grout Phase: The grout was done well on the tile but along the edges of the cabinets and the kitchen island that the grout would break up and leave holes because the tiles were to tight against the cabinets or it was not packed in well enough. Throughout this project, I can say it was an ordeal and would never want to go through it again. The gaps between the original moulding and restoring the subflooring just leads me to believe that they did not know what they were doing and not once did the contractor check on the work, everything was done over the phone. I would not recommend Tile & Grout King in any way nor their Ditra underlayment that they speak so highly of. read more

We previously used a friend's brother in law that we thought was a good independent contractor to redo our bathroom. It was an absolutely disaster. They were not specifically tile people and were not thorough at all. The tile was not laid out before putting it down. We had tons of gaps and the tiles were moving. Safe to say we should've went with better professionals that we can trust. The team at The Tile & Grout King are excellent at what they do. The two contractors came in and asked us what we wanted to do. We showed them they gave us some recommendations. The two took out everything from the previous layout and hauled all of it away. In addition, they covered our entire bathroom so it will not be dirty or damaged. It took them 3.5 days to finish our entire job. We couldn't be happier now that it is complete. The tile feels amazing and there are truly no gaps and anything moving. To anyone that wants to get the job done a little cheaper, definitely don't go with an independent contractor unless one has seen their work in person. It is worth the extra money to just pay for it once and do it right. The Tile & Grout King also have a 2 year warranty on their work. I'm not expecting to use it, but it's good that we have that in our back pocket. read more

I'm bumping up my review a star because of Hany's excellent customer service. He know I wasn't satisfied with the attempted granite report his company provided so he offered to pay another contractor to finish the work. I went and hired another contractor that specializes in countertop repair and Hany came out and agreed that the repair job was great. And Hany paid the contractor on the spot. I'm only giving a 4 star review because I still have drywall damage that I will fix in a later date. But to be fair I did not ask Hany to repair it since I was more concerned with the granite. read more

Brendan has been helping us redo the grout of our master bath. The quality of the work has been fantastic and the shower now looks like we are at a 5 star resort. Even more impressive is the quality of the service. Brendan has been fulfilling all the little requests and went well beyond our expectations. You did not even have my email address until I reached out to your office because you lost the quote. I cannot believe as a business owner you would call me up and yell at me over $75, especially when I tried in good faith to pay what I recalled was the amount (and indeed was). Your office chose not to take any payment even though I gave them my credit card because they could not verify the amount owed. Get your business in order, take feedback seriously, and take an in-depth course on customer service. You could have turned this around, but you chose to be combative. You may be feeding your ego and your anger, but you aren't feeding your business. read more

