After coming back into my home when the "cleaners" left, first thing I found was murky was in my kitchen sink, dirty windows, baseboards not cleaned, living room fan not even touched., toilets dirty, dirty faucets, kitchen cabinet doors not cleaned, The list can go on an on. But I'll let you be the judge when you see the photos and videos . Called back to try to get my money back because the job done was horrendous, all I got was barely a discount, still charged me over half of the amount and they did not offer refunds that was the excuse. The saddest part of the whole ordeal was the fact the cleaners lied about how they cleaned the home and stated I had workers in the house causing it to be dirty, when only the first day there were a few people painting the staircase which I told them to not touch or clean so it was even less work. So to be technically be called a liar was def the cherry on top of the Giant mistake I made by hiring this company. Cleaners name were Sarah and Marie! I didn't see where they cleaned the carpet and the roof lining still had water residue from the previous owner. The carpet was not clean at all and I paid $185 for this service. I tried to reach out to get this rectified but 1 week later I haven't heard anything so my last resort. I was not satisfied and I suggest you do not use this service or be present when it's being serviced.

Communication was spot on! Fabrice and I were in constant contact. And they were very accommodating with some changes that needed to take place due to our closing being shifted around. Cleaner arrived and abt and hour and a half later, we were told they were done. They sent "pictures"... I was like ok cool so I paid and tipped. My husband arrived first and called me sayin "you're gonna have to look at this"... I arrive and I was in COMPLETE SHOCK how dirty the home was. We had been in the house to view it numerous times before. Even the day before, so I knew where the dirt was lol Dirt in the same spot as it was the day before. Nothing had been touched except the toilets and the mirrors. Oh, and the floors were vacuumed in the bedrooms. There was no "clean smell" in the home. No disinfectant, no bleach, no nothing. Smelled stale just like it did prior. Floors were dirty and dusty. Counter tops and stove top had not been cleaned. Refrigerator was filthy. Baseboards had not been touched. Windows had finger prints and dust. Bathroom sinks had dirt and hair along with the showers. Nothing was done. I stood in there and cried because this was not the experience I wanted to have in 1 of my new homes. I took video and called Fabrice and let them know abt my concerns. Very apologetic, which I can respect but I'm big on how we will fix things. What's the resolve? So, my review is based off of my initial experience. I will change it once I get resolution. Otherwise, I will chump it up as a loss, and make sure I spread the word.

They are very easy to work with and Diego is ALWAYS patient and kind. If I have any concerns (hey can you clean the unfinished basement?), I tell Diego and he's right on it. I have referred him to many people on Facebook and everyone has been happy. His rates are fair and his cleaners are detailed - they even wash all dishes that's laying around the house (I always seem to leave a few cups around my bed, oops...) and even clean the bases of my toothbrushes.
