The school issued report cards showing all "A" grades in all subjects, including math, despite knowing she had been behind in math upon enrollment and not informing me of any concerns or deficiencies. I raised concerns in person about whether skills such as fractions were being taught and assessed, but was not provided clear work samples or grading criteria, and was treated poorly for asking. I independently assessed my child using grade-level math tests, a MAP assessment, and a Mathnasium evaluation, all of which indicated she was performing below grade level. I requested clarification on grading. The school did not clearly respond until repeated follow-up and stated the grade reflected grade-level placement rather than mastery. I did not receive clear documentation and my concerns were not addressed and I was ignored.

The information could easily be laid out in one email or one flyer, sent with attachments for allotted tickets, rosters of kids in individual classes and times of shows and simple bullet instructions for the day of the performance, but it's pretty jumbled in our opinions--lots of papers, lots of emails, disorganized rosters that can entirely mislead you. It just seems more chaotic than it needs to be for a simple recital for children. But, as I said, over all, my kids had a nice time. We are sorry that we can't stay for more classes.

Tried messaging the killeen location on numerous platforms and after many days they finally said they would make sure to not charge my account again and issue a refund. I never received a refund for the extra month they charged and they charged me yet again this month. So now I'm $120 out because they have not done what they said they'd do. The overall atmosphere is great, and the people are overall kind so I'm not giving them 1 star, but if you are thinking of getting a membership, just be weary that they are not very good at their customer service end.