Curt did an amazing job of cleaning and resealing the tile and grout on our kitchen floor and in the shower stall. They both look like they are brand new. All the work was done by hand--no clunky or noisy machines. He was very friendly, personable, polite, and easy to work with. His attention to detail is outstanding. He explained how I should maintain the surfaces on my own. Brenden had come out first to do the estimate and was very upfront about how the end result might turn out due to the mismatched color of some of the tile and grout. I am a tough customer and I have high expectations. You can see that in my other reviews on Yelp. I do not have one complaint about The Tile & Grout King. From the time Hany Louis came to give me an estimate I was impressed with this company. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, included options and their pricing was very good. Hany's responsiveness was to calls and emails was excellent, day and night. I was not as prepared in my planning as I should have been and he was incredibly patient with my changes and additions. He walked me through everything and was very flexible. This would have been enough for a good review. Sergio and his crew showed up on a Monday and went right to work. They were very hard working and were constantly busy. If was clear from the beginning that they knew their craft and were very good at it. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they were polite, clean and professional. The demo was quick and it was amazing to see their daily progress. I took a video every evening when they left and I won't bore you with each one, I'll give you a look at day one and then the finished product. We are so extremely happy with our new bathroom and are quite anxious to show it off. The workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail is incredible. I used Tile and Grout King to tile my fireplace face- an area between the inside of my fireplace mantel, and the outside of my gas fireplace. I was pleased with the quote process. Brendan came out and provided a quote in a professional manner, although I had to book the quote two weeks in advance. They were not the cheapest quote, but Brendan said they could hang the mantel and would use caulking around the edges and cut the baseboards to fit. He was flexible with his pricing, and in the end, I was happy with the price we agreed on. The guys were mostly respectful of the house when they came to work- laying down cloth in the walkways, but they didn't always walk on it. I never saw Brendan again, but it appears that they made sure to send at least one English-speaking worker each day. My biggest beef is with the office, and with Brendan's communication with the workers. Each day, they showed up and had no idea what they were doing. There were different guys on day 1 and day 2. When I explained what the job entailed, they tried to discourage me from requiring them to do work that Brendan had already promised me they would do. When I insisted that they perform all the details, I got push back. In the end, they performed the project as Brendan has promised. Brendan overestimated the tile we would need by 33%, and he seemed to charge an arbitrary amount to cut the too-big tile that we had bought for the job. He didn't seem to care that they would only need to cut down 6 tiles, and that it was as simple single cut, which I'm a little upset about, but in the end, we would either have to pay it, or they would walk off the job until we could cut it ourselves. And the office will not call to confirm your appointment. The morning of the scheduled work, I still had no idea who was showing up and when to expect them. I called the office after no one showed up at 9:00a, which is what I consider a reasonable hour, and the woman seemed annoyed that I didn't magically know when they were supposed to show up. Turns out, it's standard for them to start at 9-9:30a, but they didn't show up until 10:15a. At the conclusion of the work, the workers told me they would send a bill in the mail, but then the office called to insist I pay them on the phone or give them my email so they can send the bill electronically. When I explained that I was surprised that they just didn't send the bill in the mail like the workers said, she got huffy and irritated as if I was refusing payment. In conclusion, there seems to be little communication between Brendan, the office, and the workers. They will not communicate with you, and they will not communicate with each other. The work was alright, but I had to do a lot of cleaning up after them when they left, and they even dented my wall when they were trying to hang the mantel but didn't bother to apologize or point it out to me. There's no way they could have missed it, it was very obvious. When I mentioned the dent on day 2, they just stared at me and didn't say anything. read more

My wife and I initially hired them to re-grout and seal the tile in our bathrooms - which they did a great job. If we were talking about that alone, it would be a 5-star review! We were so impressed that we also had them re-tile our kitchen backsplash, install a granite countertop, and add stone / slate to our fireplace. In each phase of the project there were issues with the quality and attention to detail. My impression is that some of their workers are very skilled while others appear to be inexperienced. For example, the backsplash tile setter didn't level the walls properly - so there was buckling and visible gaps. To their credit, Hany and Ramy did their best to fix the issues - but at times they were indifferent, unapologetic, and even defensive. It would have been an entirely different experience for us had they immediately owned up to the mistakes and worked quickly to resolve them. Ultimately, we are 80% satisfied with the results even though some aspects of the project were clearly outside their expertise. My two-star rating reflects the overall customer experience, time, and effort it took get to the finish line. TGK came to fix the grouting in our bathroom and kitchen, Within a few days, the grout was breaking up in several different places. We asked them to come back and fix it, which they did (for no extra charge). Same thing happened again. I wouldn't choose to hire these people again. read more

I got squeezed for an extra $100. To make a long story short, there was an extra two hundred added to the estimate for work which did not need to be done. After Ramy dropped a hundred and we argued for some time, I gave in because $100 is not worth the frustration. Be careful dealing with him. That being said, they took nearly 3 weeks when the commitment was 1-1.5. Finally, the actual work performed was well done, and the staff was friendly. read more

If you want cheap and average cleaning, then Tile & Grout King is for you. I unfortunately needed a real pro. We moved our family out of the house including all our furniture. Scheduling got messed up (as much our fault as T&GK's) but then we had to wait another week for them to do the work before we could move back in - at great expense and hassle. The work was "average". We did have to have them come back a day to redo one of the tile floors. Again if you want someone to wash your floors they're probably OK. But if you're looking for true restoration and deep cleaning they have no clue of what they are doing. read more

