We're new to the area and decided to give this place a try. We got the cheese puffs as an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection. The dipping sauce tasted very good too. I got the BBQ Spare ribs and egg rolls. They were sooo tender and amazing. The egg rolls were beautifully done, not super crunchy like most other places . My wife got the shrimp and vegetables. The shrimp were huge, and cooked just right, not tough at all. The veggies were good too. My daughter is a picky eater, and she got the shrimp lo mein and her only complaint she has was about the onions, she doesn't like onions . The food was great. The waitress was great. Spring Chinese is worth the drive, 9+ miles for me or as a post Carter's Country meal stop. Salt and Pepper Shrimp is excellent. Egg Fu Yong is well prepared and served with a savory sauce (not sweet). Our primary problem is ordering too many dishes. read more

This is a very standard Chinese food restaurant. The wait staff actually speak Mandarin so I was expecting potentially more authentic taste, but it is pretty much your standard soy sauce stir fry dish. Lunch Specials are reasonable and you'll end up satisfied for how much you pay, but it's hard-pressed to recommend anyone to go out of their way for this place. read more

I saw the 4+ ratings so I said why not. Bad decision. The attendant was cordial but the fried rice was just dry, boiled rice that was colored and weakly seasoned. The general's chicken was more like chicken buck private. A few hours after eating ( I couldn't finish it) my stomach is a little woozy. Don't be fooled by all the high ratings. If they are legitimate ratings these are by people who were raised on low quality Chinese food. Follow the low ratings and safe yourself some disappointment. read more

I came here because yelp gave it 4 stars, but was very disappointed. The Hunan chicken had no flavor, not spicy, and no red peppers. The fried rice looked my brown rice and when I asked to make sure they had my order right she said that was their version of fried rice. TSO was ok. There are plenty of reviews for this place elsewhere, I don't know why it doesn't have any on Yelp. It's a shame because this place is a solid Chinese restaurant! I am no expert in Chinese cuisine but I can attest to enjoying my meal here every time. The staff is friendly, everything is clean (unlike many other Chinese joints) and they are always busy with take out. I really enjoy how prompt their take out is, I can place an order and have it ready by the time I get their. (under 8 mins but they tell you 10). The Sweet and sour, lemon, and orange chicken are all good. The wonton soup is yummy, Their Egg roles are delicious. Overall a solid meal every time for about the same cost as other Chinese places around. read more

If you're looking for a standard go-to Chinese food, this is the restaurant for you. My family and I often order take out here and genuinely enjoy it. My personal favorites are beef with cashew nuts, special house lo mein, and sweet and sour shrimp. Also, the staff are really nice! We're a regular customer and so every new year they give us a calendar which have been a main stay decoration on our fridge. And as a regular Chinese restaurant, they're very adamant on take outs and you can tell that by the vibe in the restaurant. There was this one time when my family and I were torn on where to go and somehow we decided to go here. When we got seated, we got this really awkward vibe of "why are they eating here?" But I know a few families do eat here, and they are ready to serve you no matter what. However, I just get a vibe that they'd prefer take out customers. Just had the combination fried rice that has chicken, pork, and shrimp and all I can saybis that it has to be some of the best I had for the price. I ordered it as a to go item and the serving provided is sufficient for one person so I ordered some crab puffs as well. They had a good amount of cheese in them with minimal crab meat but they were delicious as well. The price was resonable as well for what is ordered. Overall I would return to this location again to try another entrée like the orange chicken and do another review. read more
