The expereince was not good at all, very unprofessional service. We booked and paid for 2 massages, my tech kept leaving the room, coughing and holding her stomach my entire time. Im assuming she was sick, praying we dont get sick from them. The other tech began to finish the massage after she was done with my spouse. I never got the whole 60min that I paid for. The phone was ringing and one of them stopped to answer. The whole time "I was saying to myself why did I do this again"? They never apologized or even acknowleged the unprofessional behavior. The massages were a complete waste of money and time. Absolutely horrible work from them both. On top of all this, they asked for a tip from us, SMH. Customer service is getting worse by the day. She was so pleasant and amazing; she truly has a gift. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. The space was relaxing, inviting, and pleasant. The time to get comfortable wasn't rushed. The massage was outstandingly relaxing, and it was on point with what I needed at that moment. The massage was so great, to the point where I fell asleep. I felt comfortable and safe relaxing in a clean space with great ambiance and a great masseuse. She took the time to understand my tension points and worked her magic. However, they set up two different times. When calling the business, their mailbox is full, so I couldn't get in touch with them to clarify. However, I sent many emails that were not responded to. They did reply to a google review. The 2nd massage was never accepted by their website system, so there was never any confirmation. Yet, they still charged my card. I am a bit frustrated as I wish communication was clearer and the website reservation system worked better. I reached out to get a refund processed and will update my review accordingly if/when they process the refund.

I want to preface this by saying that if a client is seeking a relaxation massage, this is not the place. During our session, the massage therapist frequently answered phone calls and engaged in full conversations with potential customers, even going to the front desk to assist walk-ins. This significantly disrupted the flow of the massage, and unfortunately, no additional time was compensated for these interruptions. They also switched massage therapist in mid session for the new tech to fill in but she had cold hands. While apologies were offered, the constant disruptions were unacceptable. Furthermore, the massage itself was uncomfortable. The strokes were fast and, at times, painful. My massage therapist primarily used her forearms and elbows, which I assume was due to her smaller hands, but this resulted in sharp, pointy elbows being administered causing discomfort. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.
