When we bought the house, it was obvious we had to replace the carpet. There was tremendous amount of dirty/black areas from foot traffic. To make matters worse, the previous owner decided to paint spray the house before selling it and didn't always bother to use tarps over the carpet. Unfortunately, with over 3000sf of carpet, it was very expensive to replace so we decided to hire a carpet cleaner. Did a search on yelp and found Simply Clean and I'm so glad I found him. From every point, the experience was great: - He called 30 minutes before showing up, as requested - He showed up exactly on time. - HE DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL !!! After reading so many reviews, I was afraid they all will try to upsell me on their services. He came in, examined the carpet and never tried to upsell his service or talk me into buying extended warrantee/service plan or anything of that sort. - He provided detailed explanations of various issues with my carpet. It was obvious he knew about carpets!!! - For the amount of time he spent and the quality of work he did, the price was amazing. - I have severe allergies to many and different kinds of cleaning products.
