Horrible! I made an appointment for gel pedicure and a gel x fill in. First of all my pedicure was SUPER expensive! And while getting the pedicure they burnt my foot with the UV lamp and I told her that I thought that it burnt me and she sushed me and rubbed my foot. Then during my fill in I was cut while filing and she totally ignored it until I spoke up about it. Then comes the lack of skills... I showed the worker what I wanted but instead of almond I wanted square and she said no problem. There was a problem she didn't know what she was doing. On the menu it says that a fill in costs 45 dollars but the worker insisted that it was going to be 60 for just the fill in and an extra 25 for the color and design. My total cost was 141 not including tip... Overall it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this salon. read more

I called the salon at 9:30 a.m. to ask if I could be seen for a gel pedicure and an acrylic manicure. I was told to come in, so I arrived at 9:50 a.m. I understand the salon was busy, so I waited patiently for about 20 minutes before being seen, which was reasonable. The pedicure, however, felt rushed. The technician was multitasking--on a phone call using earbuds while also handling my service and speaking to incoming clients--which made the experience feel impersonal and inattentive. After the pedicure, I waited nearly 35 minutes for my manicure while one technician worked on another client's nails and the other gave a massage. When it was finally my turn, my manicure was noticeably rushed. Jenny, the technician, seemed focused on the increasing number of incoming clients rather than the quality of my service. There were also a few moments where she picked at my fingers, which was uncomfortable. Although I initially requested a gel pedicure and acrylic manicure, I was given acrylic with gel polish--something I did not ask for--apparently to save time. This led to a higher cost, totaling $111. Despite the subpar experience, I still gave a $2 tip. Jenny then attempted to justify the service by saying she took a long time on my nails, which I felt was inappropriate given the circumstances. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the rushed, inattentive service. My friends have been going here for quite some time now and would always talk about how their nails lasted 3-4 weeks. That is pretty insane considering I usually go every 2.5 weeks bc my nails grow pretty fast. So far I am on almost a month and only lost one nail bc of my own doing. They are slightly more expensive for a fill and gel color ($15 more than my usual spot) but yet the fact that my nails have lasted this long, it's worth the extra fee! Horrible, disgusting and shouldn't even be in business!! Truly, I only have myself to blame for not reading the reviews before walking into this pit. I needed a very simple, no frills, basic manicure. Before I went to do my nails, half the work was already done. Nails were cut short, free and clean of polish and minimal cuticles. I had the displeasure of having my nails done by the manager/owner who clearly has never not only been exposed to common manners, but has absolutely no training in simple nail polishing. Before taking me, the "lady" told me to pick my polish. I told her I have my own. She rolls her eyes. Ok, whatever, I chose to ignore that. She then tells me to sit which I do and she walks away, over 5 times, as she's doing my nails!! She's a control freak who can't let any of her worker bees do anything besides keep their heads down doing nails. Not once did this beast say 'hello' nor crack a smile. I think her face may have exploded if she tried. My manicure at the end, looks like total s*it!! A 5yr old would've done a better job, look below for yourself. Lesson learned, I am a first & last time customer. Instead of bitting all the hands being handed over to you, you should consider that's where the food on your table is coming from. Came here earlier today to get a beer acrylic set for my anniversary date in the evening. Obviously for a new set I have to soak off my old acrylic set. The lady said this I said of course. My nails were pretty short and thin so I expected it to be an easy removal. So, the cotton balls are acetoned and put on my fingers, wrapped w foil. Ok cool. 35 MINUTES GO BY. 35. My skin after just 20 minutes, began burning intensely. I asked REPESTEDLY for someone to assist me saying it's burning me and o was ignored or told "oh ok" finally I began taking it off myself because of the pain. Eventually my lady came back and began to filing the remaining acrylic off. Then w out asking she poured more acrylic on my hands and I said no I can't do that anymore it started to burn me. Then she said well the other way is gonna hurt, I said that's fine. So she began literally stabbing the inner nail w pliers and after 10 more minutes I said that's okay just stop I'll leave , she said w attitude "ok then that's 10$ for the soak off" despite me still having acrylic on and chemically burnt fingers. I paid the $10 and left, now planning to go to the hospital due to the pain in my fingers even after hours. Avoid this place if you can. i wanted to like this place. I really did. Had an appointment for pedicure and acrylics. The woman who did my pedicure obviously did NOT want to do it. She barely touched my feet, and the woman who did my nails, was nice. But she rushed the entire thing. It's like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough and when I was paying, It's CASH ONLY TIPS. I had no cash for the tip, but when i did get cash she had the audacity to ask me if I was going to tip the other woman who did my feet, in front of everyone. I will never go here again. I decided to try them out as I couldn't get an appointment at my usual place. Appointment was for 9.30, got there on time, place closed and Nobody arrived til nearly 9.50! By the time they figured out who was where and such, it was 10.00 I just wanted gel fill, they quoted $62!! $42 for the gel, $15 for color and $5 for ONE extension. Isnt color included? It is anywhere else i have been. And $5 fir one tip! The girl who did my nails cut literally every one of my fingers with the machine so everything just stung after that. It was just way too quick, it all only took half hour, and that might be great but I've been getting gel nails long enough to know if its that quick, iits not a proper job. First time here and this place is adorable. The decor includes a huge chandelier in the middle of the room as well as tiny chandeliers across the room. Being sanitary is very important with his place. In the foot baths, the employees put plastic squares which allow water to flow in. Your feet never touch the tub and this acts as a preventative measure against fungus. The staff is very nice and attentive and offer free massages as well as free wifi. Prices are good and there are a variety of types of pedicures and manicures you can get. I'm very pleased with my basic pedicure. My technician took her time on it. Also, spring nails offers a card that gives you a dollar towards your next purchase each time you come. That's awesome in my book. I'm definitely coming back here for my next pedicure. My first time here. Place is clean and with enough pedi/mani chairs for a busy day. The nail polish selection wasn't great. They had a few OPI and ESSIE. Nothing to get too excited about. I find that the way colors are set up: dark with dark lighter colors w light -stimulates the eye and gets customers excited. When they're just placed in shelves it looks messy. Needless to say this place did not excite me. I had a pedicure done. It felt very rushed. I don't think she did anything with my cuticles. She just cut , filed and polished them. I used to love this place because they DO actually give a nice manicure and pedicure. They aren't like some nail salons where they rush you. With that being said, my last two experiences here have been HORRIBLE and I will not return. I made an appointment 2 months in advance for my bridal party 2 days before my wedding. It was only 4 of us girls. I actually made the appointment in person and explained to them it's a special event and that we must all be taken in together. We wanted it to be special for my wedding and not all be sitting apart. After that, I called three times to confirm and to make sure we'd all be together right up until the day before the wedding. I also asked them to ensure we were taken in on time because we had a bridal party dinner with the whole wedding immediately following . Long story short, we were all taken separate after waiting a half hour past our appointment time AND they were rude to us and seemed annoyed that we were annoyed! They didn't have enough staff to do all our manicures at the same time and were hostile with us when we explained our disappointment in not being taken in together after I called so many times to confirm. We were late to dinner. Totally ruined what should have been a happy experience. I decided to give it one more try. I went this week with a friend who too will not be back. We were taken in 45 MINUTES after our appointment time. Ridiculous. When we told them we needed to be seen and that what they were doing wasn't right they were talking about us and staring making us very uncomfortable. Again , after the 45 minute wait ... not seated together when we asked for that and had a double appointment. Then, I noticed my nail technician had rubber gloves on throughout my pedicure which I didn't mind because of cleanliness but the question of "why" did cross my mind. I then moved over to the other chair to get my manicure and she tries to put my hands on a filthy used paper towel with nail polish all over it and I had to ask her for a new one. She starts my manicure and is scraping my nail in to my cuticle so hard with the metal tool that I actually had dents in my nail from it. I had to ask her to not be so rough and I still have my polish on currently but I'm worried my nails are very damaged underneath. Then, the WORST part and I still cringe thinking of this.... When she was about to start my hand massage she took off her gloves and I took a look at her hands as she started massaging me. She had an OPEN ULCERISH looking wart on the inside of her thumb that she was massaging me with. I literally almost passed out. I was so incredibly disgusted and worried about catching whatever that was as soon as my nails were dry I ran in to the bathroom and scrubbed my hands as best I could and applied a ton of hand sanitizer. I could not believe that this nail salon would be so unsanitary and inconsiderate. I keep checking my hands to see if I caught anything and I really wouldn't recommend going here if this type of stuff is okay. I won't ever be back here. read more

