We have light grey concrete pavers that were installed about two years ago, and the surrounding eucalyptus trees have been relentless -- the seeds and leaves constantly fall and leave dark stains that are nearly impossible to get out. We hired another company a year ago to clean and seal and it was a mediocre experience at best. They also permanently damaged some of our pavers, which was beyond frustrating. Michael and his team were a completely different experience from start to finish. They treated the stained areas individually before pressure washing the entire surface. After the first wash, they noticed new stains had already fallen from the trees and without hesitation offered to clean everything a second time - which took an entire additional day of work. They then covered the pavers with tarps and plastic to protect them during the drying process, installed new high quality sand, and applied two coats of high quality sealer. A few days later, Michael and his son came back on their own to help us move all the heavy furniture and items back into place. Nobody asked them to. They just showed up and did it. I fix and flip properties, so I work with contractors constantly. I submitted a request to get some quotes from multiple companies to get a fresh oil stain removed from my driveway. I picked up a rental van on a Friday evening and parked it on my driveway around 5pm, woke up the next morning to a text from my neighbor that my rental van has an oil leak. Michael was super responsive from the start and came out quickly to give us a quote. His pricing was really reasonable compared to a few other places we checked out, so it was a pretty easy decision. We first hired him to power wash our brick fence and he did a great job, even taking the time to clean up the grout in certain spots so the whole thing looked like new. We were particulalry concerned about one section of the fence with stubborn old paint on it, and he spent extra time on it to get rid of all of it! He was so knowledgeable about our pavers and how to maintain them that we ended up bringing him back to power wash and seal the pavers in our front driveway and backyard too. We had a gap where a paver was missing that we thought would just stay that way forever. But Michael saw it and came back the next day with an extra tool just to cut a paver down to size so it would fit perfectly and blend in with everything else. We didn't even ask him to go out of his way, he just did it on his own. We also had Michael's team power wash our whole house and they did our lawn furniture too.