Granted, we ended up terminating our order before they came so I can't comment on their actual work, but I definitely award them a big fat zero for what I experienced. So, after an on-site visit from them, we scheduled for them to come seal the grout in our bathrooms and laundry room in our new house this Saturday. Because we didn't want to get in their way and also because we didn't want to wet the brand-new tiles before having them sealed, we scheduled our move-in date around the appointment. Three days before the appointment, I receive a call from Ashley saying that they can't make it this Saturday after all. I was disappointed, of course, because this messes up our move-in schedule, but I was ready to reschedule...until I asked WHY they can't make it. "You know, I have no idea why they can't do it this Saturday," was the answer I received. I swear I'm not lying. I was so shocked. This is the most unprofessional answer I've ever heard from a business, ever. I ended up canceling the order, because I honestly dare not place my home in the hands of such people. We live in a fairly new house (10 years old) in one of those neighborhoods where all the houses look the same and construction is done quickly and cheaply. So after 10 years some things in the house start falling apart. And unfortunately for us our kitchen and bathroom floors were pealing and discoloring (they were linoleum on a concrete slab foundation). So we decided if we are going to pay for work to be done we want it done well. We interviewed 4-5 contractors and ultimately selected The Tile & Grout King. They weren't the cheapest bid. There's a reason why these guys have so many 5-star reviews! On a very spontaneous note, the husband and I decided to re-tile our kitchen and dining room floors. At first, the husband wanted to do it himself. He started pulling up some of our old tile, but it was a lot of strenuous work. He also wanted to do a good job, but didn't want our kitchen to be inaccessible for weeks since he would be doing it solo. We called up 4 different tiling companies and had them come over to give us quotes. The guys from the first 3 tiling companies who came over were nice and professional, and gave us okay quotes. Ramy was the last guy to come over that day, and I wanted to give him kudos for being right on time. He gave us a ton of tips and advice in regards to retiling, and also introduced us to epoxy and other flooring material that would help keep our floors in tip top shape for years to come. We were very impressed with Ramy's knowledge. He even told us to spend some time researching online about the flooring material he had introduced us to before we made a decision. We liked his honesty, and we just knew at that moment that we'd want to go with this company. They have a pretty busy schedule (a good thing!) but were able to squeeze us in-between two jobs. Ramy's brother, Hanny, came out on Tuesday, along with 4 other guys. Hanny went over Ramy's notes and also helped us with our tile design work. He helped me pick out the grout color, which was great. After all the decisions were made, he went out to the tile store where we had purchased our tile and picked up all the materials for us. The 4 guys who worked on our floor for 4 days were great! They were super nice, professional, and CLEAN. They cleaned up after themselves after each day before they left. The tile work that they did was perfect, and I knew they spent a lot of time being meticulous and detailed to make sure everything was lined up to a T. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with these guys and highly recommend them. They just knew what they were doing, and it gave us a peace of mind. It was worth every penny. How would you grade a tile installer? I get to rate The Tile & Grout King. They installed tile floors in my kitchen and entryway. It took five days from start to finish. I am very very happy. How I did it is by seeing if the job I ordered is the job I got. Done. Was the crew on time each day and did they keep at the job. Done. Did they clean up after themselves at the end of each workday. Done. Did my place look like I wanted it or envisioned it when they were all finished. No. What? No - it looked better that I could have possibly envisioned it. The tiles make my kitchen brighter with the light tan color. My entryway now is inviting to visitors. Having just bought our first house, we decided that some things had to go... like the carpet in the master bath. After getting a handful of quotes and looking at Yelp reviews, we opted to go with Tile & Grout King. ramy was great - very informative, friendly and upfront about costs and time estimates. Funnily enough, we ran into him at Terico while we were out buying our tile. The workers were nice and friendly and were pretty good about keeping the rest of the house clean. Overall, we were very impressed and the work looks great - they did a good job of picking similar pieces out of the tile that we had. Toilet re-installation went smoothly too. Only complaints would be that the last day took a little longer than estimated and when they put the baseboard back, one of the vanity drawers now can't open because of the extra height of the tile. There's an obvious piece cut from the corner of the baseboard to accommodate the drawer in the closed position, but there's no way to open it. Overall, we're pleased and would definitely recommend them to others, despite the one or two minor hiccups. read more
