Viola helps me keep my water perfectly balanced and crystal clear. Even though they charge more for chemicals than you can get on the internet, you will actually spend less money because they will keep the water balanced better so you buy less chemicals. The changing rooms are clean and include full showers, bathrooms, and plenty of lockers. There is a nice game room with a pool table and foosball as well. The clubhouse can be rented out for parties which is great for larger groups. The pool is surprisingly big with a separate smaller pool with some water features for children. Plenty of seating too. Outside there are tennis courts, sand volleyball courts and a basketball court. So all in all--plenty of things to do! I only have a few complaints. First, the gym is not open 24 hours. They provide a key card for access after the clubhouse closes but only until 10:00 pm. Then it reopens at 5:30 am. It would also be nice if they had free weights in the fitness room. I've noticed that the soap in the showers is never filled either. And there is nowhere to put your shampoo or hang your towel which I find very inconvenient every time I shower there. But overall a nice place--and you can't really complain since it's included with your HOA fee!

No life guards now the pool may be open tomorrow after the health department o.k's it.they hv a management company. Because they don't have enough houses to elect a board,because centex went belly up. Tbe single familly home owners pay 450.ooa year for a nasty pool not taken care of and only open 11.00 til 4pm not to mention what the duplexand condo's and town homes pay in hmo's my question to the management company would be where's the money ?

We now had to ask for an extension to the inspection period to find someone reliable and committed to performing their duties. What a waste of time!!
