I've been to this nail salon multiple times, and each visit has left me more frustrated than the last. Every time I go in for a basic acrylic fill with a simple solid color (no artwork, no designs, no long extensions), they come up with new reasons to increase the price. One time, I was charged an extra $10 just because I chose a lighter color. Another time, it was an extra $5 for "the amount of work"--which made no sense because all I ever get is a basic acrylic fill! I never ask for anything extra, yet the price keeps going up. I understand prices can fluctuate, but these excuses feel like they're making it up as they go. It's disappointing, and I won't be returning. read more

I was excited to have Roy do my dip nails based on past reviews but honestly I feel like this was one of the worst experiences I've had since getting my nails done in 30 years. To start off he was extremely fast at everything he was doing, almost like he chugged 5 cups of coffee before doing my nails. He was dropping things left and right, and even cut my finger. I asked for my nails to be thick due to breakage in the past, which he didn't do. He kept pulling my hand and told me I was sticking my finger in at the wrong angle. I am so disappointed and unhappy with my experience at this nail salon. After reading several reviews I was hoping to have a happy outcome with my nails. The fact that I paid $80 to have my nails done and they look crappy. Terrible shame what has happened to this place. This used to be my GO TO for nails for the last several years. Always the best customer service at the desk, and always the sweetest nail technicians. But, I just think they've gotten too big, or they've lost the good people, and their customer service is slipping. My last experience was such a bad one, that I will never be going back. The man that did my nails was so unbelievably cocky. Even during my appointment, he was short with me and rude to me. Any statement I made as to the preference of how I preferred my nails, seemed to be taken as an insult to him. He never measured the nail lengths against the opposite hand, and as it turned out, every single nail did not match the opposing nail. My middle finger (I know, that's ironic) was DRAMATICALLY longer on my right hand than the left. I was shocked. So, I went back the next day for a fix, just hoping ANYONE could do it, and naturally, they put me with the same rude guy. And, his response to me was, after arguing with me that everything matched when it didn't, "Then go to another place if you don't like how I do them." Truly unbelievable. Even the lady at the desk didn't try and step in to make things better. I am speechless at the way I was spoken to. I NEVER leave a negative review, even if I have a bad experience, but this one just could not be left alone. The customer is ALWAYS right. Period. And they will be losing customers when they treat them in this manner. read more

I came in last minute on a whim in February 2024, and have been booking ever since. The prompt service is amazing, and the quality of work received is phenomenal. Ellie is always a pleasure to talk to and she is so friendly! She manages the front desk, and she's on top of it. She's my bestie there, haha. I love the different colors they offer, so I usually do dip on my nails then gel polish on top with design. On average my nails lasts about 4 weeks And yes, they offer tips or gel sculpt on big toes for those toe nails that ripped! I got the gel sculpt on my big toe and it's been great! Very natural and a lot faster than adding the tip with acrylic, in my opinion. Definitely recommend! read more

Management is very professional accommodating & so welcoming! The ambience is very modern comfortable and clean. I came here hoping they offered T.A.P. nail but, they do not. I got dip nails and a pedicure. Both Hannah and Lillian provided great customer service as well as pleasant conversations. Such a delightful upgrade from the place I used to go to across the street next to Trader Joe's. Despite me going over there for almost 2 years because they offered T.A.P. nails. Their staff except for the owner, gave attitude and not once did they ever say Hi or converse with me by addressing me by my name. Yet I saw and heard them have conversations and greeting customers by name. The last straw was the the nail tech was clearly annoyed when I said something about my nail and she rudely yanked my finger back and said "I am not done. Let me do my job!" Then she proceeded to do my nails as square but I always get oval. I didn't want to argue and swore to never go back. While there, they offered me water and got me seated right away. Service took 2 hours, but definitely worth every penny. Everyone was kind and communicative. If you're down for a drive to Folsom or live in the area, you won't be disappointed. Their space is so luxurious and they had all the works (any color, design, charms, etc.) Manager Ellie was so sweet, she came and conversed with me and made me feel so comfortable.