I'm so impressed with how they've set this place up in response to the pandemic. I felt safe from start to end. There's glass barriers at every station and they're definitely limiting appointments. I'll start by saying that when I read a review of this place that pointed toward the owner being unpleasant, I decided to ignore it and try them out for a mani and pedi anyway. First time I went was great -- second time, which was yesterday, not so much. At the moment, I'm looking at finger nails that are unevenly painted and not painted the entire length of my nails. How did I not notice this yesterday? What to do? Well, I went back today on my ride home from work after seeing in the sunlight what a shoddy job had been done, thinking that maybe I could talk to the owner (who was the one who did the manicure) and schedule a "make-up" manicure at another time. Started out the conversation by letting her know that I had enjoyed my first experience with them very much. Then I tried to show her, calmly, that the manicure I received yesterday really wasn't quite as great as the first one I got. This is what I took away from our conversation: The owner believes that nobody will be looking close enough at my nails to see anything I was seeing (forget that I noticed it and didn't like it). Yup, she actually said that. She also said that the streaks or layers on my nails are there because sometimes nail polish is thick. For real? Your excuse for all this is that your nail polish is too thick to get the job done right and therefore this sort of stuff happens? Too boot, my pedicure (done by someone else at the salon) is totally fine having used THE SAME bottle of polish as my fingernails. Maybe thick nail polish just seems to work better on toe nails. Must be. I digress... When the owner asked me what I wanted her to do, I said I'd like to come back and get another manicure (simple, just polish). She quite abruptly told me that she would only do it right then and there. When I explained I couldn't stay but had wanted to come in and speak with her before too much time had passed after my appointment, she basically told me *too bad* and that *in the time I had explained to her what had happened she could have already fixed it* (which is kinda untrue since BOTH hands would need to be repainted). Really? Yes, the place is clean. Yes, they put liners in their pedi tubs. And that's all well and good...But I bet it's not so hard to find another clean spot where people are a little more pleasant, even if I have to drive a few more miles to find it. read more

I decided to keep coming back which I shouldn't have after the multiple experiences I had. The guy who massages only goes to certain customers so that was very frustrating. I had received a fungus from here and when I brought it to her attention, she told me that it was impossible and maybe I got the fungus in my own home! She told me to go elsewhere. HA!
