Honestly, the BEST SPRAY TAN I've ever gotten!! I was a little iffy about getting a spray tan during COVID times, but had a beach trip so decided to give it a try, and I'm so happy I did! Kjirsten was beyond accommodating and professional with all safety precautions as well as working around my schedule, I felt incredibly comfortable with the mobile experience! Where do I begin? I sent a message to book and appointment and Kjirsten was very prompt in writing back and figuring out a time that worked for us as well as letting me know how to roe for the session. The session was one of the most comfortable services I've ever had. She will come on site (in this case my home) and it felt like an old friend was coming by. We talked about the result I was looking for and in 20 minutes I was completely done, dressed and paid up. I did this two days before a wedding I had to help make some tan lines blend in better and look natural. I recommend doing it two days before an event especially if it's your first time. She gave me a series of after-care steps to follow to ensure the best results and everything worked out well. I had initially thought my appointment was a 930 one and was preparing myself to head there at that time when I realized 10 minutes before 9 that the appointment was actually for 9. Delayed review, but needed to review. I read the site and how to prep and what to expect. Fine. The lady came and was nice. She set up in the living room, and asked for a outlet. No problem. She gives me paper feet to step on, and was about to start. I stopped her and asked, "wait aren't you going to put a cream or something on my nails so they don't get stained?" The response was "I'll clean them after". Reluctantly I said Ok and should have known better. It's so annoying but awkward to start debating someone while you're half naked. In the FAQ, it says you'll be asked desires outcome to pick a color level. I was never asked. Was told only one color. Then it says " The technician will apply a DHA barrier cream to your fingernails, toenails and palms of your hands." NEVER HAPPENED. My manicure and pedicure were damaged 2 days before my WEDDING. she ove rsprayed my legs, and they had horrible creases at my ankles 3 shakes darker then my arms. I ended up scrubbing off, reapplied to blend my legs with a bought bronzer. I couldn't scrub the color off under my nails and cuticles. Extremely disappointed. I emailed a week prior nervous asking if they recommended a trail a week before, and was told not really necessary. With all the good reviews I thought wouldn't be a big deal. Just to point out I didn't have Kristin or the other lady the reviews rave about. Live and learn. 3 stars for applications and service because the idea of in home spray tan is ideal until it happens. read more
