I would not recommend Sprague's to anybody, it stated over 6 months ago when I got a call from Sprague's asking when they could come out and take a look and fix my Refrigerator .( it was a warranty issues) I stated that i was not in a rush because i just went out and bought a new one. So he stated he would place it on the end of his todo list... I stated no problem . A month passes and i had not heard from them so i gave them a call just to check in. The gentleman that answered the phone states to me that i was not in any hurry so he had not got to it yet.. I stated no problem i was just checking in... So 5 months pass still no one came out to fix my Refrigerator, So last week i called them and left a message for them to get back to me . No one called, so i called them again today and left the same message. About an hour later i get a call from Sprague's asking who i was and what i needed, so i stated i was still waiting on them to come look at my Refrigerator , He states to me that he was not coming out because LG never gave him the ok to do so. So i asked him when he found that out? He states to me along time ago. So i said to him why did you not call me to let me know... He had no answer for me... So i ask him if he had their number so i could call them because i had lost it, He states to me no he does not and if i want him to come out and look at it , it would cost me at least 1,000 to do so.... At this point i was very upset and hung up... So i called Lg, LG stated to me that they received a message from Sprague's stating that he turned down the job and was not coming out to fix it..... ( it was not them who decide not to fix it )So Lg was just waiting for me to call them and see what i wanted them to do because there was no one else in my area to fix it...... So the part i don't understand is why he felt he need to lie to me....( If LG never gave him the ok to fix or look at it, Why was it that he was the one who called me in Oct. to setup a time to look and fix it and then still a month later told me he just had not the time yet to come out and look or fix it.. Last of all why did he not call me when he decide not to come at all I had to call him.....) Very disappointed ........, I was told by LG they sent them over $600.00 to fix my refrigerator and they never showed up. They stated they never recieved any money to fix my refrigerator. read more
